The Tower of Babel (2)

Rabbi Hiya said, it is written:

And the wicked are like the troubled sea (ChaYam Nigrash-כים נגרש), when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.” - Isaiah 57:20

Is there then a troubled sea? Truly so, for when it exceeds its boundaries, it becomes 'nigrash' and bursting its barriers, as a man intoxicated with wine, rolling and staggering and unable to keep himself erect, and scripture further adds, of the sea when in this troubled state, 'It cannot rest; and its waters cast up mire and dirt,' meaning that whilst it is calm, the mud concealed in its depths remains undisturbed but the moment its surface begins to be ruffled and agitated by tempestuous winds and storms it is ejected, similarly with a man who as long as he is devoted to the service of his Lord, his lower nature or self is calm and peaceful, its animal propensities repressed and restrained, but as soon as his relation with his divine higher self becomes disturbed and broken, like a drunkard, he begins to reel and stagger, and give utterance to the depraved feelings and emotions that have lain dormant within him, and in proportion as he babbles forth his obscure and filthy gibberish, so does his profanity increase, for it is the reflection of his (Nephesh-נפש) impure animal self (soul) that then becomes manifested. Observe the words:

“And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.” - Genesis 11:4

The term "Habah- הבה" (go to) whenever used in scripture is always found in connection with some thing or project unrealizable by those who conceived it. Their blind impulse to build such a city and tower arose only from a wicked and foolish desire that animated and prompted them to live in open revolt against the Holy One."

Rabbi Abba said: "They were the subjects of a horrible and demoniacal infatuation in that they impiously wished to abandon the worship of their Lord for that of Satan or the serpent to whom they rendered homage and glory. The words, "Habah- הבה" (go to), let us build us a city and tower,' have a deeply occult meaning and contain a mystery most profound. Remark that when the Postdiluvians arrived at the plain in the land of Shinar (a strange kingdom or domain) and had become acquainted with and accommodated themselves to its natural advantages coming from its proximity to the sea, they said amongst themselves, it will be best for us to settle down and dwell here, for with little trouble and at once we can indulge in those sensual pleasures and delights that are the charm of life, making it worth the living. But why worship heavenward and what advantage will accrue to us in so doing.

Here let us build us a temple and make a deity of ourselves. Come and let us make a Shem-שם (name, a synonym for God, or a Divine Being) whom we can adore and have him always in our midst as a center of attraction, and thus avoid becoming dispersed abroad (Nephotz Thphustzoth-נפוץ תפוצות) on the face of the earth.” - Zohar

As It Is Written In The Book Of Acts:

"Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch-מלך, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon. -  Acts 7: 43

"Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech-מלך, the abomination of the children of Ammon." - 1 Kings 11:7

“For so it was, that the children of Israel had sinned against Iod-Havah יהוה their Elohim אלהים, which had brought them up out of the land of Egypt, from under the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and had feared other gods, and walked in the statutes of the nations, whom Iod-Havah יהוה cast out from before the children of Israel, and of the kings of Israel, which they had made.

And the children of Israel did secretly those things that were not right against Iod-Havah יהוה their Elohim אלהים, and they built them high places in all their cities, from the tower of the watchmen to the fenced city. And they set them up images and groves in every high hill, and under every green tree: And there they burnt incense in all the high places, as did the heathen whom Iod-Havah יהוה carried away before them; and wrought wicked things to provoke Iod-Havah יהוה to anger: For they served idols, whereof Iod-Havah יהוה had said unto them, Ye shall not do this thing.

And Iod-Havah יהוה testified against Israel, and against Judah, by all the prophets, and by all the seers, saying, Turn ye from your evil ways, and keep my commandments and my statutes, according to all the law which I commanded your fathers, and which I sent to you by my servants the prophets.

Notwithstanding they would not hear, but hardened their necks, like to the neck of their fathers, that did not believe in Iod-Havah יהוה their Elohim אלהים. And they rejected his statutes, and his covenant that he made with their fathers, and his testimonies which he testified against them; and they followed vanity (Abel הבל), and became vain, and went after the heathen that were round about them, concerning whom Iod-Havah יהוה had charged them, that they should not do like them.

And they left all the commandments of Iod-Havah יהוה their Elohim אלהים, and made them molten images, even two calves, and made a grove, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served Baal-בעל.

And they caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire, and used divination and enchantments, and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of Iod-Havah יהוה, to provoke him to anger. Therefore Iod-Havah יהוה was very angry with Israel, and removed them out of his sight: there was none left but the tribe of Judah only.Also Judah kept not the commandments of Iod-Havah יהוה their Elohim אלהים, but walked in the statutes of Israel which they made.

And Iod-Havah יהוה rejected all the seed of Israel, and afflicted them, and delivered them into the hand of spoilers, until he had cast them out of his sight.

For he rent Israel from the house of David; and they made Jeroboam the son of Nebat king: and Jeroboam drave Israel from following Iod-Havah יהוה, and made them sin a great sin.

For the children of Israel walked in all the sins of Jeroboam which he did; they departed not from them; until Iod-Havah יהוה removed Israel out of his sight, as he had said by all his servants the prophets. So was Israel carried away out of their own land to Assyria unto this day.

And the king of Assyria brought men from Babylon, and from Cuthah, and from Ava, and from Hamath, and from Sepharvaim, and placed them in the cities of Samaria instead of the children of Israel: and they possessed Samaria, and dwelt in the cities thereof.

And so it was at the beginning of their dwelling there, that they feared not Iod-Havah יהוה: therefore Iod-Havah יהוה sent lions among them, which slew some of them.

Wherefore they spake to the king of Assyria, saying, The nations which thou hast removed, and placed in the cities of Samaria, know not the manner of the God of the land: therefore he hath sent lions among them, and, behold, they slay them, because they know not the manner of the God of the land.

Then the king of Assyria commanded, saying, Carry thither one of the priests whom ye brought from thence; and let them go and dwell there, and let him teach them the manner of the God of the land.

Then one of the priests whom they had carried away from Samaria came and dwelt in Bethel, and taught them how they should fear Iod-Havah יהוה.

Howbeit every nation made gods of their own, and put them in the houses of the high places which the Samaritans had made, every nation in their cities wherein they dwelt.

ואנשי בבל עשו את־סכות בנות

And the men (of Israel) of Babylon made Succoth-Benoth-סוכות-בנת.

ואנשי־כות עשואת־נרגל

And the men (of Israel) of Cuth made Nergal (aka Mammon-ממון).

    

ואנשי חמת עשו את־אשימא

And the men (of Israel) of Hamath made Ashima (aka Baal Peghor).

והעוים עשו נבחזואת־תרתק

And the Avites (of Israel) made Nibhaz (aka Belial) and Tartak (aka Lilith).

והספרוים שרפים את־בניהם באש לאדרמלך וענמלך אלה ספרים

And the Sepharvites (bestial intellect of those who write books) burnt their children in fire to Adrammelech and Anammelech, the gods of books.

So they feared Iod-Havah יהוה, and made unto themselves of the lowest of them priests of the high places, which sacrificed for them in the houses of the high places.

They feared Iod-Havah יהוה, and served their own gods, after the manner of the nations whom they carried away from thence.

Unto this day they do after the former manners: they fear not Iod-Havah יהוה, neither do they after their statutes, or after their ordinances, or after the law and commandment which Iod-Havah יהוה commanded the children of Jacob, whom he named Israel; with whom Iod-Havah יהוה had made a covenant, and charged them saying, Ye shall not fear other Elohim, nor bow yourselves to them, nor serve them, nor sacrifice to them:

But IIod-Havah יהוה, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt with great power and a stretched out arm, him shall ye fear, and him shall ye worship, and to him shall ye do sacrifice.

And the statutes, and the ordinances, and the law, and the commandment, which he wrote for you, ye shall observe to do for evermore; and ye shall not fear other gods.

And the covenant that I have made with you ye shall not forget; neither shall ye fear other gods. But Iod-Havah יהוה thine Elohim ye shall fear; and he shall deliver you out of the hand of all your enemies.

