Rune PerthThe Rune Perth is also called Phurth, Pertra, Perthro, Peordh, Pero, and Plastur. It means, "Rock," "Stone," and the sound, "P." The Master Samael Aun Weor, when talking about Peter, the rock, the stone, stated in the book Gnostic Magic of the Runes:

I saw the chariot of the centuries, which was driven by three Masters of the White Lodge, and a venerable elder was in this chariot of mystery.

How can I forget such a face? Such a countenance? Such an appearance? Such sublime perfection?

The forehead of that Elder was certainly high and majestic, his nose straight and perfect, his lips fine and delicate, his ears small and recoiled, his beard white and with an aureole of light, and his hair of an immaculate whiteness was falling over his shoulders.

It is obvious that I could not stop inquiring about him, since he was terribly divine and formidable.

"His name is Peter," answered one of the Hierophants who was driving the chariot of the centuries.

Then after... oh God of mine!... I abased myself on the ground before this elder of the centuries, and filled with infinite love and compassion, while speaking in the golden language, he blessed me.

Since then I have reflected a lot, and I will never be sorry for having taught humanity the Gospel of Peter, the Maithuna, Sex Yoga.

Peter is related with first Sephirah of the Tree of Life, which is Kether, the Father of all the lights. The word physiology comes from the words physicality and logos. From the Gnostic point of view, physiology is the relationship between the physical body and the Logos, the Word. In physiology, we find that Peter is related with the pineal gland. The pineal gland relates to the Chakra Sahasrara, which is called the Crown Chakra. This is why Kether (Crown) is related with this Chakra. Kether is related with the three primary forces. Kether is the head of the Holy Tri-unity, or Trinity—Kether, Chokmah, Binah; or Father, Son and Holy Spirit—which are in the head in our physiology. This is why it is stated that Peter is the head of the church.

In the Gospel of John, Peter is called Cephas:

And when Jesus beheld him, he said, Thou art Simon the son of Jonah: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, A stone (rock) – John 1: 42.

And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. – Matthew 16: 18.

These are very profound statements that enclose the entire mystery of the Rune Perth, Peter. When talking Kabbalah, we disclose that Peter is related with the First Mystery (Kether) and with the Twenty-Fourth Mystery (Aima Elohim). All of you, I hope, have The Gnostic Bible, The Pistis Sophia, which is the great Kabbalistic teaching given by the Master Jesus to his disciples, to his apostles.

When you start reading The Pistis Sophia, you find that Jesus explains that the Father of all the lights, Kether, is the First Mystery, which is also the Twenty-Fourth Mystery, which is explained with the Sixth Mystery. If you do not know Kabbalah you remain floating in space, trying to find the First Mystery, and the Twenty-Fourth, and the Sixth. Peter encloses the whole mystery, because it is the mystery of the Great Work that all of us have to perform within ourselves.

Tarot Arcanum 24 The Weaver

In Kether, the First Mystery, the whole work is called the Completion of Completions. The Completion of Completions, the First Mystery, is equal to the Twenty-Fourth Mystery, which is the Weaver, the Divine Mother (Aima Elohim), who is weaving and weaving the Great Work in the loom of God.

Here we discover how Peter is related with the First Mystery and the Twenty-Fourth Mystery, the Divine Mother Space. When we study Kabbalah in relation with the Divine Mother, we find that there are three Marys according to Christianity. The three Marys are called in Sanskrit, in Hinduism, the three Devi, which are the female aspects of the Trinity. I repeat, in Christianity they talk about the three Marys—Mary the Space, Mary in Nature, and Mary in our own physicality—and this is very important to understand, because Peter is related with them. We know very well that we have an atom of the Holy Spirit in the Pineal Gland. The Holy Spirit is Shiva, the Third Logos. In Kabbalah, the Third Logos is that aspect of the Trinity that relates to the three Devi. Binah, the Holy Spirit, relates to the Trinity. That is why they say in Hinduism that Sarasvati is the wife of Brahma, Lakshmi is the wife of Vishnu, and Parvati is the wife of Shiva—Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva; Sarasvati, Lakshmi, Parvati, with their respective husbands. Behold, we always state that the Holy Trinity is not symbolized by three males, but by three androgynous forces. The Father is androgynous, the Son androgynous, and the Holy Spirit is androgynous. This wonderful androgynism is shown through the Holy Spirit, Binah, because the Divine mother is that feminine aspect of the Holy Spirit, called Shiva-Shakti. That is why, when we talk about Peter, we have to talk about the feminine and masculine aspect, because he is in that Crown Chakra. This is the mystery of Perth that we have to understand.

These three Devi are synthesized in the Twenty-Fourth Mystery, which is the Weaver—the Divine Mother who works in the Great Work, which is the Completion of Completions. This is what the Master Samael and all Alchemists call "the Time." If you recall, in many lectures we mention the Time and the half of the Time. We will give you a clue now in order to easily understand this. It is deeper, but this aspect is easy to understand.

The Time is the Twenty-Fourth Arcanum because the Weaver, the Divine Mother, completes the Great Work through the Twenty-Fourth Arcanum. The Great Work is the First Mystery, the Completion of Completions, which is Kether, the head of all the manifested Sephiroth of the Tree of Life. Now, if the Twenty-Fourth Arcanum is the Time, what is the half of that Time? Twelve. Twelve is the Arcanum of the Apostolate. Behold the twelve apostles. Behold the twelve hours of Apollonius, which always relate with light and darkness: twelve hours of light and twelve hours of darkness total twenty-four hours, which is the whole Time. Thus, the Completion of Completions is twenty-four hours. The half is twelve—the work that we have to perform with our own physicality, physiology, psychology.

We have to start at the bottom in order to understand. The half of the Time (the completion of completions, twenty-four) is twelve, and the half of twelve is six, the Sixth Arcanum. In The Pistis Sophia,  Samael Aun Weor states this clearly:

The Four-and-Twentieth Mystery, which is explainable by the Sixth Mystery, hides within its womb the First Mystery.

Master Samael states at the end of his unveiling:

We, Samael Aun Weor tell Ye, in the name of the First Mystery of Pistis Sophia and the Savior of the world, that I will unveil the remaining part of the Gnostic Bible at the half of the half of the time.

The time is twenty-four, the half of that time is twelve, and the half of twelve is six, Tiphereth. It is simple, yet nobody sees it because our mind is complicated. Thus the half of the half of the Time is Tiphereth.

Let us see it from another Kabbalistic angle: the Completion of Completions is the self-realization of Kether, the Sephirah that contains the Tree of Life within ourselves; the half of the Tree of Life is represented in the middle column; and the half of that middle column is Tiphereth, which is in the middle when you trace the cross. You see how easy it is to see it when you meditate, when you analyze things Kabbalistically, Alchemically?

What do we have in the center of the Tree of Life? It is Tiphereth, which is the Sun. The Sun is also in the very center of the Aztec calendar, because the Mystery of the Sun is the Mystery of the Microcosmos. There is a saying in esotericism that affirms:

"I am as much as thou art, and thou art as much as I am."

