IOD   Yod

Ancient of Days

“And (Iod) an (Akashic) river went out of Eden to water the garden (our physicality); and from thence it was parted (into male and female), and (in the ethereal body) became into four heads (four ethers).” - Genesis 2: 10

In this lecture we continue with our discussions related with the book of Genesis and the necessity of studying it in order to discover how the writer Moses, a great kabbalist, hid much wisdom related with the Tree of Life and the Tree of Knowledge. This wisdom is very clear, but only to those who study and practice Alchemy and Kabbalah.

In this day and age, people are familiar with those books that, in Hebrew are called the Torah. They are called the Torah because they derive from that which we call the Tarot. The original works of Tarot and Torah have the same roots. Master Samael Aun Weor stated in one of his books:

Enoch

Enoch

The seventh, among the ten sublime antediluvian Patriarchs, is without any supposition, completely different from the six who in the course of the centuries preceded him... (Adam, Seth, Enos, Cainan, Mahalaleel, Jared), as well as the three who succeeded him (Methuselah, Lamech, Noah).

"Nonetheless, it is clear that among all of this, what is more astonishing for us is the sacred name of Enoch, which when translated signifies, “initiate; devotee; consecrated one; Master.

"The Hebraic Genesis (5:24) solemnly asseverates that Enoch did not truly die physically, but rather “Enoch walked with God and was not; for God took him.

"Very ancient esoteric traditions, which are lost within the night of the centuries, clearly say that while Enoch was upon the majestic summit of Mount Moria, he had a clairvoyant Samadhi in which his illuminated objective consciousness was taken and transported into the nine heavens (which are cited by Dante in his Divine Comedy). In the last one of these heavens (in the heaven of Neptune), the Patriarch found the Lost Word (his own Verb, his individual, particular Monad)." - The Three Mountains by Samael Aun Weor

“The author of the Tarot was the Angel Metatron. He is Lord of the Serpent Wisdom. The Bible refers to him as the Prophet Enoch. The Angel Metatron, or Enoch, delivered the Tarot in which the entirety of divine wisdom is enclosed. The Tarot remains written in stone.

“He also left us the twenty-two letters of the Hebrew alphabet. This great Master lives in the Superior Worlds in the world of Atziluth, which is a world of indescribable happiness. According to the Kabbalah, this world is the region of Kether, a very high Sephirah.

“All Kabbalists base themselves on the Tarot and it is necessary for them to comprehend the Tarot and study it deeply. The universe was made with the Law of Numbers, Measurements, and Weight. Mathematics forms the universe and the numbers become living entities.” - Tarot and Kabbalah by Samael Aun Weor

This is why we always insist in the study of the 22 letters given by the angel Metatron, who, when he was alive, was the prophet Enoch.

If you investigate the five books of the Torah, together with the rest of the books of the old testament, you will see that the original books (whether written in Aramaic or Hebrew) use the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet - the Tarot Arcana of Kabbalah - that the angel Metatron-Enoch brought to the Earth for the betterment of all souls. That is why we always insist that if we do not know, by memory, the 22 letters - which relate to the 22 Arcana of the Tarot - and the meaning of them, we will not grasp what is written in the Bible; especially the book of Genesis.

In the first graphic that we see here, we find the letter Iod, related to the title of the lecture which is: Iod, the River of Eden.

In the graphic at the top, we wrote the word Iod with Latin letters next to the Hebrew letter Iod, which is related to that which Enoch, the angel Metatron, says is the river of Eden. However when we see the shape of the letter Iod, we might say, “How is it that this letter represents a river?” Right? This is precisely the topic of our lecture.

We are going to talk about the different patriarchs that are in the book of Genesis: Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph. Four patriarchs; three above in the second triangle of the tree of life, and one below in Yesod, which together make the four rivers of Eden. Throughout this course we have been discussing these patriarchs in different aspects, but now we are going to dig deeper in order for us to comprehend what this Iod, what this river, is.

jacob

Jacob

Why do we always emphasize the river of Eden? Eden means voluptuousness, bliss. Here in the first graphic we have Jacob who humbly is bending towards Esau, his brother, after returning from the land of לבן Laban, the brother of his mother. Laban לבן, which means white and has a numerical value of 10 (Iod), is a name related with light; this means that he was a child, a soul, coming from the Iod of the higher worlds of Atziluth down to Tiphereth, the heart of the Earth. Thus, Jacob descended from that Land into Tiphereth with his four wives and children, which are in other words the archetypes of Atziluth that we know as the children of Israel. These children are the psychic or psychological archetypes that we have to work with and to develop inside. We are going to talk about that in relation with Jacob’s wives.