Howbeit they did not hearken, but they did after their former manner.

Mammon-ממון-Money

So these nations feared Iod-Havah יהוה, and served their graven images (printed in their money), both their children, and their children's children: as did their fathers, so do they unto this day." - 2 Kings 17: 7-41

So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed, and went and returned, and dwelt at Nineveh. And it came to pass, as he was worshipping in the house of Nisroch his god, that Adrammelech and Sharezer his sons smote him with the sword: and they escaped into the land of Armenia. And Esar-haddon his son reigned in his stead." - 2 Kings 19: 36-37

“And these are the (מלכים Malechim) kings that reigned in the land of אדום Edom, before there reigned any (מלך Melech) king over the children (archetypes or Yashur-ישר  El-אל, the upright God - Hebrew אל El [1+30= 4] Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei יהוה) of ישראל Israel.” - Genesis 36: 31 

This lecture is the continuation (the second part) of the Tower of Babel, which is an interesting topic, especially for this day and age.

Remember that, as we already explained, the story about the Tower of Babel is written in the chapter eleven of the book of Genesis, in the Bible. However, the builder of this Tower is mentioned in the chapter number ten of the same book of Genesis. Again we remind you that the entire book, the Bible, is written based on Kabbalah and Alchemy, which is synthesized in the tree of life.

The tree of life, as you see it in our poster, as we have also mentioned in many lectures, is a symbol, in which we find ten spheres called Sephiroth; thus, everything that is written in the Bible refers or goes to the tree of life, the ten Sephiroth; this is why we, Gnostics, mention the tree of life many times. We always state that anybody who wants to know the hidden wisdom of the scriptures – the bible –has to study the tree of life. Otherwise we start building towers of Babel – and creating confusion, because what is written in the Bible – Gnosis - cannot be understood without Kabbalah and Alchemy.

The famous Tower of Babel is mentioned by many, and it is because in that tower (according to the book of Genesis) is where the many languages that we speak in the world started; of course every symbol, every story - whether in the Bible or in the scriptures of Buddha, or the Hindus i.e. the Bhagavad-Gita, the Mahabharata, or The Koran or any other sacred book of any other religion, all of them - are written in symbols. Thus, in order to comprehend any sacred book, we need to understand that each symbol can be interpreted in seven ways, in seven manners.

The science of the Bible, which is the science of Kabbalah and Alchemy, is the esoteric science given to the western world in order to understand the wisdom of the path. So, remember that the Bible is the sacred book given to the Westerners, in order for them to understand how the path of the self realization is. Thus, when the Bible mentions a tower, we Gnostic's always refer to it - as everything written in the Bible or any other holy book - as something that is always related to the human being, because the goal of life is to create the human being into the image of God.

The creation of the human being into the image of God is the process that we call “the self realization of the Being,” or the awakening, the illumination, the enlightenment, of each one of us, where we always find obstacles related to the rules that we always have to follow.

Indeed, the entire work is related to that axiom written on the threshold of the temple of Delphi - in Greece - that stated in Latin, Nosce te Ipsum, which translated into English means “Know Thyself.” Such an axiom continues, stating, “Know thyself and thou shalt know the Universe and its Gods.” So if you want to know the mysteries of any religion, you have to study yourself. If you want to study or to inquire about the mysteries of the Bible or about Buddha or Krishna, but only outside, without going inside into your Psyche (within yourself), then of course you won't discover anything; remember that the human being is called the Microcosmos of the Macrocosmos.

So, the Macrocosmos is reflected within the Microcosmos - yes, this is how it is! But we have to develop that Microcosmos within, in order to comprehend the Macro.  So the tower of Babel, as well as the story of the Ark of Noah, is written Kabbalistically, in order for us to comprehend the manner in which we have to do such a work. Yet, I repeat, in order to comprehend every single story, every single mystery of the Bible, especially Genesis, for anyone who wants to walk on the path of the self realization, it is indispensable, mandatory to study the tree of life, the ten Sephiroth, and this is a study that endures the whole life.

So we previously stated that we came down from the Milky Way – from the stars. As consciousness – as souls - we are connected to the spirit, and we stated that that spirit dwells in the stars; we also stated that this is not a physical abode. When we mention the stars, we are mentioning the superior dimensions of nature. We are in this physical-three-dimensional world, but above this third dimension we find the fourth, the fifth, the sixth, and the seventh dimensions, which are described in the tree of life. Many of you may have already the poster, and if you don't have it we can send one to you, so that you can study the different dimensions in relation with this tree of life or ten Sephiroth, which are the description of the universe in relation with the human being.

The Three Atoms

Chesed, the spirit, is related with the sixth dimension. We have stated that the spirit is energy – that it has no form; each one of us has their own inner spirit or Pneuma (as it is called in Greek). We also stated that there are always three atoms within our own particular spirit. Those three atoms are always related to the first triangle that we find on top of the tree of life; this has the first three spheres, which are named Kether, Chokmah, and Binah. In Christianity, these three first spheres are called Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; in Hinduism are called Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. In other words, if we study every single religion we will find these three principles named according to the language, according to their culture. So, these are three principles, or better said, forces, that could transform Monads into Gods. When we, Gnostics, say Gods, we understand that these are Monads who manifest the power of these three principles; Gods are what we call Cosmocreators, because these three primary forces – positive, negative and neutral, which are also called holy affirmation, holy denying and holy conciliation - are the forces that form what we call the ray of creation that manifests through any of them.

In order for any creation to come about, it needs these three forces (Father, Son and Holy Spirit; Kether, Chokmah and Binah) to be united.  In other words, these three forces must dwell in different levels within each unit that is created. This is precisely the beauty of all of this creation; thus, if you want to inquire, if you want to know where you can find those three principles called Father, Son and Holy Spirit, or Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva; well, you find them everywhere, within every single atom, of the Universe.

The goal of the ray of creation in the Universe is to create more complicated organisms, in order for those three primary forces to manifest and to express their beauty, or their creative power, which in the final synthesis is the Human Being.  “The Human Being into their own image” is what they want to create; when we say “image,” we refer to their creative power. This is why we state that these three particles are within every single spirit. If you concentrate on your own spirit, on your own Pneuma, on your own Buddha, you will discover that these three primary forces are within him. The three primary forces grant the power of creation in different levels.

Now, not all of those spirits have the power of a Cosmocreator, this means, the power to create, with wisdom. So therefore, each one of our spirits is connected to any of those great beings, which we call Cosmocreators, Gods, Deva's, Angels, Divine beings who dwell, in the higher dimensions; since Cosmocreators already know how to do Divine creations; but we do not know. This is why we are connected to any of those beings, through these three primary forces that we have in our own spirit.

Imagine these three primary forces as the plug that you take in order to connect to the electricity, as you always find three elements there. So if you want electricity, you then plug the wire into the connection (a triangle) and from there you receive the electricity. So in the same way, our own energy, which is our own spirit, has these three primary forces, that should and must be connected to any of the seven main forces that are there in the sixth dimension, which the Bible calls Elohim (which means Gods and Goddesses). We Gnostics call them Cosmocreators; in different religions you find different names for these beings who have already the wisdom (the light). So, we need that light. Thus, we receive their light - through the three primary forces in our spirit - from the sixth dimension into our physical body. This is precisely what we have to understand, because the physical body as we explained in the last lecture, is a marvelous instrument, a machine, created by divine forces – given unto us as a gift in order for us to do what we have to do. And this is precisely the topic of this lecture.