In other words, the human being is the Microcosmos of the Macrocosmos. This is why in Kabbalah you see the huge face, the Macrocosmos, which is called Arik Anpin, and the small face, which is called Zeir Anpin. The huge face (Arik Anpin) is the Sun, the Solar Light which has to illuminate our hearts (Tiphereth). That is precisely the meaning of "I am as much as you are, and you are as much as I am." For a better comprehension we have to correlate the Macrocosmos with the solar microcosmic archetypes that we have within. That parallel is represented in the center of the Aztec calendar by Tonatiuh squeezing human hearts, which is related with the Rune Gibur, as we explained in a previous lecture. The Rune Gibur cannot spin around if there is no breath. Remember that the Macrocosmos, the huge cosmos, the huge face, is represented by the Rune Hagal, which is represented by the letter H. The "H" is the breath, the sigh, Hhhhhhhh, the eternal breath breathed by the Absolute. This breath is the Ray of Okidanokh, the Eternal Cosmic Breath, which is profoundly unknowable to itself. In order to become knowable to Itself, It expresses Itself through Kether, the huge face. This is why Kether is represented by Aleph, as we have stated in many other lectures. Aleph symbolizes the air, that eternal breath, the breath in our lungs. The first sound that represents Aleph is Aaaah. Remember that when we vocalize the letter A, the sound Aaaah, we concentrate our attention on the middle of the lungs, which is where we have the air. The bellows are the lungs. Adam begins with Aleph.

That vowel A, related to the lungs, rotates the Chakra of the thymus gland. Thymus comes from the Greek word Thumos, which means breath, or soul; spirited. This is why the thymus is where we have John, I E O U A M S. The word John is broken down into the seven esoteric vowels, the symbol of the Word, which is related with the essence—the Buddhadatu that we have connected to the thymus—that we have to multiply, that we have to make grow inside of us. This is why John, the essence, the thymus, is always behind the heart. The heart is the Sun, Jesus, the atom Nous. We find that John is resting his head on the chest of Jesus. John represents the consciousness that we have within that is waiting for his realization, to start the Great Work. This is why John (IEOUAMS) is part of the Logos (the Word), because John (the embryo of soul) is part of the Logos (the Spirit) that we have within and that wants to self-realize, wants to multiply, wants to grow within us. This is why John is always represented as a young boy, the Buddhadatu; this is why John is related to the thymus gland.

Let us see here the relationship between the thymus gland and the child. A woman, when she is pregnant, forms the child in her womb as the Divine Mother forms the solar bodies that we have to create within our individual womb. After that child goes out, the mother feeds that child with her breasts. Feminine breasts are related with the thymus gland. Through the breasts, through that milk, the mother transmits protection for her child's immune system.

As you know the thymus gland is related with the immune system. When a corpse is open in order to see the thymus gland, usually the doctors find a very dry gland—not like in young people, where the gland is very big. In old people it is always small. That is why they thought the thymus gland did not work in adults. What happens is that the thymus gland contains T-cells for our immune defense, for when you are sick; this is why it is important for the mother to give her milk to the child—in order for the child to take those elements that he needs to fortify his immune system against any disease. Obviously, when we are sick, the thymus gland fights a lot in order to expel that sickness. However, when the thymus gland fails, the person dies. Thus, when doctors open the corpse they find a very small, dry thymus gland. Why? Because the thymus was fighting a lot; this is the reason. Yes, now scientists are stating that this is the reason for the dryness of the thymus, yet before they were stating: "No, no, no. The thymus gland does not work in adults; only in children." Behold the relationship between the thymus gland and our own life.

Through breast feeding, the mother's thymus gland transmits her love, that emotional force, into her child's thymus gland, because in it is John, the essence. Air is the first feeding force that we receive, because when we come out of the womb of our mother, we scream, we vocalize "Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh." That aaaah, is the activity of the consciousness within the body. That aaah with the breath of God resounds between the lungs. That aaaah is the Aleph of Adam, the very first archetype of Adam, which is the essence that is inside our body. This is very important to understand and comprehend in regards to Perth, because this Rune relates to the breathing system, through which we can perform the Great Work. Remember, we explained that Peter relates to the science of breathing? Remember that in the very root of the nose we have the atom of the Father, Kether; in the pituitary gland we have the atom of the Son; and in the pineal, the atom of the Holy Spirit? These three magnetic centers are related with the Crown, the three primary forces, which relate to what the Master stated:

I saw the chariot of the centuries, which was driven by three Masters of the White Lodge, and a venerable Elder was in this chariot of mystery.

These three charioteers represent the three primary forces, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; yet, the Elder inside the chariot was Peter. This is because Peter is the one who—through the pineal gland—acts through the three breaths of the Akasha, as we call them in Sanskrit. The three breaths of the Akasha—Father, Son and Holy Spirit—enter through the puffers, which are the nostrils, and we breath them, the lungs take them, which are the bellows. That is why the Master Samael said the secret of transmutation is in the nostrils, the puffers, and the bellows, which are the lungs, because in the bellows (the lungs) is the breath of God. The nostrils are related with the two polarities of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, Ida and Pingala (the two keys of Peter).

In relation with the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, you have to understand that it is related with Daath in the Tree of Life, which is related with the throat. In previous lectures we talked about the throat and how John (IEOUAMS) in the throat is related with the breath, with the Logos, with the Word.

These three charioteers represent the three breaths of Akasha (the Divine Mother Space), the feminine aspect of the breath of Kether. Akasha, the Mother Space, the Primordial Spatial Substance, contains the three forces, the three breaths of the Absolute Abstract Space. Akasha enters through our nostrils; it descends, coagulates and becomes the semisolid Akashic substance (semen) that we have in the sexual organs. How do we move the three breaths in the physical body? We move them through the three cords: Ida, Pingala and Sushumna. Those are their three vehicles. We know very well that Pingala is related with the Father, Ida is related with the Mother, and Sushumna is related with the Son, which are the three charioteers that we are talking about. The one who is directing those charioteers is Peter in the pineal gland; Peter controls them in the rock. The rock has many symbols, but simply put, it is sex, the cubic stone, the philosophical stone of Yesod.

This is why it is stated that Peter has the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. Those keys are related with those three forces, but especially with the third, because in order to awaken the third force in Sushumna, you have to manipulate Ida and Pingala, as was explained in the previous lecture. That is why Perth is very profound and encloses the science of the Great Work. It is very simple to see when you have the eyes to see.

For instance, in the very center of the Aztec Calendar you find the nose. Under the nose you find a singulus, or that horizontal little bar underneath the nose. What do you find at both ends of that single bar? You find three feathers on each side. Those three feathers relate to the three primary forces in both sexes, man and woman. The three feathers are the three breaths of Akasha that enter through the nostrils.

Aztec calendar

If you observe the nose of Tonatiuh, it resembles the Rune Perth tipped over, thus forming the two nostrils united by the horizontal line, the nose. It is easy to see. Indeed, this Rune depicted in the sign (nose) that you find in the very center of the Aztec calendar is therefore deeper—as the breath:

Rune Perth

Aztec Perth

If you observe the center of the Aztec calendar, you find, as we explained, that it is related with the Rune Hagal, with the H, which is the breath. The horizontal line cuts through the middle, forming the six-pointed star. So the horizontal line that is cutting through the X in this Aztec calendar has on each side, the paws, or jaws, of a jaguar—which is the symbol in the Mayan pantheon of Lucifer, or Xolotl, as it is named in the Aztec pantheon. Xolotl, Lucifer, is the sexual potency that should be controlled through the heart. As you see, the horizontal line that is dividing the X and forming the two paws is uniting the two polarities, feminine and masculine. Moreover, because they are holding the hearts, they relate to good and evil, or better said, they relate to the two flows of blood in the heart. Remember that we have the pure blood and the impure blood; both are pumped by the might of the fifth Sun. Who is the fifth Sun? Well, we have said many times the fifth Sun is Samael, related with Geburah. Geburah is might. Geburah is that might that contracts and expands, the might that contracts and expands in the heart. Without Geburah, the blood would not flow through the different areas of the body, to the different vessels, veins, arteries, etc. Geburah is that strength that contracts and expands the heart, the might that pushes all the blood out of the heart. So the heart is Tiphereth, but we know in Kabbalah that the Sun that governs Tiphereth also governs Geburah. Master Samael Aun Weor states in the book Tarot and Kabbalah:

Geburah, Buddhi, has exclusively been considered Martian. This is a mistake, because in the world of the Spiritual Soul, who is feminine, we find the Lion of the Law that is Solar. Thus, we find the severity of the Law in Geburah, but as well we find the nobleness of the lion. Therefore, the Buddhic, Intuitional World is completely Solar.