For that, we need to understand what Master Huiracocha stated:

"Prana as a positive principle and Akash as a negative principle form the first substantial aspect of the most subtle existing form. Prana represents the modeling force of the Universe, it is the absolute energy. Prana is movement, vibration, heaviness, light, heat, electricity, magnetism, etc., all in their primordial form. Prana is the life of the ether. The word Prana, from Sanskrit, should be translated as absolute energy. There could not exist any type of life in nature without Prana. Its positive aspect and its negative aspect is Akash. Prana and Akash relate to each other as acids relate to bases. The very cause of all things is something that is infinite (this we cannot understand since we ourselves belong to a finite sphere). Our understanding begins with Prana. By modifying itself, Prana then works as Akash, and by modifying itself, Akash then works as Ether (which originally, was a word denoted to mean a substance believed to occupy the space close and beyond the sphere of the moon), and by modifying itself, Ether disintegrates and gives origin to a series of tattvas (vibrations of the Ether).”

Thus, in the universe there are two main energies or forces which we call Prana and Akash. Prana is the positive, active aspect and Akash is the negative, passive aspect, as they relate with polarities. Akash is the primordial matter or the subtle substance water that permeates the space. Akasha modified as ether, is the source of tattva Apas, which vibrates in that liquid element that we name water in this tridimensional world; Akash is that subtle element which contains the Prana that permeates the space. This is the main point of this lecture, because the letter Iod explains how the Prana and the Akash expand together. By knowing that is how we disclose and understand what the Bible is telling us about this mysterious river that we have already addressed in different aspects.

So, Akash is feminine and Prana is masculine, but they together form that drop of primordial water that we call Iod. Iod is the first letter with which we write the holy name of God: Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei. According with the value of the numbers of Hebrew letters the letter Iod is the number ten. But, if we add the numbers one and zero they equal one (1+0 = 1). This is why when we address Kether, the first Sephirah, we say that it relates to the letter Iod and Aleph. Aleph is one and Iod is ten, but ten is one in synthesis. The shape of the letter Aleph contains two Iods. By studying these two letters is how we understand the mystery of the water in combination with fire.

Remember that Master Samael Aun Weor states that we have to be baptized by water first, then by fire. Now, in relation with this baptism of water and fire, we find the famous scale or the octave; the scale of seven notes which we always state relates to the seven initiations that we have to pass through, psychologically speaking. Those seven initiations are related with the seven days of Genesis, the seven lower Sephiroth in the Tree of Life which are: Chesed, Geburah, Tiphereth, Netzach, Hod, Yesod and Malkuth.

By studying the number seven we understand Jacob’s mystery in the bible. Remember that after the problem Jacob had with his brother Esau, who he tricked, Jacob takes Esau’s inheritance and blessing from Isaac, their father. Jacob escapes and goes away into the land of his mother and father. This land is in the sephirah Daath, in the world of Briah, the world of creation. To that land he goes, but before leaving he has a mysterious dream wherein he falls asleep by putting his head on the rock (the mysterious rock of Yesod) and there he sees the ladder that goes up to heaven. Master Samael Aun Weor states that that ladder has seven rungs. It is precisely the second rung where Jacob is having that experience. He sees the ladder where the Malachim (which means kings or angels, which is the holy name for Tiphereth in Yetzirah) go up and down. Up and down.

The scale of seven rugs is precisely very significant; when Jacob ascends to the land of his parents, which is in Daath in the world of Briah, he goes psychologically. This is precisely what we have to understand. In the Bible it is written that he goes physically, because these patriarchs were physically incarnated in the world; they had physical bodies but, through their life, each one of them are represented an archetype. So, when we read Jacob’s story, we must remember that it is not related with the physical plane but with the psyche; Jacob represents what in Sanskrit we call the Chit or the Chitta, the psyche that we have to work with, that we have to develop and that is situated in Yesod. Bodhichitta is the union of the Chit (the psyche) with Geburah (the spiritual soul, the Buddhi). It is in Geburah that we find Isaac, because Jacob (Tiphereth, the human soul) is the son of Isaac (Geburah, Buddhi, the spiritual soul); this is how we see that the human soul, Jacob, is the projection of Isaac, the spiritual soul. In us, Jacob is an embryo of soul that we have to develop, and the way in which we do that is written in the story of Jacob: Jacob goes up and brings all the archetypes down with him by working with the forces of the four rivers of Eden. This is written as kabbalistic clues in the bible.