We have three particles - that we can also call atoms - of these three primary forces of our spirit in our physical body. Between the eyebrows, in the very root of the nose, we have the atom of the Father, which is called Kether (Hebrew for “the crown); he is Brahma. That atom is a magnetic point between the eyebrows. The first primary force has his kingdom in heaven. As we have already mentioned, it is from the sixth dimension, which is heaven (superior dimension). But in the physical body, heaven is the head, this is why in the graphic of the tree of life we see that these three primary forces are exactly related with the head. I.e. when you see the image of Shiva, you always find three lines in his forehead, because these three lines symbolize the three primary forces related with heaven.  So, when you read the Bible, or any sacred book and you read about heaven, then you have to understand that such a heaven is the superior dimensions, yet it is also your head; the head is the heaven of your body. So in this head, where you have these three primary forces, you have another atom, which is called the atom of the Holy Spirit or the atom of Shiva, the third primary force, which is located in the pineal gland. The pineal gland is located at the very center of the brain; a little bit ahead of the pineal gland you have the pituitary gland, and in it you have the atom of the Son, the second primary force.

We have these three particles of this Trinity or Tri-Unity - which is within every single unit of the Universe - in our head. So when you say “Father, Son, and Holy Spirit” in relation with the primary forces/principles, they are in your head: the Father in the root of your nose, the Son in the pituitary gland, and the Holy Spirit in the pineal gland.

Thus, when you deny the Trinity or when you deny God, you are denying those three principles that you have in your head. You can see them or be in contact with them, when you are awake, that is, when the senses capable of seeing them are awakened. The physical senses only put you in contact with the exterior world; you cannot see with the physical senses what you have inside your body (unless you go to a laboratory and have X-ray – then you can see what you have within your physical body). Nevertheless, there is another sense which is called clairvoyance, that if you awaken it, you can see inside of you, but you need to awaken it; clairvoyance is another sense commonly called a sixth sense. Moreover, even if you go to a laboratory and have an X-ray, you would not be able to find the three mentioned atoms, because these atoms (meaning small elements) are infinitely small particles of that creative force. They are how we are connected to our spirit, and how our spirit performs according to the superior laws in the physical plane/the physical body what we have to perform.

Father: Kether, Brain, Liver

For instance, the kingdom of the father is in the brain, so in the brain, you have that power of the first principle called Kether, Brahma, or the Father; in the brain he has his kingdom, but it is not fully developed, since, as you know very well, we use only 3% (maybe more) of the brain. Our duty is precisely to develop the whole heaven or the whole brain, which is an initiatic process. The power of the kingdom of God the Father is reflected in the liver, which is the huge gland that we have in the right side of our body; through the liver is how the Father reflects his law. Thus, the law (that we call the Glorian) is performed through the liver.  This is why we state that if the person has a good liver, good blood, then as a consequence the rest of the organism works very well, yet if you destroy your liver, you then destroy your whole life.  This is how through the blood the law which we call the law of karma (cause and effect) works in the body, in all the organs, mainly in the liver.

Geburah, the law works through the liver; through it our Father in heaven, the Monad (through the three primary forces) works in us; in other words, our own spirit always obey the three primary forces, which together are called Glorian. The three primary forces together in Buddhism are the Buddha of the Buddha, because our own particular spirit is what in Buddhism is called the Buddha, our Inner Buddha, which is always connected to these three primary forces, thus, in order to perform the self-realization of the being we have to obey the Glorian; in other words, our Monad, our own particular Spirit has to obey the Glorian.  Therefore, if our Monad is obeying the Glorian, we down here in this physical plane have to obey the Glorian as well.

Genesis states:

ורוח אל-הים מרחפת על־פני המים 

"And the spirit of (Neptune) the sea God, floated over (MI מי, the pineal gland, cerebro-spinal fluid, and Mah מה, the genitalia fluid) the surface of the waters, HaMayim-המים. 

ויאמר אל-הים יהי אור ויהי־אור

And the sea God (Neptune) said (from the pineal gland): Let there be light: and there was light." - Genesis 1:2,3

"The schools of regeneration have periods of public activity and periods of secret work.  The planet Neptune cyclically governs the activity of these schools.  In the human organism, Neptune has control over the pineal gland.  Only with sexual transmutation is this gland of the Gods (Elohim-אלהים) activated.  Uranus controls the sexual glands and Neptune (El HaYam-אל הים) controls the pineal gland.  Uranus is practical Sexual Alchemy.  Neptune is esoteric study.  First we must study and then work in the laboratory.  Uranus has a sexual cycle of 84 years, and Neptune a cycle of 165 years.  The cycle of Uranus is that of an average human life.  The cycle of Neptune is that of public activity in certain schools of regeneration.  Only through the path of the Perfect Matrimony do we reach supra-sexuality." - The Perfect Matrimony by Samael Aun Weor

This is why we state that if we want to self-realize ourselves we have to follow the superior forces from the superior worlds, which is what the Master Jesus of Nazareth stated in the Gospel of Matthew: 

Our Father which art in heaven (Shamayim-שמים),

Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come.

Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen." - Matthew 6: 9-13 

The Pater Noster is a prayer in order to invoke those forces so that we can perform the self-realization. It is not a prayer for you to recite mechanically, but a prayer whose steps we have to perform inside of ourselves.

Holy Spirit: Binah, Pineal Gland, Sexual Organs

The Holy Spirit (which is Binah, Shiva, Neptune) has his dominion in the pineal gland and controls the entire central nervous system (the cerebrum-spinal-nervous system) - Neptune's trident as well as Shiva’s trident is the symbol of this - the power of the Holy Spirit in the pineal gland is reflected or shown in the physical plane through the sexual organs. This is why when we talk about the Holy Spirit in heaven (the head) we point to the pineal gland; but the creative power of Binah in the physical plane works through the sexual organs.  This is why in Hinduism it is stated that Shiva is the creator, because, indeed, Shiva (Binah, the Holy Spirit, Neptune) is in charge in the pineal gland of everything that we do down here in the sexual glands related with creation. When we study endocrinology you know very well the interrelationship between the pineal gland with the sexual organs. The hormones of the pineal gland contribute to the development of the sexual glands, and the hormones of the sexual glands contribute to the development of the pineal gland.

Thus, Kabbalistically and Alchemically speaking, when through Daath-דעת, the Samech ס of Yesod-יסוד adds the Iod יוד of Yesod-יסוד, then, upon our head another Vav ו - represented by our brain and medulla - appears in the letter Shin ש of our Shamayim-שמים, heaven.

This axis is what we study here in Gnostic endocrinology. The axis pineal gonads are the basis for the contraceptives that women take; they put in their system the hormone-elements that the pineal gland commands to build in their body in order for the woman to release the ovum every month. Yet when women take contraceptives, the pineal gland does not command the sexual glands to release of the ovum, since the pineal gland senses that the sexual hormone-elements are already released, since these elements had been ingested or taken as pills through the woman’s mouth. This is an obstruction that women do in their endocrine system in order for the Holy Spirit not to do his work within their sexual glands, which in the long run damages their sexual organs and their pineal gland.

This is why we state that the intellect (the mind) works through the brain; when we think, when we have thoughts - we sense them up here in our head, in heaven. So, the mind is precisely the problem; as we see, the bible called the mind Satan or Lucifer who is always a troublemaker to God; people think that Satan is somebody outside of you, yet Satan is inside of you, it is your own mind that is a troublemaker for the work of the Glorian, which is working within every single organism.

Thus, the reflection of the kingdom of the Father is in the liver; the reflection of the kingdom of the Holy Spirit is in the sexual organs, which unfortunately - in this day and age – through them, is how we degenerate, since present people abuse their sexual organs and through them make a mess of their bodies and of their personas. This is why the reflection of the forces which are in heaven which manifest through the liver and through the sex are creating within us a lot of problems as sicknesses, etc.

Son: Chokmah, Pituitary Gland, Heart

Behold now the Son of God, who is called Chokmah (wisdom), who is in the pituitary gland, which in the brain is a little bit ahead of the pineal gland. The reflection of the forces of the Son, Vishnu in the pituitary gland is in the heart.  Thus, as the Father reflects his power in the liver and as the Holy Spirit reflects his power in the sexual glands, likewise the Son, Vishnu, in the pituitary gland reflects his power in the heart.