So we have here two Suns: the Sun in Tiphereth and the Sun in Geburah. See with your imagination, these two Suns. The Sun of Geburah is Hercules, the mighty Hercules that changed the flowing of the river into another direction, and that is why Jacob in the Bible is fighting with Samael. Jacob is the heart, and Samael is Geburah. Between both of them is the flowing of the blood. These two flows, or running of energy, are called in Hebrew Zaev or Zaeboth (זבת)—Zayin, Beth, Tav—which means "flowing or running" of energy, or as it is stated in the book of Exodus regarding Genesis and the rivers of Eden (sex), (אל־ארץ זבת חלב ודבש) "a land flowing with milk and honey." That flowing, that running, is Zayin Beth in Hebrew, Kabbalah, which also means "wolf." Wolf in Latin is Lupus. Have you heard of that sickness lupus erythematosus? The fire that flows to the surface of the skin, and eats the skin as a wolf, that is called lupus, which means wolf.

Now, in Spanish, the plural of wolf (lupus, lobo) is lobos. There you have that Hercolubus relates to the flowing mighty force of Hercules related to the Red Star, which is Mars, Geburah, the Buddhic Intuitional World, where the Sun shines as well. Two Suns in the Sky. This is the doctrine of Peter. Do you see that? These two suns shine in the 6th dimension, in Heaven. If you can see them with your spiritual eyes, you will see how Geburah and Tiphereth are two Suns, and the two flows of energy (blood) that are related with (the lungs) the science of breathing.

Aztec Hagal

This is why the horizontal line is made by two paws that are squeezing hearts; that is the might of Samael, the might of Geburah, as if saying to the heart, "Work! Work! Throw the blood! Take the blood!" You see? Do you realize that? That is the power of Xolotl in the body, the power of the fire, the power of Lucifer, life, light, inside of us.

Now what do you see in the center of that line? You see the Sun, right? That Sun is Tiphereth, which is the heart. If you take that line out and tipped it over vertically, together with the two other parts of the Hagal, then you find one V above, and another upside-down V below, which when placed at both ends of the vertical line form a cup.

cup

Behold the cup that I am talking about. Samael Aun Weor stated in Gnostic Magic of the Runes:

But then, what about the Holy Grail? Is it not perhaps the same Initiatic Stone?

Patar, Peter, said:

Behold I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious... Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner; and a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense. - 1 Peter 2:6, 7, 8

The Holy Grail is the same stone. Why? Let us study it, because it relates to the science of Peter. By taking the horizontal line that has the two paws with hearts in the center of the Aztec calendar, and by tipping it over vertically together with the two other parts of the Hagal, we see that one paw with a heart will point above, and the other below. The one above is the man, and the one below is the woman. Simple as it is. The superior V of the Rune Hagal that forms the cup above begins from the throat to the top of the head, and the foundation, formed by the upside-down V of the Hagal, begins from Yesod down. So both Vs, or Kaum Runes—foundation below and bowl above—are forming the Holy Grail, the sacred cup, which in the past everybody was looking for and that still they are looking for, a cup, around which many things are invented; for instance, they say that the Grail is Mary Magdalene. Well, yes it is. Did we not state that Mary Magdalene also represents our physicality? Did we not state that Malkuth, our physicality, is feminine?

The most profound part of Mother Nature is the fulgency of Aeonic life animating our own (physical) nature.

Behold, the philosophical stone and the Holy Grail is our own physicality, our own physical body. Malkuth, the very bottom of the Tree of Life, is the Holy Grail. Knights were looking for the Holy Grail; meanwhile in order to find it they were moving their own particular Holy Grail, their physical body that represents the cup. May the Holy Grail be with your Innermost...

Observe any cup; for example, the symbol of the cup that we placed among the graphics. This graphic is precisely the symbol of Perth, the cup in the Runic alphabet. The top of that chalice begins from the larynx up to the brain, and the bottom, which is the foundation, from Yesod, the sex, down to our feet. If we open our legs, then we form the Runic Aaaah, the Rune Ar, the ARA, which is the foundation of the Altar, the stone. Master Samael talks about the stone in the Gnostic Magic of the Runes.

Jesus said, "That thou art Patar, Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church." The rock is the stone, the Altar, which is formed by Yesod, an upside Kaum formed by the lower part of the physical body. Above, you find the other Rune Kaum, which is that feminine force that forms the bowl of the cup; there, now you find your Holy Grail, your own body.

grailDid you notice that all the cups you use when celebrating Mass always have a sphere in the middle? Not all cups or chalices have that, but those that are especially used in Masses and rituals have a sphere in the center. That sphere symbolizes the heart. Thus, when you take the Holy Grail, you take it by the heart. In synthesis, you have to do the work with your heart, because in the heart is Jesus. Remember that in the center of your spinal column is the Sushumna channel, and that Sushumna channel is related with the heart. This is because the Sun, Christ, the Son, works through the heart. Where is Ida? Well, Ida is the very bottom of the chalice. Where is Pingala? Well Pingala is related with the top of the chalice. Remember that Pingala is above, and Ida is below. These are the two polarities. And the Son of God, Sushumna, is in the center. Behold here the mystery of the Transubstantiation, which is the mystery of Sexual Transmutation, which is the mystery of Peter.

Therefore, when you celebrate the Holy Eucharist, and you take the cup, you are taking the holy symbol of your whole body; your Spirit drinks from it. With it, Malkuth, you celebrate the Holy Mass. Read the lecture "Christification" on the website, where the Master explains in a beautiful way about the Transubstantiation. Indeed, the marvelous Rune Perth encloses all the mystery of the Great Work. We have to work with the heart. That is why I said that sphere that you have to hold, resembling the heart, is in the center of the cup. When you go to any ritual of the Eucharist, you have to humble yourself, because the Lord will give you His blood and His flesh for you to eat and drink in order to receive that strength, and to walk on that Path, which is the work of the heart (the solar light). This is why the Holy Grail shows that sphere, the sun, in the center. Remember your body is the Holy Grail. When you are entering into a temple, you enter with respect in your heart, because you know the symbol of the Grail represents your head, your sex, and your heart—the three charioteers that are driving the chariot with Peter inside. So Perth is really a beautiful Rune. They say Perth is a mystery that nobody knows about it. Yes, I know, because the whole work is enclosed within it, when you see it.

Again, Perth has two Rune Kaums in it. Kaum is sometimes is represented by an angle of 90 degrees; or V; or this other symbol which is a vertical line with a branch, or arm, up to the right. I told you in other lectures that Kaum is a feminine Rune, related with the feminine forces. The Rune Perth shows two Rune Kaums—up and down—joined to a vertical line.

I have told you many times that the larynx, the throat, is feminine (up) and that Yesod, the sexual organs, are feminine (down). We have to work through the spinal column (the vertical line of Perth) with the Akasha that enters through the nose (upper Kaum) and settles in the sex (lower Kaum). This is why Master Samael states:

The pure Akasha circulates through the Sushumna channel, and its two solar and lunar currents make contact in the magnetic field of the nose when we practice sexual magic intensely. These are the three vital airs of the Brahmanic cord.

These three vital airs are governed by the Innermost, by means of the strength of His willpower.

These solar and lunar channels must be totally pure so that the solar and lunar currents can circulate freely through its ganglionic cords, and in order for the pure Akasha of the Sushumna channel to flow freely through the spinal column...

The Akasha is the cause of sound, the spiritual cause of the word, the Anima-Mundi, the Divine, the divine Hierarchies, whose breath enters through the magnetic field of our nose.

This is why the sacred scriptures say that God blew a breath of life into the nose of Adam and He infused a living soul into him.

"And the Lord Jehovah formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living soul." - Genesis 2:7 – Igneous Rose

Delving deeper into this mystery of the Rune Perth, we find the two Johns. Remember that the Gospels talk about two Johns; namely, John the Baptist and John the Apostle.

Where is John the Baptist? He is in Yesod, baptizing with water. Where do we find John the Apostle? We find him always underneath the cross of the crucified, on the mount of the skulls; the gospel states:

When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! – John 19: 26, 27

This disciple refers to John in the thymus gland.

The Apostles and the Body

John the Baptist is the one who eats wild honey. Here in this area, Yesod, spouses call their other half, "honey," because they know that their spouse is the other half of the half of the half of the time. Without their half, they cannot be in the half of the half of the time. Do you understand this? The half is Tiphereth, and the other half is Malkuth. These two halves also represent the man and the woman in the Holy copulation.

Sig and Swastika

John the Baptist is the force related with the Rune Sig, which is at the very bottom, in Yesod-Malkuth, and John the Apostle is Eihwaz in the throat. If you unite Eihwaz and Sig together, then you form the Rune Gibor in movement (swastika)—which is the sexual act, the Donum Dei—in the house of Peter. The two forces, man and woman, Ida, Pingala unite in order to work with the third, which is the Lord in the Sushumna.

Here there is something very important to mention. Remember that before becoming Apostles of Jesus Christ, the savior, the twelve Apostles of the Lord were disciples of John the Baptist. Peter was with him; Andrew was with him; so were the rest of the fishermen. What were they doing? They were fishing for fish (the energy of Chesed) which relate to the physical glands.

At the very bottom of the tree of life we find the Grail, Malkuth, our physicality (the opposite of Chesed) with the twelve Apostles, and in Yesod (superior waters of Malkuth) is John the Baptist who is working with the twelve Apostles, or sexual solar forces represented by honey and locusts.

We explained that the locusts are the mighty force of Geburah that descends from Geburah into Malkuth-Yesod that we have to eat, or better said, to transmute. Yet, remember, it is also said that John the Baptist ate wild honey. What is wild honey? Wild honey is the outcome of what we physically eat. Why? Honey is the outcome of what the bee does in his own digestive system, right? The bees collect the pollen from the flowers, and transform that into honey in their own digestive system. Honey is their vomit, right? It is a very sweet vomit. It is good for old people to eat honey, wild honey, because that helps their digestive system.

We must know how to eat, because we have to produce energy, we have to produce honey, because the disciple of the Lord, the adept, the Monad, has to eat honey. But remember, it is not just the bee-honey that people have to eat. People think: "Oh John the Baptist just ate wild honey." No. Listen, honey is the symbol of the solar energy, the outcome of the transformation of the food we eat, in our digestive system. As simple as that.

Regarding this, Martha, another disciple of the Lord is coming into my mind. Martha likes to cook in order to serve the Lord. Who do you think was cooking for the last supper, and all the suppers that the Lord had with his apostles? Who was the one who was putting the bread and the wine on the table? Not everyone was a cook. Well, the one who was doing that job was Martha. And Martha is in our physicality, which is feminine; she is related with the digestive system. Martha is that physical intelligence that transforms the forces of the Lord wisely; she is under the direction of the Lord.

Now it came to pass, as they went, that Jesus entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet (Yesod), and heard his word.
But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing (sexual transmutation) is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. – Luke 10: 38-42

Martha is related with the apostle James the Elder, who is related with the pancreas. The pancreas is the organ that helps the stomach to digest what we eat. So there is a relationship between James the Elder and Martha here below, in our physicality.

The realization of the Self is a work that we have to perform in steps. Thus, do not put your mind too much in Heaven. Do not misunderstand me; it is good to know about heaven, because we need to understand the path, the map of the path, yet, comprehend, we are here on Malkuth, the Earth. Thus, we have to begin to work with our physicality, the Hyle body. HYLE—this is how your physicality is denominated in Greek. So you have to begin here, working with your physicality, because Yesod-Malkuth is the foundation. Martha teaches you what to eat, what to put in your stomach. The transformation of any food is always the activity of Martha, while her sister Mary is receiving the doctrine directly from the Lord.

Behold here these feminine aspects that you have to understand, the three Marys. Martha is the digestive system in your physicality. She relates to other transformations that we have to do, because here in the physical body, your digestive system transforms everything without your intervention. Martha is working in your digestive system. James is also working with the transformation of any food.

Master Samael said everything that we put in the stomach, (i.e. when we take the Eucharist) is transformed by the digestive system and distributed to our physicality, the psyche, and even the Spirit. But who is the one that is doing this transformation? It is Martha, with the help of James. James, says Master Samael, is the patron of the Great Work. Martha and James are related with the transformation that we have to do, beginning with Hyle, the physicality, and after that going up to the psyche. Because first is the physiology, the physical relation of the Logos with Hyle, which is the physicality. Next is the psychology, which is the relation of the Logos with the Psyche. That is the second aspect or step. The third aspect that we find is Pneumology, which is the relation of the Logos with the Pneuma, the Spirit. We are here in Hyle. Let us not go mistakenly up, because in order to understand we have to start, to begin, at the bottom.

We can find all of these explanations that I am giving you regarding Peter and our femininity or physicality in The Pistis Sophia. The book states:

"It came to pass, when Jesus finished speaking his words unto his disciples that he said unto them, 'do you understand in what manner I discourse with you?', and Peter standed forward and said unto Jesus, "My Lord, we will not endure this woman, for she taketh the opportunity from us and have let none of us speak, but she discourseth many times.'" – The Pistis Sophia

And in The Gospel of Thomas, Peter states:

"Let Mary leave us, for women are not worthy of life."

When you read such statements, all women feel bad and say: "What, we are not worthy of life"...right? No, listen, Peter is addressing Malkuth, the feminine aspect of our Selves, which is this physicality that we have, which is really the outcome of fornication. Thus, Peter, who is the head of the whole work, realizes that the celestial woman, the Akasha, penetrates through the nose, and he has to deal with her. Then, the Akasha goes down into the sexual organs, which are feminine. Now, in order to transmute that Akasha, Peter, from the pineal gland, has to control that woman (sex), so that through the spinal column, the Divine Mother will rise to the throat and bloom into the Verb on our fertile lips, in order to discuss the thoughts of the Lord, her Son. Maybe this is why Peter said, "Women discourse too much." Do you know what I mean? Women have the ability of that creative force. Thus, we have to talk in a very wise way, since such a woman is in the throat—and she is talking right now, delivering you the Logos, the Word, the message which is the Lord, through my throat, through my woman—and also because of the power of that woman-serpent, who rose from my sexual organs (which are feminine) up to my brain, thanks to Peter.