In the heart we have the Nous atom that is called the intuitive force, the abstract mind that only obeys the Glorian.  This is why we state that in order for our Spirit, our own Monad to enter into initiation, he always does it through the heart.  Our own spirit always tries to self-realize his creature (his soul in the physical body) through the brain, but the brain has against it the liver where we have our impurities, here is where we find the voluntary movements of the body, so when the spirit wants to self-realize his creature, his own soul, he realizes that if he does it through the brain in relation with the liver he cannot do it because this axis has a lot of enemies, sicknesses, the secret enemy related to karma, etc., thus, he tries to do it through the pineal gland which has its reflection in the sexual glands, yet this axis, this way is impossible as well, because the pineal gland is controlling all of the involuntary movements of the body i.e. digestive system, circulatory system, all of those instinctual movements that we do not have conscious control over.  The involuntary system is the intelligence of the Holy Spirit that controls all of the functions of our physical organism, which are called involuntary movements since we do not exercise conscious will over them, and the involuntary movements of our sexual organs are the worst, since people are easily driven by their sexual animal degeneration, their sexual impulses; people do not control their sexual force. This is why our Monad cannot attain the self-realization through the pineal-gonads axis either.

The only system that can obey the Glorian without problems is the heart. The Nous atom is in the heart; this atom completely obeys the command of the three primary forces. The heart is precisely the organ that deals with the two options, the voluntary and the involuntary movements of the physical body.  This is why when we enter into initiation we have to place our mind in the heart, thus by the mind following the commands of our heart is the way to purify the rest of ourselves and to know ourselves.  Thus the Nous atom that we have in the left ventricle of the heart is the only part in our body that obeys the Glorian, that obeys God.  In the bible the Nous atom is called Noah.

Noah: Nous

People think that God is an old man with a long beard and long gray hair seated there on the clouds or somewhere in the universe; they do not comprehend, they cannot understand that God is a force that is everywhere in the superior worlds – thus, when that force descends in order to see what is going on with this humanity, it goes down as an energy within each one of us, because God is an omniscient energy, it is not a person. Thus, if the Cosmocreators want to know what is going with you, then they enter within the heaven of your head, thus, through the head they enter into your entire organism in order to see all of your action, all of your deeds. Thus nobody can escape from God.

And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins (kidneys) and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works. - Revelation 2: 23

So this is how God knows, this is how God sees that the whole of the earth is polluted, degenerated, as according to the bible, in Genesis:

The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.

And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with (sexual) violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. Genesis 6: 11-13

It is stated that when he descends into the earth (which is the symbol of the planet earth as well as the physical body of each one of us), the only good thing that God finds in this entire pollution is Noah in the heart, the Nous atom in the heart; yes, this is the only good thing within this physicality of ours.

Thus, when the Monad enters and investigates the brain in relation with the liver, then he finds a lot of impurities, sicknesses, karma, and when he goes into the pineal gland and then down into its reflection that is in the sexual organs, he just cannot bear it.  Thus he sees that the only pure thing that is left within it is the Nous atom. So, therefore:

And it repented Jah-Chavah that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And Jah-Chavah said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.  But Noah found grace in the eyes of Jah-Chavah.

These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man (manas, mind, Nous in Greek) and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. – Genesis 6: 6-9

So, the Nous atom (Noah) walked with God, which means Noah entered into the self-realization of the being.

Nous is a Greek word that means objective reasoning and knowledge, as opposed to the subjective reasoning.

Thus, Noah (the Nous atom in the left ventricle of the heart) has to follow the rules of the three primary forces. What are those rules? Well, the rules are these: the three primary forces need vehicles in order for them to make of us their own image, a human being; remember that Genesis 1: 26 state:  And Elohim said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.

This image and likeness is not physical. Unless you think as many superficial people, who think that God is physical, therefore if God is physical his image must be the physical body; they say, God is a physical old man who has eyes as I have, a nose as I have, etc., because I am his image; this would be extremely ludicrous.

To be the image of God means that you have to reflect down here within yourself all of that which God is above, in other words, you have to reflect the entire universe within you, and the physical body is the instrument that contains all of those principles with which you can develop that image within you. Yet, in order for this image to be developed you need to create the vehicles that will gather each one of these three primary forces in order for them to act with cognizance, with wisdom, with will within you. This is why it is written in Genesis 6:9, 10 that Noah created or generated three sons.  Why did Noah engender three sons? Why did not he engender four or five? It is because we need to handle the three primary forces.

These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

These three sons of Noah are the symbol of those three bodies that we need to create within. We have to create or to engender them, yet in order to do this we must know the mystery of Noah, since only Noah can do it.  Read the lecture related with it, which relates with the measurements of the Ark that Noah has to follow, related with the mystery of the creation of his three children or three solar bodies.

Remember that when we talk about Gnosticism we always refer to the knowledge, to Gnosis, to the doctrine written in the bible, as Daath that relates to you inside and not to the outside word. We can also talk about the meaning of Noah related to the outside world, yet now, this lecture is related to your own self; thus, it is more important to discover Noah in relation to your own self, because you have your own particular Noah in the left ventricle of your heart.  Thus, this Noah or Nous atom has to create three sons.

The first one “Shem” is the vehicle for the Son or second primary force; Shem in Hebrew means “name.” When you say in Hebrew “Baruch ha Shem” this means “Holy be the name” and when you want to refer to the holy name of God you then say “Shemhamaphoresh,” the holy name that is not named or that no one should pronounce, which is a hidden symbol for those people who still are looking for the knowledge; so when you discover the meaning of the name, then you discover why the book of Genesis was written in that fashion or why Moses wrote the book of Genesis in that way, since Moses was a Gnostic. Of course, in the time of Moses, Gnosis was named in other ways, because Gnosis means “knowledge” which in Hebrew is “Daath.”   So the entire Genesis is related with Daath, with knowledge, with the hidden mysteries that we have to inquire into.

“Shem-שם,” the first son of Noah, is the astral solar body, that vehicle that channels the forces of the Son or second primary force.

Then we have “Ham,” the second son of Noah. Ham-חם in Hebrew means “hot.” Ham-חם is the symbol of the mental solar body, the human mind that channels the forces of the Holy Spirit or third primary force.

The third son is Japheth-יפת, which is related to the Causal Body that channels the forces of the Father or first primary force.

The Kabbalists state that Shem-שם is related to the right column (blue) of the tree of life, to Hod, and that Ham-חם is related to the left column (red), to Netzach, whereas Japheth-יפת relates to Tiphereth, which is purple; Japheth-יפת is in the central column that conciliates the right and the left columns, Japheth-יפת is the Causal Body.

So, the three sons of Noah (Shem, Ham and Japheth) have to be created inside each one of us. This is how we can enter into the Ark or the Arcanum, which hides the mystery of how we can build these three bodies; the mystery is between Shem-שם and Ham-חם.

What is what is between Shem and Ham? What is between Shem and Ham is Yesod-יסוד which is the symbol of the sexual organs. This mystery is hidden within the Hebrew word “Shem-ham-aphoresh - שם המפֹרש.” The word “haphoresh-המפֹרש” means “the interpretation of Daath-דעת, which is in the middle.” So, the stone of “Shem-ham-aphoresh - שם המפֹרש” is as we read, the “Shem-ham-aphoresh” - as you see the names Shem and Ham-הם, they are (Iod-Havah-יהוה) within “Shem-ham-aphoresh - שם המפֹרש” because the whole mystery of Noah-נח (which is Yesod-יסוד) is in between the Cheth-חית of Noah-נח, thus, from between the Cheth-חית of Noah-נח, from Yesod-יסוד, is where all of the willpower comes, which is the horseman-פֹרש, who will go up straight to Tiphereth-תפארת, which is Japheth-יפת, the human will.

So when you read the bible, you then understand that “Japheth-יפת” the “extension of the name” comes from Yesod-יסוד to Tiphereth-תפארת, since Japheth means “he who extends,” “he who elongates.” Such extension or elongation comes from Yesod-יסוד to Tiphereth-תפארת, through all of the three bodies, because the horseman-פֹרש, rides from Yesod to Hod, Netzach, and Tiphereth, since Japheth comes after Shem and Ham, Japheth is the extension of our willpower; he is our motto, he is Thelema. So, we need Thelema in order to perform what we are stating here.