Yet, Peter is against those women that prostitute their solar forces in their physicality, whether they are males or females. Now you understand why Peter says, "This woman talks too much," and, "Women are not worthy of life." Yes, Peter is stating that our physicality is not worthy of life; yet, this receptacle, this physicality, receives all the archetypes. Without the physicality, without the physical body, how are we going to enter into the path? And remember that our physicality is only the half of the half. We have to be complete; we have to have our other half, our other honey. Both halves united in sexuality must work with the Lord. This is why Jesus said:

I myself shall lead her, in order to make her male, so that she too may become a living spirit, resembling you males. For every woman who will make herself male will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. - Gospel of Thomas

What is the meaning of that statement? In Kabbalah, the Lord, who is in Tiphereth, is the male in Yesod, and Malkuth, which is feminine, is the female in Yesod. Malkuth is fallen. It is represented by Mary Magdalene. This is why, in the Book of Revelation, Malkuth is called the Great Whore, mother of fornications and abominations of the Earth. The Great Whore is the physicality that we have; it is very degenerated. Inside, we carry all of that within our physicality. So, we are not worthy of life, or better said, we are not worthy of the Tree of Life, which is Sushumna, where the Lord is. However, with the science of Peter, the science of the Great Work, Jesus teaches our physicality how to become a male, meaning, to be obedient, because the male is Pingala, that obeys the head, but the female is the sexual organ, that does not obey. Indeed, you know this.

And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from there it was parted, and became into four heads. The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasses the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold; and the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone. - Genesis 2: 10, 11

The land of Havilah is our own physical body, and the gold of this land is the solar atoms from our seminal system, that is to say, the semen’s potable gold. - Samael Aun Weor

And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that compasses the whole land of Ethiopia. - Genesis 2:13

This second river is the cerebrospinal fluid, which is the other pole of our seminal system. With it we encompass the whole land of Ethiopia, that is to say, the whole of our head and throat, since we form the brain and throat with the cerebrospinal fluid. - Samael Aun Weor

Thus, we have to teach the sexual organ how to be like Pingala, because Ida is fallen, into Klipoth. Ida into Klipoth is Nahemah and Lilith: the two psychologies against which we have to fight in order to transform them from the very bottom. Thus, Peter is the one who shows us how to do the sexual work, you see?

פרת Perth or Phurth

And the name of the third river is Hiddekel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is פרת "Phurth" (Euphrates).- Genesis 2:14

The river which goes toward the east of Assyria and the river Euphrates are the two poles of the woman’s seminal system. Therefore, the woman is towards the east of us, because she is the door of Paradise and this door is always towards the east. - Samael Aun Weor

Anybody who wants to do sexual alchemy has to descend into the ninth sphere, to put his head, his breathing science, in the stone, in the Laftar (Rune Laf) in order for them to work and to self-realize themselves.

Peter is Pistis. In the pineal gland, we have that virtue called faith. People think that faith is something like: "Oh I like this, I believe in this. Therefore, I have faith." No, listen, faith is an energy, it is a force that you develop in the pineal gland. That is why Master Samael Aun Weor says you need to have faith in order to experience heavenly things. You can experience the beyond, but you experience it with energy. You cannot go consciously into the Astral plane if you are squandering your sexual force. Yet, if you transmute your sexual force and strengthen your pineal gland, then you develop faith, because with it you can experience not only the Astral Plane and the Mental Plane, but even the 6th dimension, because Peter, which is faith (in the Pineal Gland), has the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. When Peter uses the keys, which are Ida and Pingala and Sushumna, then we strengthen that faith, which is energy.

Thomas comes into my mind now. All the apostles saw the Lord resurrected except Thomas. So they came to Thomas—who is in the right hemisphere of the brain, related with esoteric experiences—and said, "We have seen the Lord."

But Thomas said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not have Pistis. - John 20: 25

Ordinary translations say, "I will not believe." That is wrong. Pistis is not belief; Pistis is faith. Obviously, if we do not experience certain things, how are we going to develop faith? Faith is conviction of what we know through direct experience. It is energy. Then when Jesus appears, he says to Thomas:

Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless (apistos), but FAITHFUL (pistos). - John 20: 27

The translation says, "Do not be unbelieving, but believing." Such a translation is bad because, regarding faith, every single word in Greek says Pistis, Pistis, Pistis. Jesus said to Thomas, "If you do not have Pistis, come, put your finger here, and now have Pistis, like the rest of your brethren." Thus, when Thomas put his finger inside, he said unto Jesus:

My Lord and my God; Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast Pistis: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have Pistis. – John 20: 28, 29

In other words, the sexual energy activated the brain and Thomas experienced the Truth, that is Pistis, related with the Pineal Gland. Then Jesus said, "Blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have Pistis." How do you interpret this? You might say, "Well if I do not see things then I am blessed." No, that is wrong, because Thomas did not see the resurrected Jesus, do you realize that? The only one who did not see the resurrected Jesus was Thomas. Was Thomas blessed because he did not see the resurrected Jesus? Well, according to John 20:28-29, Thomas was blessed because he did not see Jesus. Yet, before that verse Jesus said, "Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless (apistos), but faithful (pistos)."

"Blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have Pistis." Is there not something incongruent here? No, not if you understand the words. Blessed are you, as Thomas, who did not see certain things, but if you have Pistis, energy, you will see them. You are blessed only if you have faith, Pistis, energy, even if you have not seen the Lord yet. Someone could say, "I do not have faith in astral projection; yet, I am blessed because I have accumulated a lot of transmuted sexual energy in my pineal gland; thus, I am going to lie down and meditate now, and because that energy is Pistis, I will experience it. So, I will be blessed."

But if you are a fornicator and you have not seen the Lord yet, you are not blessed, because you do not have faith, Pistis; you do not have transmuted sexual energy. Thus, Thomas is that part of us that utilizes the sexual energy in order to comprehend, to understand things, because in order to comprehend things, in order to experience things, you need energy in your brain. If you do not have fuel in your car, and you want to travel, then how are you going to travel if you do not have gas? Similarly, faith is like gas, energy that you have to accumulate. This is why it is stated that Faith (energy) without works is useless. You can do a transmutation here and transmutation there, and accumulate a lot of energy, but, if you do not do anything in order to apply that energy in order for you to experience the truth, it is worthless. Do you understand this? Sublimated energy is faith.

That is why it is stated that the hormones of the sexual glands fortify the pineal gland, and the hormones of the pineal gland fortify the sexual glands. This is the alchemical interrelation between Peter and the woman. Peter is disgusted with those women who are fornicators; yet, when that woman repents, when Mary Magdalene repents, when the Lord takes all the seven sins out of her body, she then becomes Saint Mary, symbol of our physicality. Behold here, the three Marys: Mary, the Divine Mother Kundalini; Mary Magdalene, the Spouse; and Martha her Sister, with whom we have to work.