Thus, in order to follow that willpower you have to follow your heart (Tiphereth) because what we have to do must be done under the will of God, which is the same as to direct ourselves by the three primary forces.

This is why in Gnosticism we state that we have to work with three factors.

1. To die in our psychological weaknesses
2. To be born, that is, to create these three bodies
3. To sacrifice our life on behalf of humanity

These are the three factors, because they relate to the three parts of the Glorian that we have to exercise in order to become a self-realized being.  Thus, this is not something that you have to memorize or to believe in, but something that you have to perform. This is why we give lectures; this is why Gnostic books were written, because you need to know how to do it. It is not something that you must know by memory, as I know this; yet, if I do not do it, then it does not matter if I know it. But if I perform what I am preaching then it will be the right thing to do.  Thus, it is not something to believe in, as many people think; they say if you believe in this then you will have that. Listen: the bible was not written in order to believe in it. The bible was written in order to study the process of self-realization; thus you can believe in it, but you have to exercise what is written on it, which is what you believe in.

You have to comprehend all of the myths, because the bible has many myths. What is a myth?  A myth is something that hides a truth or truths. Thus in order to discover the truth hidden within a myth you have to comprehend the myth; if you cannot comprehend the myth you cannot uncover the truth hidden within it.  The entire book of Genesis is made not by one but by many myths that relate to the same topic, that teach you how to become free of the great flood. Right now, psychological speaking, we are within a flood of degeneration, pollution; this is happening even physically, thus if want to be free of this great flood which little by little is increasing and increasing and killing everybody. So, what to do? Well, follow Noah, because he knows how to do the Ark inside of you, because the Ark is not something related to the outside world.

Thus, if you follow the rules, you can be saved by your Self and by your own deeds, because the savior is within you too. The savior is not outside. If you are waiting for somebody who will come from the outside world, then you are wrong. Listen: the savior and all the things that you need are inside; the savior comes from within. So you have to realize that.

This is what we always explain, because when you do not understand a myth, then you enter into confusion. This is precisely the beauty of the bible and of any sacred scripture. However, when you know how to interpret myths then you know what is what you have to follow, since the scriptures are written for those who are on the path; these were written with symbols i.e. as chemistry symbols: if you do not know what is the symbol of H2O, you wont understand if I tell you that with H2O you will never die of thirst, just drink H2O, yet not all the people will understand what I say but only those who study chemistry, they will say, yes, what he says is that in order to calm my thirst I have to drink water, simple as that. So likewise is the bible, it is filled with symbols within which are codes that tells you do this, do that, but in a language that you have to discover.

Jonah

So, the same story of Noah and his Ark is the same story of Jonah, which is a story written in another book of the bible. Jonah was swallowed by a big whale and thereafter the whale vomited him at the shores of Nineveh, then he was preaching for forty days in Nineveh.

And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.

So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them; for word came unto the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne and he laid his robe from him, and covered him with sackcloth, and sat in ashes. And he caused it to be proclaimed and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste any thing: let them not feed, nor drink water: But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands. Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger that we perish not?

And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not. - Jonah 3: 10

So, in Hebrew at the end of name Jonah you find the name Noah. In the story of Jonah if you read it in the bible you will find that it is only two pages, it is very short book.  It is stated in that book that when Jonah is vomited by the whale, when he comes out from within the whale, he goes and lies down to rest and a vineyard kind of plant grows over his head; this vine is a gourd.

So Jonah went out of the city, and sat on the east side of the city, and there made him a booth, and sat under it in the shadow, till he might see what would become of the city. And Jehovah Elohim prepared a gourd, and made it to come up over Jonah, that it might be a shadow over his head, to deliver him from his grief. So Jonah was exceeding glad of the gourd. – Jonah 4: 5, 6

A vineyard is for grapes, which is also a vine plant, since the vineyard for grapes or the vine for gourds; both are plants that relate to the element air, thus both relate to the symbol of air. Every vine relates to the symbol of air. And air is the symbol of the mind, because the air is in heaven. Thus when you read air or vine in the bible or any sacred book, understand that you are reading something related with the mind.

So, Jonah is having a gourd that it might be a shadow over his head to protect him from the rays of the sun, as the story follows:

And it came to pass, when the sun did arise, that God prepared a vehement east wind; and the sun beat upon the head of Jonah, that he fainted, and wished in himself to die, and said, It is better for me to die than to live. – Jonah 4: 8

The gourd is the symbol of the head, as you see it in the month of Halloween, where they celebrate it with the pumpkin gourd by carving a head with it.  Indeed the pumpkin fruit symbolizes the head, the mind. This is why in Halloween all of the creatures that exist within the mind of humanity go out in the streets, i.e. all creatures that came from the mind of this degenerated humanity: Dracula, Frankenstein, witches and all of those hideous creatures that you see in Halloween came from within the mind of this humanity.  Nevertheless, if you have light in your pumpkin, in your head, those hideous creatures will be scared away, I repeat, if you have light.  Most of people do not have light within their pumpkin (head).

Thus, Noah coming out of the Ark is the same symbol as Jonah coming out from within the whale. This why Noah – after coming out from within the Ark – plants a vineyard and afterwards he collects grapes, that as you see is the same air symbol but in different ways. Noah drinks the juice of the vine, of the grape and becomes drunk. Now, when you literally read about that, you think that Noah becomes a farmer or a husbandman, as the bible states:

And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard: And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent. - Genesis 9: 20, 21

Yet, when you study “Daath” alchemy, you know that a husbandman, a farmer is somebody that works with the soil, which is the physical body. Thus, when you read that Noah – after coming out from within the Ark - became a husbandman, a farmer, this means that Noah had sexual intercourse related with tantra. Tantra is a method for sexual transmutation, in other words, chastity between man and woman.  This is why the miracle of the transubstantiation that is celebrated in different religions (not only in the catholic church) relates to the transformation of the wine into the solar substance or blood of Christ; this is the hidden meaning of this symbol. When you practice tantra you are transforming your sexual energy into the wine of the spirit (Ruach, wind, air); this is what the mystery of Noah teaches us when he comes out from within the Ark; Noah is performing the sexual act according with the law of God, similar to what is written in the book of Jonah.

But God prepared a worm when the morning rose the next day, and it smote the gourd that it withered. And it came to pass, when the sun did arise, that God prepared a vehement east wind; and the sun beat upon the head of Jonah, that he fainted, and wished in himself to die, and said, It is better for me to die than to live. – Jonah 4: 7, 8

Such a sun symbolizes the forces of the divine Glorian, Christ. It is as saying your head, your pumpkin has wisdom but not enough in order to comprehend the light of Christ that I am sending you here; this is why it is written that when the sun beat upon the head of Jonah, he fainted, became enraged, disappointed and wished in himself to die, and said, It is better for me to die than to live. This means that Jonah still do not understand God’s type of wisdom but only in a certain level.

This is precisely what we have to understand. When we enter into this path we develop certain levels of knowledge or wisdom, yet to reach the deepness of the knowledge of God, to discover what God is, is not easy; God is very profound. Thus, after you self-realize yourself, you discover that even when you achieve to become the image of God in a certain level, still God is beyond you, that is, beyond your comprehension. This is what happened to Noah.

Noah begin to practicing alchemy as a purified human being; this sexual transmutation is symbolized when he drinks the wine and he enters into rapture, into meditation and discovers through the wine, through the transmutation, the grandiosity of that which is divinity; Noah understands a little of it but not enough, this is why Noah is drunk, dizzy, as you might be woozy with this lecture, you might say, what is he talking about? Do you know what I am trying to say?

Listen, when any initiate becomes enlightened in meditation and experience all of those mystical visions, he becomes drowsy, drunk with wisdom, then he wants to understand and comprehend his own Monad, his own Glorian, and realizes that indeed God is unknowable, and that when even he knows his God a little bit, something about his God is far beyond, which he cannot grasp. That is precisely the drowsiness of Noah when he realizes that.  It is written that when this happened, Noah is naked in his tent, completely naked.

And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent. - Genesis 9: 21

This reminds us of the beginning of Genesis 3:7, it is stated there that when Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit they realized that they were naked: “And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked.” which hides the same meaning, yet in a different level. The nakedness of Adam and Eve is the realization of not knowing who they are and who God is, thus they are naked, they have not knowledge, Gnosis, Daath.

In the case of Noah - who is also naked but in a higher level - he realizes that he acquired certain knowledge but still there is something that is hidden for him, yet, who is the one who realizes that nakedness, again, who is the one that realizes that God is beyond our comprehension, who is the one who discovers that?  The one who discovers that is your mind, your pumpkin. The mind is the one who talks a lot of this, as my mind is now talking about this knowledge, but I cannot explain the grandiosity of God, because God is unknowable, he is always far away; understand that even if you acquire self-realization, God will be always above you.

This is why it is written that Ham is the one who noticed that Noah is naked, Ham is Noah’s second son, Ham is related with the mind (Netzach), Noah’s mind, his solar mind; thus, his human mind realizes the nakedness of his Father and goes and tells to his brothers about it. The other bodies which are within Noah and who are related to other senses or nervous systems of the physical body, are not charlatans as the mind, they do not talk about it. The only one who talks about things and communicate to others is the mind, why? Because the mind that is “Ham” unfortunately, or better said, the mind is connected to the exterior world for any purchase.

When you close your eyes, when you close your physical senses, you then allow your mind to be connected only to your own spirit; as when you meditate, you close your eyes, this in order for you to receive information, enlightenment; yet when your physical senses are opened, they then give information to your mind from the exterior world, this is what the bible describes as Canaan the son of Ham.

Canaan means “trader, merchant.” A trader or merchant is the one who trades this for that. A trader says “if you give me this I will give you that,” behold: this belong to the mind; this why it is precisely stated that the son of Ham is Canaan.  The land of Canaan is the symbol of the senses of the physical body, especially the sense of touch that relates to the sexual organs. This is how Ham through Canaan starts to talk about the mysteries of his own Father, in other words, the mind “Ham” talks because it is a charlatan. There are many individuals who talk too much about their Being, they develop a lot of pride, since, I repeat, Ham (the mind) is a charlatan.

So, when the initiate comes out from his rapture and suddenly realizes his mistake, because he was driven by his drunkenness, then realizes that he expressed things that he should not have expressed, then he curses Canaan.

And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him. And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. Genesis 9: 24, 25

Noah cursed Canaan, not Ham his solar mind, but Canaan; why? Because through the senses (Canaan) is how you communicate and receive information from the physical world, through Canaan (the senses) is how the mind “purchases” itself. Unfortunately, this is how you develop a double psychology. Thus, the problem for any initiate on the path is the mind, “Ham.”

Another symbol for the mind – in the bible - is Essau. The twins Jacob and Essau were children of Isaac, thus, Essau is another symbol of the mind; likewise between Cain and Abel, thus, Cain is a symbol of the mind. The tempting serpent of Eden works through the mind, it nourishes it, does it tempting always through the mind. Therefore, that Satan that tempts you or that tempted Christ three times in the wilderness is your mind.

The mind is the one who tempts you on the path; no one is coming from the outside world in order to tempt you. When you start performing the work of knowing yourself, inside of you there will comes always Satan, your mind, trying to stop you doing it. When some people enter into meditation, their mind says, “Oh no I cannot do this, besides, this is so boring, and my mind is always bothering me,” thus, they abandon meditation, in other words, they are conquered by Satan, their own mind.  Thus, few are the ones, the Jesus Christs, the Buddhas, who conquer Mara and his three daughters, who conquer their mind. The three daughters of Mara are the three nervous systems and Mara is the mind, remember that.

So we have to perform the work, that is, to control the mind, this is the way; we relate this to the tower of Babel, since according to the bible it states that the father of Canaan was Ham (the mind). Remember, we stated that through the mind is how we start trading or having a relationship with the physical world, and this is how we forget about our Being because we become identified with this physical world. When you become identified with this physical world, you develop desire.

Cush: Desire

How is desire called within you, how is desire built? When the impressions of the physical world enter through your senses they create sensations, and sensations are related to that which we call desire. When we like a certain sensation we say, “I would like to repeat that sensation”  “I like this cake and I want to eat that cake again.” Thus, sensation creates desire. How does the bible call desire? Or how is desire called according to this story, according to this myth? Desire is called “Cush.” Cush in Hebrew means “black,” which is the color that symbolizes desire, this means that desire captures the light as the charcoal captures the fire; if you want fire, if you want light, you then light the charcoal (which is black) in order to release the energy. Thus desire is like that; desire is something black within us that captures the light because we become identified with the exterior world. This is how we create desire because our consciousness does not transform sensations. So, Cush is precisely desire.

Thus, there are many Cush in the world as people who have desire on the world. Lust is Cush, Anger is Cush, Hatred is Cush, Pride is Cush, Envy is Cush, Laziness is Cush, Gluttony is Cush, thus, we can be here all day long naming all of our defects which are Cush, black, desires that trap the light of our Being.

This is why - if you follow the sequence of this myth - it is stated in the Bible that Cush was the father of Nimrod, which was explained in length in the lecture Tower of Babel (1).  We stated that Nimrod is the personality that all of us have, that we created from childhood, which we strengthen or educated until this very moment. The personality is a borrowed knowledge from the exterior world, i.e. your name is from the exterior world, since your physical parents name you and gave you their last name that is related to your family of this physical world; from this exterior world you learned your habits, your customs, you learned your education in the school, high school, colleges, universities, and you continue educating your personality through the whole of your life.

Understand that the progenitors of such a personality are your own desires. Yes, the personality that people have in this society is the outcome of desire, “Cush.” Thus, Nimrod, your personality, is the builder of the tower of Babel. Do you follow this? Do you understand how this myth is in relation with each one of us?
Nimrod our personality is the son of Cush (desire), who is the son of Canaan (the senses, the traders), who is the son of Ham (the Mind), which identify with the exterior world.  This is why in order to go out from this confusion of tongues, we have to go and teach the mind how to follow the Being, how to follow our Monad, how to follow our Spirit, because the mind is a donkey, the mind is a mule, the mind is stubborn; you know this, because you have one.

Thus, to educate the donkey, to transform our donkey into a human being, is the great task. The “human being into the image of God” is a being whose mind only obeys the Inner God.  The entire work of the self-realization of the being is precisely that.

Yet, behold precisely how this society is following Nimrod (the personality), who is following Cush (desire), who is following Canaan (the physical senses), who is following Ham (the donkey, the mind), who discloses the nakedness of Noah, that is, the ignorance about their Inner Being, they need knowledge about their Being, yet, they think that the knowledge they need is only found in the outside world, ignoring that the knowledge we need is from within, it is inside. The only two children that understood this, were the other two children of Noah: Shem and Japheth, who walk backward.

And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness. - Genesis 9:23

To cover Noah’s nakedness with a garment, not to see Noah’s nakedness, to walk with their faces backward means not to identify with the physical senses. Thus when Noah comes into his senses he says:   “Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren (Shem and Japheth)”.

What is the meaning of this?  This means that the senses (the traders) will be the servants of willpower and emotion, through them you will acquire knowledge within you, but do not trust in your mind, because the mind is Ham, the one who betrays Noah; Ham is the mind who betrays us in different ways, as it stated in different parts of the bible; which is precisely the main point here.

The Three Brains

As you know we have three brains:

1. The Intellectual brain - Central Nervous System
2. The Emotional brain - Sympathetic Nervous System
3. The Motor-Instinctual-Sexual brain - Parasympathetic Nervous System

These three brains relate to the three physical nervous systems, which channel the three primary forces that we mentioned in the beginning of the lecture.