The three of them work with Peter. If you do not know alchemy, you might think that Peter, the apostle of 2011 years ago, was against women, against female bodies, which is precisely the wrong interpretation of many students of esotericism or Gnosticism. Behold the Catholic Church, full of monks that do not want anything to do with women because they think Peter was against women, yet according to the gospel Peter was married. Yes, he had a woman as a spouse. But he was controlling his own particular individual woman—his physicality, sexuality, the throat, etc. That is why it is stated in Pistis Sophia that Peter gives the idea, the solution, of repentance in the middle of his Brethren. Who are the Brethren of Peter? All the apostles, which are inside Mary (our physicality) and who are fed through Martha, which is the honey that John the Baptist eats together with locusts. The honey and the locusts are the solar energy.

Now let me tell you one thing, even though it is not written: John the Baptist was also eating fish. It would be absurd if his disciples, Peter, Andrew, and all of them who were fishing in the sea, would not have offered fish to John the Baptist, if they would not say to him, "John, won't you have a piece of fish for a change? Instead of locusts and wild honey, fish is good, too." Right? So John the Baptist was also eating fish, which is the symbol of Chesed, the water. Remember that Chesed is the Holy Spirit of God that was floating in the beginning, upon the face of the waters. That is Chesed, which is water, related with the fish-force that goes inside the physical body.

How did John the Baptist eat fish? I am telling you, through his disciples, the apostles, his followers. Yes, he ate through Peter and all the apostles, who were his disciples before Jesus. In other words, he ate fish through the physical glands, because the endocrine system is related with the twelve apostles. The fish in the water is the creative Akashic force that hovers in the organism. This Akashic water where the fish (Chesed) floats is also related with the blood, the heart, which we were talking about. A mother accumulates, gathers all the energies from her glands—especially through the immune system, the thymus gland—and places them into her milk to feed her child physically. In the same manner, the Initiate feeds his soul through the thymus, which is John the apostle. John the apostle is the brother of James. The Buddhadatu (the thymus, the tumos, or essence-breath that we have within, which is part of the Logos) is fed by means of the transmutation of the forces of all the apostles. The milk is formed by means of the hormonal secretions of the endocrine system. Kabbalistically, milk is related with the Sephirah Netzach, which is related with the mind, the head. Thus, behold that the consciousness, the Buddhadatu, receives the strength of the twelve Apostles when you enter into this path. This is how the two Johns were fed; this is how you feed your Soul. This is how John the Baptist was developing; this is how John the apostle was growing up—thanks to the milk of the hormonal system, the endocrine system, and thanks to the honey and the locusts that John the Baptist was digesting in his stomach. All of that is energy, the different aspects that you have to transmute in order to build within you John the Baptist, who represents the consciousness of the Bodhisattva, the Terrestrial Man working in Yesod, the foundation of the Tree of Life.

What did John the Baptist say when his disciples were approaching? They asked:

What shall we do then? He answereth and saith unto them, He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath meat, let him do likewise. Then came also publicans to be baptized, and said unto him, Master, what shall we do? And he said unto them, Exact no more than that which is appointed you. And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages. - Luke 3: 10-14

In other words, he was saying, "Love one another." Every Bodhisattva always teaches the same.

When Jesus comes to Yesod and is baptized by the Bodhisattva, through sexual magic, he starts teaching the disciples of John. Peter comes and becomes a disciple of the Lord, and all of the disciples of John become disciples of Jesus. But this step belongs to the Venustic Initiation that we have to understand, a very advanced step that we have to take inside of us. Now, we are preparing our physiology and our psychology for the coming of the Lord. When we reach that level, which will be the half of the half of the time, then He (the Lord) will come as Sophia, because Peter is Pistis. Thus, first, we have to develop Pistis, here in the top of the head, here where we have that faith, the seven serpents of fire that have to rise. When that Pistis is developed, when that soul is grown, when that soul becomes John the Baptist, when we have created and developed that soul, then, the Lord appears, which is Jesus (the symbol of the savior), in order to give another higher step. He goes into our endocrine system, into our archetypes:

From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. And Jesus, walking by the (Akashic) sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers. And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. And they straightway left their nets, and followed him. And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them. And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him. – Matthew 4: 17-22

This refers to that higher step, in which these faculties are developed in another octave.

Thus, the disciples of John the Baptist become the disciples of Jesus and he teaches them the same as John. Jesus says:

A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. – John 13: 34, 35

This is the same thing that John the Baptist, the Bodhisattva, was telling them.

Later, the John of the cross, John the Apostle says:

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God...

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. - 1 John 4: 7, 10-11

Read the letters of John the Apostle. There you will find that he is always teaching love for one another, because the Thymus gland, the Apostle John, is always close to Jesus. John is that intuitive mind of the Logos, the Word that has developed within us. In the beginning John was not developed, but now, in this higher step when he is underneath the cross of Golgotha, that Buddhadatu is completely awakened, completely developed. Thus, John says, "Love one another," because love was the force that took me to this level; love is God. John the Baptist says, "Love one another;" Jesus says, "Love one another;" and John the Apostle says, "Love one another." Behold the phrase that unites the three of them. John the Baptist is in Yesod. John the Apostle is in Netzach. He is the intuitive mind, the man that was developed through the Thymus, the essence, the consciousness, the Buddhadatu. Jesus is in the heart, Tiphereth, the center of the Aztec calendar. Do you understand that? The two Johns and Jesus are related. They are archetypes with which we have to work. In the beginning we have to work with John the Baptist, then John the Apostle. This is why the resurrected Jesus said to Peter:

Simon, son of Jonah, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonah, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonah, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep. – John 21: 15-17

Jesus asked Peter three times because "Before the rooster crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice." Peter denies the Lord, three times.

Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple (John) whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee? Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do? Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me. – John 21: 20-22

In the Great Work, first we have to work with Peter (the building of the solar bodies, the church) then later John the Baptist appears (the Bodhisattva), and then John the Apostle (the Bodhichitta).

We have to understand the three denials of Peter. They are three steps in the Great Work. What is the rooster? It is the one that awakens the day, the Logos. "Before the rooster crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice." The Gospels say that after the first denial of Peter, the rooster sings, and Peter remembers. But then he denies Jesus a second time, and then a third time. And with the third denial, the rooster sings again, and Peter remembers what Jesus said to him, and he repents. The repentance of Peter is related with three steps that we have to understand. First we have to develop Pistis, that faith which is Peter, in order to build the church. We have to build the church on the rock, which is sexual transmutation. We have to build the Astral Body, the Mental Body, and the Causal Body. That is what it means to build the church.

When the tower of fire, Belen, is shining on top of our head, it is because the church has already been built. Belen is an Aramaic word, which means tower of fire. Belen is bel-en, the tower of fire, and that word brings to my mind Barbelo, the abode of the light, the place where the light is found. Barbelo. Bar in Aramaic means son; bel means fire. Thus, Barbelo is the son of the fire, the son of the light. Barbelo is on top of Kether. So, when the energy has risen to the top of the head, when it is in the Pineal gland, and when the Crown Chakra is the Aureole of the Saints, Barbelo is shining there—the light of our Bel, in our physicality, and our psychology as well. The true light of Barbelo is there in the Absolute, the Solar Absolute, that light which descends. In order for that Christ—which is Barbelo, which is in the Absolute—to descend it has to descend through Kether into Chokmah and then into Tiphereth to be united with the soul. Barbelo in Tiphereth is united with Chokmah, which is the Cosmic Christ, which is wisdom (Chokmah) in Hebrew and Sophia in Greek. So, when Sophia enters into Pistis, what do we have? We have Pistis Sophia. This is the moment in which the initiate that is already a John the Baptist, a Man, a human being built through Peter, receives Sophia, the Lord, the Christ, the wisdom. That is the union of two forces, the human soul Pistis and Sophia, the savior. In order to receive Sophia, you have to build Pistis, you have to build faith. Have you read about it?