People do not take care of these three primary forces, since they squander their energy through the three brains; thus you find intellectual people who utilize the intellectual brain; thus, Nimrod controls these people in order to hunt for knowledge, so there are intellectual people in this physical world whose center of gravity is in the intellect. There are many types of intellectual people who do not control their three brains; if they do not control their intellectual brain, how are they going to control their emotional and motor brains?

We have the emotional people, whose center of gravity is in the emotional brain, like actors and actresses who follow the impulses of their emotions or sentiments; thus if they do not control their emotional brain, how are they going to control their intellectual and motor brains?

Each one of these people have an idol.

Let us see the intellectuals who only believe in what their physical senses tell them, they say: “I do not believe in anything but what my physical senses tell me.” Usually they become Atheists; they say: “If I cannot see God with my five senses, then I do not believe in God, thus, I am an Atheist.” What is the main doctrine of Atheists in this day and age?  This is the doctrine of evolution.

We Gnostics do not deny the law of evolution, yet, when we talk about evolution, we do not refer to that dogma of evolution that was created by Darwin. This dogma of evolution is mixed with a system of beliefs; evolutionists believe in this and in that without having proofs of what they assert or state. Therefore, on the intellectual level or in the intellectual brain there are people who study evolution but who also believe in God and others who study evolution but who do not believe in God. Thus, you find confusion of tongues in there. Many times you see them in the forums and on TV arguing. Those who believe in evolution and who also believe in God called their doctrine “creationism.” And those who only believe in evolution and reject creationism call themselves “evolutionists.” Nevertheless, none of them have absolute proof of anything because they only relate their knowledge with certain theories.

On the intellectual level, a dogma is called a theory by evolutionists, they state: “We are not based on beliefs but on theories,” yet a theory is something that is not absolutely proven, it is an assumption based on limited information or knowledge; it is a conjecture. In synthesis, they are also believers; they just change beliefs from one place to another.

Some “Christians” or some religious people from many other religions – we mention Christians because we are talking about the book of Genesis – do not understand that Genesis is symbolic, thus when they study evolution or the dogma of Darwin they then turn into atheists, since their mind is like that, the mind is always swinging, like a pendulum that moves backward and forward, towards the left, towards the right: believe, do not believe. Thus they are in confusion of tongues and always entangled in great arguments.

The heart also, here you find the emotional people who in a very negative way place their heart in blind faith, that is, they blindly believe in anything without having the slightest proof of it, they do not awaken their inner senses. Here you find the mysticism from different religions, as people who are devoted to Christianity, to Judaism, to Hinduism, to Buddhism, Taoism, etc. They follow the teachings of many religions, yet, they only believe in them; these are the ones who make wars against each other, i.e. as the wars of Muslims against Jews, or Jews against Christians, in other parts of the world, Muslims against Hindus, etc., and this is because all of them are confused. Why are they confused? It is because they are placing all of that knowledge in their Nimrod, their personality.

Wars do not exist among religions, but only among religious ignoramuses who do not understand the doctrine, because when you understand and comprehend the basis of religions, then you understand that the principles which we mention here are also in Hinduism, in Buddhism, in Judaism, everywhere. We are not stating here that because we are discussing the bible, this is the only book that knows about this, no! we are not stating this. I.e. if you read the Popol Vuh, the sacred bible of the Mayans, you will find that the three principles are also mentioned there, with other names of course. So, the three principles are found in every religion, yet people who do not know that, who do not study this, are the one who make wars, because they are in confusion of tongues; because they are worshiping idols.

To worship an idol does not mean that you have to have a statue, since this is what people understand for worshiping an idol, they think that there must be a statue there with the figure of something before to whom you have to kneel and say “you are my God, etc.”. No! this is not what we refer as an idol.   An idol can be a concept, a theory, a belief that you cannot proof, and which you shaped within your mind, which is based on the perceptions of the exterior world. As we stated in our last lecture, Nimrod is a hunter, who hunts in the outside world, thus based on that information he makes an idol within your mind. People worship their idols and other’s people’s idols, since there are as many idols as people in the world.

If you do not know the real meaning of Christianity, you make an idol of Christianity. If you do not know the meaning of Judaism, you make an idol of Judaism. If you do not know the meaning of evolution, you make an idol of Darwin.

If you do not know understand the laws of the universe and start reading about the theory of the Big Bang, then you start believing that the universe started from a explosion; explosion of what? Well the explosion of something that in the beginning was extremely small that was concentrated as an atom, it was a hot and dense body of matter that, according to this theory, gave rise to the universe, something like an egg, or who knows, it was something that exploded; okay let us accept for the moment that such a theory is true. Now, who put that egg or that atom there in the space where there was nothing; who put that atom there? Or from where such an atom comes?  They do not answer that, because they cannot, thus, they have made an idol of that theory.

So, there are many idols or theories within the intellectual brain which were created by many individuals and many intellectual people worship, follow that, they make an idol of that.

Now, what about the third brain, the motor-instinctual-sexual brain? This is filled with idols! Yes, in the motor-instinctual-sexual brain, in the lower part of the body we have everything that is related with dances, people who worship the idol related with the deeds of actions related to the motor center, people that express their psychology through that brain as football players, likewise boxers, martial arts fighters, and all of those sports related with the motor-instinctual centers. The abuse of the sexual center as prostitution, homosexuality, lesbianism, and any type of degeneration related to the sexual organs; yes people worship all of this. People of this day and age worship the idol of homosexuality, the idol of lesbianism, the idol of prostitution, the idol of adultery, the idol of fornication, etc. This is psychological confusion.

There are people who state that in order to be holy you have to abstain from the sexual act, thus, they become celibate. Celibacy is another idol, thus there are many monks and nuns who follow celibacy; they do not understand that the sexual act is necessary for the self-realization, but the sexual act with wisdom (Chokmah); thus, you have to know tantra, they need to learn, to study Tantrism, because if you abstain from the sexual act, you commit violence against your sexual organs. So, there is a lot of sexual confusion, because the personality (Nimrod) has just some information about certain sexual things that people do not understand, thus, making an idol from such information.

This is why it is written in the book of Genesis that Nimrod (the personality) was the builder of the Tower of Babel. Yet, now, we understand how Nimrod (the personality) is related to Cush (desire), to Canaan (the senses) and with Ham (the Mind). So, it does not matter in which brain your center of gravity is situated, the fact is that we are all following psychological idols within. Therefore, the entire society is in a confusion of tongues, since everybody expresses through their mouth what they confusedly think they know, yet they do not have understanding.  This is why this society is a chaos, havoc.

What we need to do is to become equilibrated, for this we have to understand that we have three brains.

1. The Intellectual brain
2. The Emotional brain
3. The Motor-Instinctual-Sexual brain

We have to equilibrate these three brains in order not to be confused, only thus we can come out from the Tower of Babel.

It is written in Genesis how God descends and enters within, it is written:

"And Jah-Chavah-יה-חוה (Shiva-Shakti) came down to see the (psychological) city and the tower, which the (the three brained biped or) children of HaAdam-בני האדם builded. And Jah-Chavah-יה-חוה (Shiva-Shakti) said, Behold, the people is one (mess), and they have all one language (confusion); and this (war) they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do (more towers). Go to, let us go down (as Jah-יה from Daath-דעת and see into Chavah-חוה Yesod-יסוד, their Behemoth-בהמות and Leviathan-לויתן, that is, their bestial desire and bestial sexuality), and (let them become aware) there (how) confound their language (is), that they may (comprehend why they) not understand one another's speech." - Genesis 11: 5-7

What are these present children of HaAdam-האדם doing in this society, in this civilization, in this day and age?

Presently, God discovers that the children of HaAdam-האדם are building towers; God discovers that we have a tower, you have a tower, and all of us are talking about certain similar things that make many similar towers. Yes, God also descends within you and find that you also are in a confusion of tongues and that you need to organize your psyche. It is not that you have to believe in this.

And Jah-יה from Daath-דעת saw into Chavah-חוה Yesod-יסוד, their Behemoth-בהמות and Leviathan-לויתן, that is, their bestial desire and bestial sexuality.

What you have to be is frank with yourself and say: “Yes, I am in a confusion of tongues and I am within this Tower of Babel, so, which graven idol among my beasts (Behemoth-בהמות) or graven idols that I carry within my psyche, namely, my lust, my anger, my pride, my envy, my greed, my gluottony, my laziness, am I following?”

Then you discover that you are not following one graven idol but many graven idols. Worse, there are people that even exteriorize their idol worshiping around their physical world; they say: “this is my idol” yes, this they say verbally, they utterly say, “this is my idol and I follow him/her.”

Other people make an idol of the new fashion, people who dress according with what such and such celebrities wear; yes, they want to dress like them as well. As those who follow that idol called “music”, you see some of them on the streets: they shower so they can be very clean, thereafter they wear clothes with which they look as if they did not shower, they look dirty.  It is hard to understand their behavior: they clean themselves and thereafter they make a mess of themselves, wearing pants with big holes on them, making their hair look like they just got up from bed, thus imitating certain idols that look that way, who look like beggars.  What is going on with this humanity? To physically clean your body so that afterwards you wear clothes that make you look like a beggar? What a weird idol worship! Likewise there are many idols in different places; this is why people behave in different ways. All of this is related with the motor-instinctual-sexual centers.

We have to control our own particular Nimrod, our personality, in order not to follow idol worshipping; since this is confusion is within each of us. We have to start following the three primary forces; this is the very task, the very effort that we have to perform.

In order to continue talking abut this, I think it is enough for you to understand the confusion of tongues and the tower of babel that when God descends he says: Hekas, Hekas, este Bebeloi. This is precisely the phrase uttered amongst the great Initiates which means this:

Hekas, Hekas, (begone, begone) este Bebeloi (you the unworthy from the Tower of Babel)

 This is why in the schools of mysteries the neophytes were receiving this warning before receiving the teachings, they were told: Hekas, Hekas, este Bebeloi. “Begone, begone you impure, you profane,” which is not related with somebody from the outside of you but from within you; because the profaners, the unworthy ones are within us, within our mind, which are the defects and vices that we have. Thus when you start performing any psychological work within you, any esoteric work, you can pronounce this phrase against you, against your mind, say “Hekas, Hekas, este Bebeloi,” direct it to your ego: “begone, begone you unworthy.” Remember that Bebeloi is Babel, the Tower of Babel, where there is confusion and a worshiping of idols within you.

The Bebeloi, the profaners are within our intellectual center, our emotional center and our motor-instinctual-sexual centers.

Q. People place Lucifer and Satan in the same category but we know that Lucifer is a mediator, is he not?

A. Lucifer is a mediator, but when the mind interferes and become identified with the exterior world it makes of Lucifer a Satan. So who made of Lucifer a Satan? It was your mind; therefore, now you have to transform that Satan into Lucifer again. Lucifer is Latin for “giver of light.” To perform this is what is called “the Great Work” because Satan is very strong in each one of us.

Q. Our Being uses Lucifer to give us ordeals, to test us right?

A. Yes, our Being utilizes Lucifer through the mind in order to test us. Remember that Ham is the mind, thus, through the senses is how the mind finds the exterior world. Satan tempts through your senses. For instance, if you follow your heart and say: “Father of mine, I want to become chaste,” meaning, “I want to transform my sexual force into light and give it to you through tantra” then your God might say to you: “Well, you are giving me your heart, you want to become chaste so that you can build the solar bodies? Good.” Then your mind (Satan) says, “Okay, let us see if you are really worthy of such a task.” Then your mind tests you through the senses.  I.e. as a man you are walking on the streets and then you see a beautiful woman in front of you, whose impression enters through your senses and your mind tells you within, “Look at her.” Within the mind is Cush, your lustful desire. Thus, you have to control your mind and say: “No, I do not follow you, but my Inner Being,” thus, you continue your path, but for that you have to be here and now.

There are many people who start the path and who want to become chaste, thus immediately they perform the Pranayama, the exercises, etc., yet, when they go outside into the world, they easily fall into the temptations of their mind every second, every minute, thus when they return into their home, they return as failures. This is why in this path you need a lot of patience, you have to work very hard against your mind in order to control it, in order to teach her. I said her, because the mind is passive, feminine, it takes the impressions from the exterior world. Thus we have to educate it.

This is why it is stated that we have to dominate the land of Cush – as Genesis talk about – which is the physical body. The Monad works through the land of Cush; the physical body should be the temple of God, for that you have to transform the blackness of Cush into light. Remember that such a blackness is related to your own psyche and not as certain ignoramuses, who think because Cush means “black” they were condemning or damning dark people. Cush has nothing to do with the color of your skin but the color of your psyche.

Q. Hekas, Hekas, este Bebeloi is a mantra or a prayer?

A. It is a mantra in order to reject the negative exterior forces and those of your own egos. A Mantra is a power word that must be pronounced with faith. In the higher chambers of any white lodge, before starting any esoteric work, they always utter: Hekas, Hekas, este Bebeloi, when they do not want the egos of any person to interfere in their holy rituals, neither the egos that they have within.

Q. About the traitors, who are the traitors?

A. The traitors are the people who follow the idols of their mind, who are fed by Canaan (the senses), especially those who make of their mind a trader, a merchant. This is shown by Jesus when he entered into the Temple of Jerusalem. Jesus took a whip (that symbolizes willpower) and with it took out all of the traders (Canaan) from the temple. All of us have made of the temple of God, the physical body, a trading house, a house of business. Therefore because of the habit of trading that all of us have, we have a lot of “Cushites” inside, a lot of egos, traitors within.

Q. Do we have to follow the heart in order to fight against our mind, since some say that when they follow their heart they are in trouble?

A. The heart is related to the voluntary and involuntary movements of the centers; the heart deals with both actions; so when our heart follows the voluntary commandments of God, this is good, but remember also that through the heart (as Jesus states in the bible) we have our evil things, meaning, you are in trouble when you allow evil things to enter into your heart, they come out from within you. This is why we state that in order to enter into initiation you have to follow your heart because the heart deals with the commandments of God and also knows the evil that you have within.

Through the heart, Noah, the Nous atom in the left ventricle of the heart, enters into the Ark by following the commandments of God, he enters with all of the animals, because he has to control all of the animas (souls, consciousness). We have to control all of the animal elements that we have within, as we already explained in the lecture about the Ark of Noah. So you have to strengthen your heart; those who state that when they follow their heart they are in trouble it is because they are following only the involuntary movements that connect their heart to their three brains in the involuntary or mechanical way.

Do not think that because you follow your heart your life will become peachy; no, it is not going to be peachy.

Remember that even Noah, when he became drunk, Ham, his own mind betrayed him. As the Master Samael stated:

In the name of Truth I want you to know that when the “I” is dissolved, the MIND remains instead...

Indubitably this was the ‘Cause Causorum’ of my fall...” (and the fall of any initiate)

Through the mind is how the tempting serpent of Eden tempts you, and invites you to eat what you should not eat.

Study the tree of life and meditate. Do not read the bible literally, because then you are wasting your time.

Read a paragraph and meditate on it. This is how I learned this lecture that I gave you; it is the outcome of meditation and comprehension based on my own path. Through meditation I learned how to read the bible; it should not be read as when you read the newspaper. Even the Gnostic books must be read slowly, and meditate on what is written on them.

Master Samael states that he took about one year in order to write each one of his books; when one of his students arrived at his home, he told him study this book, then the next day the master asked him, “so how is the study of my book that I gave you yesterday?” The student answered, “It is a very good book master, I just took three hours in order to read all of it.” then the Master answered:  “What, you read in three hours what I wrote in one year? I wonder, what is what did you get from it? I did not tell you read my book like a newspaper, but study it, meditate on it.”

Every single word has its meaning; thus the same goes for us.