And when they were come to the multitude, there came to him a certain man, kneeling down to him, and saying, Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatic, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water. And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him.

Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless (apistos) and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me. And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour.

Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? And Jesus said unto them, Because of your faithlessness (apistos): for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith (Pistis) as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. – Matthew 17: 14-20

In another lecture I told you that the feminine, the small faith, is in the sexual force, the sexual glands, the seed. If, for instance, the man places his seed in the womb of a woman, that small seed will become a physical body, a child, right? And who does that? It is the Holy Spirit, in the womb of the Mother. A simple, small seed. If we take that small seed, that feminine force of the sexual glands which is in the seed, the symbol of the mustard seed, if you take that faith, little by little, then you will build a lot of faith on the top of your mountain. Having faith the size of a mustard seed means transmuting that energy which is in your seed, which is like the size of a grain of mustard seed and even smaller. If you transmute that energy, it will rise to the top of your head, and you will move mountains.

Thus, faith it is not what the people think: "Oh, have faith, believe in this little thing and you will move mountains." No, faith is energy. The small faith is in the sexual energy, that is small, that is why it is the feminine, small faith; if you transmute it, when the mustard seed grows, it becomes a big tree, the tree of life, where all the birds of heaven have their nest. The birds of heaven, or the archetypes of heaven, will come and nest within you if you do that, if you have faith like the size of a mustard seed. Remember that. It is not about believing; it is about transmutation, and Peter has to deal with it. That is why Peter said, this woman always interferes in all the work that we are doing—because the woman is receptive; she receives all of the forces; it is our physicality, our physical body. That woman-force is talking now, through my throat. What would I do without my throat? I would not be able to produce words. It is my feminine organ, my Daath. But if I do not transmute my feminine force, which is likened to the size of a mustard seed, my faith will not be developed. Little by little, this is how Peter receives strength. But those that fornicate do not have that faith; they just believe in something.

Here we are talking about living experience, in other words, having faith like Matthew and Thomas (left and right hemispheres of the brain). The brain is the part of us that receives energy and utilizes that energy in order to experience. This is how Peter (the pineal gland) becomes enhanced. But in order to get that energy we have to descend into the Ninth Sphere. In order to get that energy we have to fight against the woman, the sexual organ; otherwise the woman of desire will defeat you like Delilah; thus, you will always be sad and weak because Delilah is always stronger than you. Your brain needs to be a Samson. Unfortunately, in the sexual act, Delilah says to your brain, "No, you are not Samson I (the sexual organ) am stronger than you." Then you end up denying the Lord. Listen, to deny the Lord is to fornicate, physically or psychologically. Then the Initiate feels sorrow, like Peter. Do not think that all of us that come here are already Samsons. No, we are defeated in many ways, because the Lord is denied three times by Peter. You have faith here, accumulated in the pineal gland, but when we are tested sometimes we fail, and then Peter (the faith) shrinks. The faith that we have in abundance shrinks because the one that feeds that faith is the little faith that is in the sexual organs; it is the feminine force. In other words, it is Ida. And then you feel remorse. But when you conquer the first denial, you then resurrect in the fire and in the light.

Then you enter, in accordance with the Path, into other levels working with the Moon, Mercury, Venus, the Sun, etc. until Neptune, and within that Path, Peter is also defeated many times, because you have to apply meditation. That is the second denial of the three denials.

The last denial is the eight years of Job, when finally the Initiate is tested. That is why Samael Aun Weor stated:

In India, the degree of culture is measured according to the time-span that the chemical copulation is endured. Whosoever endures three hours is respected and is a "lord." - The Revolution of the Dialectic

Somebody read this literally, did not understand, and thought that he had to practice three hours daily. Thus, he went to the Master, very proud, and asked, "Master, what do you think about working three hours in Sexual Magic?" because that is what he was doing. Master Samael said to him, "Lust, lasciviousness, what else?" But what about the three hours? Oh, well you are reading mechanically."

Three days. After three days and three nights, the Lord resurrects. First hour, the First mountain; second hour, the second mountain; third hour, the eight years of Job. Those are the three hours. Usually Initiates reach only the First hour; they reach Mastery, that is it. Rare are the ones who practice the second hour, and very rare are the ones that take the third hour. Three denials, three hours—it is a symbol. The time is a symbol. If you read everything mechanically, you do not know where you are going, and you start over-practicing. After three hours this man could not even walk. Three hours of sexual magic... one hour is always enough, but three times. Remember, before the resurrection there were three days—or three hours, if you want. So do not read everything mechanically. Understand that the apostles are within your physicality, related with virtues. Peter is Pistis, faith, because he is the one that directs the whole work, and when he builds the church (the Astral body, the Mental body, and the Causal body) upon the rock, then John the Baptist appears, thanks to him, because Peter is the one who has the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. Andrew is strength, sexual strength. John is emotional love, or the intuitive mind. Philip is the creative power of the Word. Philip is in the throat, related with the science of the Akasha, the 5th Chakra. Bartholomew is clairvoyance, or imagination; James the Elder, cognizance; Thomas, wisdom; Matthew, willpower. James the lesser is order, related with the appendix. Simon of Cana is zeal, the back of your neck, which is called the hindbrain. Judas Thaddeus is elimination, related with the coccyx, and Judas Iscariot is the sexual power. Judas Iscariot as you know is also related with desire. Every apostle that came 2010 years ago represented part of these twelve forces that are around the heart. Remember that the heart, through the blood, is that flowing that takes the milk (the secretions of the endocrine glands) and the honey (the transmutation of the energy of what you eat, created by the digestive system). There you find the rivers of milk and honey, within you, which work in your particular Eden.

Questions and Answers

Audience: You talked about the three Marys in Christianity, and I know two of those Marys: Mary the Mother of God, and Mary Magdalene. Who is the third Mary? Is it Mary the sister of Martha?

Instructor: The first Mary is Mary the Mother of Jesus. Then there is Mary Magdalene, who represents our physicality, yet all of those Marys represent different levels of the same aspect of Mary. Mary is the Akasha, the energy that enters through your throat. It is the feminine force that takes the three breaths of the Akasha. That is the Mary of the Cosmos that enters into your system. Mary, in your nature, is in your sexuality. Mary, the physicality, is also part of Mary. These three Marys are in different levels inside of us. For instance, Mary in our physicality is also related with Martha, right? Same 'M'. The 'M' represents the feminine force. Remember the lecture about the letter Mem: it is the Mother. So it is the feminine aspect that we have within our physicality. It also represents the woman. That is why the woman has the milk, right? We have to feed ourselves with that milk of our endocrine system that runs in our blood. The energy of the honey also runs in our blood. If you take the milk and the honey, you find the Sun and the Moon, the silver and the gold. Remember that one key of Peter is silver and the other is gold—milk and honey. Everything is in relation with the physicality and with the two polarities, Ida and Pingala. That is why somebody stated that there is a third key, which is in the middle. That is the key that appears with transmutation, with the transformation that we have to do through the Rune Perth, which is Peter, the Stone. Always remember the three Marys are the three feminine aspects of the Holy Trinity. Study the Holy Trinity in the physicality, in the psyche, and in different aspects, and you will always find the three Marys there. We always work with the three Marys, whether you like it or not. That is why, as a male, you need a Mary. Also, a woman—who is Mary, representing the feminine aspect—needs a Male. Even the word Male begins with Mem. Do you have more questions? Do you understand what Peter is?

Audience: Please explain the Hindu graphic of the three female deities. What is the meaning of it?

Tridevi

Instructor: The graphic of the three female Hindu deities shows us the Tridevi (three-Devi). The Tridevi (three goddesses) are the three feminine aspects related with the Holy Trinity, which in Hinduism are Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva; in Christianity, Father, Son, Holy Spirit; in the Edda, Wotan, Wili, Weh. People usually think that the Holy Trinity is formed by three males. They think the Holy Spirit is a male, the Son is a male, and the Father is a male. No, they are three androgynous forces that relate to the physicality, too. The first feminine aspect, which is related with Kether, the Father, is Sarasvati, the wife of Brahma. The second aspect related with Chokmah, Vishnu, is Lakshmi, the feminine aspect of Christ, the Son. The third is Parvati, which is the feminine aspect of the Holy Spirit, Shiva. These are the three which, in Christianity, are called the three Marys, related with the forces of Akasha, with the science of breathing. The science of breathing is related with Peter. Remember that the clue, the keys of Peter, is the breathing system, the polarities. Master Samael states that very clearly. The three charioteers are the three primary forces that guide that chariot. That chariot represents the bodies already created, the Merkabah as it is called in Hebrew. The word Chariot is English; Merkabah is Hebrew. The Merkabah is the physical body, Astral Body, Mental Body, Causal Body. That is the Merkabah, and the three charioteers of the Merkabah are the three primary forces, inside of us. But the one doing all of the work with the three primary forces and with the Merkabah is Peter. That work is the Great Work—the completion of completions, through the Twenty-Fourth Arcanum (the weaver), which is the sixth, which is Tiphereth. All of that is very Kabbalistic. Now you also understand the two flows, the two Lobos, the two Lupus of the famous word given by Master Samael: Hercolubus, the mighty force of the Law in us, esoterically speaking, Kabbalistically speaking. Remember that Geburah has two poles. Every single Logos has two poles, one negative and the other positive. The positive Ray of Mars is Elohim Gibor, and the other is Andrameleck, the head of the hasnamussen. If you go to the left, you go to the hasnamussen, with Andrameleck. If you go to the right, then you go with Elohim Gibor, with the Rune Gibor, in the right way—clockwise, because if you do it counterclockwise, it will be like Hitler. He knew about this science, but he worked and rotated the Gibor in the opposite way, counterclockwise, that is negative; that is the way of the hasnamussen. Hitler knew that, but obviously he was a hasnamuss. Clearly he never disintegrated the ego. All of those who do not disintegrate the ego turn the Gibor in the opposite way. We have to turn it in the right way.

Audience: Celestial bodies rotate around the sun in a counterclockwise direction.

Instructor: Well the Celestial bodies always move mechanically (karmically), because the logical movement of the Laws of Nature is counterclockwise. Devolution, Typhon, descends to the left, and evolution, Anubis, ascends to the right, that is counterclockwise. That is the mechanicity of Nature, not only in any planet, but also in the Universe. For you to enter into self-realization, you have to turn the Gibor in the opposite way, and that is precisely the work of Hercules.

Audience: If you look from the point of view of the Absolute downwards, if you visualize that spiral, then it makes sense: one goes up and one goes down.

Instructor: Yes, the spiral going down and up. Obviously everything is mechanical in this universe, but through the science that we are teaching we can work against that mechanicity. That is why it is very difficult to find self-realized people, because, as Master Samael Aun Weor explains in his books, nature fights against the one that wants to control it. Nature turns counter-clockwise, giving life to all of the kingdoms, and then you come along and say, "I will command nature, and I will do it in the opposite way, and I will control it." And then nature responds, "Try me! Try me!" Very few succeed, because first you have to fight your own nature, your physicality, and then nature in the planet, and then in the Cosmos. She fights with all her strength, but if you defeat her, you are a conqueror; you become her son. Watch the Magic Flute of Mozart, and you will see how nature works for and against us. In us, we start working with transmutation in order to start the path of Peter, and nature says, no! And once again we have to persist and persist until we conquer the first level, which is Hyle, the physicality. That is how you begin. Then you enter into your psyche.

Audience: Is that the fight that Jacob had with the Angel?

Instructor: Oh, yes, of course. That is the fight of Jacob. It is another step. Jacob is Tiphereth. When you reach Tiphereth, and you have already created your bodies, and you are in the Half of the Half of the time, then Samael appears at another level and says, "Fight me. If you defeat me, you will receive your sacred name and become a Son of God, a Son of the Sun." But, understand me, this is another step in relation with the Great Work; in that work, you have to help the lower Monads because this is precisely the path of the middle, in which the Initiate helps the lower Monads to rise. How do you help them to rise? How does Christ help you when you incarnate him? Christ enters into you and starts making a revolution; that is, revolving the Gibor in the clockwise direction. That is what the Lord does, because the other forces like Judas, Pilate, and Caiaphas rotate the wheel in the opposite way, and the Lord comes and does it in the clockwise direction. He is rebellious. He is against everything. With that action from your psyche, he is turning you, and with his own essence (the fire), taking your consciousness to another level: Solar Man, Galactic Man, and beyond—a Kosmic Man. In the same way that he helps, we also have to imitate him. How do we imitate him? When you eat your vegetables, your plants, your cereals, you are helping the Monads in that kingdom through your transmutation, to elevate them to the higher levels. If you eat that with a lot of hunger, and then go and fornicate, you are sending them down. The real Initiate eats, drinks the water, eats plants, eats cereals, and also eats flesh, because he loves the animals. The Monads of the animals also need to go up. When you eat the flesh of an animal and you transmute it, you are elevating that Monad, helping it, showing it how to do it. If you are a vegetarian, okay, that is good, but how are you going to help the animals? By giving a lecture? They do not understand English; they only understand the animal languages. However, if you eat them, through the Law of the Cosmic Common Trogoautoegocrat, and digest them into your own honey, and you transmute it, then those Monads whose elements are in the flesh will feel elevated through your spiritual work.

If you are not doing that, it does not matter if you eat meat or not, but if you do the Work, then you understand why the Human Being feeds himself with the three inferior kingdoms—Animal Kingdom, Vegetable Kingdom, Mineral Kingdom—because we need to help those Monads too. For that you kill them, because when you eat an apple, you are killing the apple. Do not think that only when you eat meat are you killing the animal. No, you also destroy the life that is there, when you digest it. That is precisely the meaning of the Work, the Pancatattva. I am not teaching you to be carnivorous, but you have to help those animals too, especially in this day and age, because they suffer. Eventually these animals will become intellectual animals, and they will think, "Well, when I was an animal, somebody ate my body, and I felt how he transmuted the energy and elevated me, and taught me through experiencing that." That is the Law of the Cosmic Common Trogoautoegocrat; it is not only to be swallowed and to swallow. It is a psychological and spiritual process. It goes up even to the Monad, because anything that you find, has a Monad, has an intelligence, has essence, whether it is an apple, whether it is water that you drink, whether it is honey that you eat, or a piece of meat, fish, etc.