Jacob’s journey is a psychological, spiritual journey that we have to imitate; however, it is only by knowing how to read and study his life story that we can accomplish this. Jacob is Tiphereth, and all of the wok that he does, he performs in Yesod. But, Jacob learns all of this up in Daath, which contains precisely all the knowledge of the work that have to do down here. Yes, in order to work in ourselves as we are right now, we have to know how to listen to our Inner God, as Ishmael, the first son of Abraham, listened.

Ishmael

Ishmael

Ishmael is another name that we stated relates to Malkuth, the physical body, or better said, as we show it here, the devotee’s physical body; given that everybody here in this physical world has a physical body, but not everyone is a devotee of the doctrine of kabbalah.

Ishmael ישמעאל means; he who listens to God. Obviously, in these lectures, or in any religion, any devotee that listens to the doctrine - whether the Hebrew doctrine or from another religion - is what in Hebrew is named ישמעאל Ishmael; the one who listens to the word of God. Little by little this Ishmael realizes that he has to work in himself; this is precisely what the Bible hides.

In the Hebrew orthodox religion they have a tradition which they call Bar Mitzvah. This is the initiation for boys who enter the 13th years of their life. This is the transition from childhood to adulthood, which is precisely the age when Ishmael was circumcised, in accordance with Genesis in the Bible, together with Abraham. After the circumcision, Sarai, or Sarah, became pregnant by Abraham, and Isaac was born. That is telling us very clearly that if we want Isaac to be born inside of us in the initiation of major mysteries, we first have to listen to the word of God and to be circumcised. This circumcision of course is also symbolic; it signifies becoming a full-fledged initiate of the White Lodge.

We know that Jewish believers, Muslims and the followers of many other religions practice circumcision, but here we are talking about the symbolism of it. To cut the prepuce or the foreskin that covers the head of the penis of Ishmael ישמעאל as a thirteen year old boy, is a symbol, it means that the devotee is entering into the mysteries of sex and therefore is cutting the flesh of his animality in order to renounce to the spasm, to the orgasm of the beasts, such is the meaning of circumcision.

“And Abraham was ninety years old and nine, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin. And Ishmael his son was thirteen years old, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.” - Genesis 17: 24, 25

We acknowledge that there are lay people who practice circumcision as a tradition but who do not transmute their sexual energy; they keep fornicating as animals despite having their physical circumcision. The bible teaches us that in both sides - physical and psychological - we are always the seed of Chesed-Abraham.

According to Hagar, the karmic laws of mechanical nature, the physical body is the seed of Chesed-Abraham; yet, according to initiation, according to the alchemical work that we are going to undergo, we are also seed of Chesed-Abraham but with Sarah (our Divine Mother), by means of the pact of Elohim from Abraham to Isaac and not to Ishmael.

“And for Ishmael I have heard thee: behold, I will bless him, and will make him fruitful, and will very greatly multiply him; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great גוי Goi. But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to thee (in her womb, the spinal medulla of Ishmael) at this set time in the next year.” - Genesis 17: 20, 21

Thus, Ishmael is necessary because the twelve princes that he begets physically relate to the twelve signs of the zodiac of the souls that are born in the physical world; Ishmael ישמעאל represents the physical body of the soul who listens to the word of God and practices it.

The Patriarchs

Thus through the seven churches of Assiah (the chakras of the spinal medulla) of our Ishmael (Malkuth), eventually, God will hear our supplications and Geburah will bring laughter (Isaac יצחק) to us, through the first initiation. That way, Isaac will bring יעקב Jacob from Geburah down to Yesod, the heels of Malkuth and from Yesod, the heels of Esau, Jacob will rise to Tiphereth through the second initiation in order to bring all the 12 archetypes, among which is יוסף Joseph, who will increase the astral light in Malkuth through Hod, in the third initiation. Thus, all the stories that we read in Genesis will be psychologically developed inside our Ishmael ישמעאל, the devotee of אברהם Abraham, the Innermost. Observe that Abraham is the only patriarch whose name begins with Aleph, since, the other names begin with Iod. And it is because אברהם Abraham is Abba, our exalted Innermost that hovers upon the face of two Iods, the waters of Aleph.

Joseph יוסף existed physically, just as the other patriarchs existed physically; each one of them were embodying the doctrine for that particular archetype. The problem is that lay people are still identified with those Masters’ physicalities and get confused. Christians for example, they do not know that besides Master Aberamentho physically existing, he also represents our own, internal particular archetype related with Christ. Jesus (Master Aberamentho) brought the doctrine of Christ, the savior. If we don’t work with that particular archetype that we call Christ within, it doesn’t matter whether we believe or do not believe in Jesus. People think if we believe in him, that it is all we need, as well as believing in the other symbols of the other patriarchs that brought the doctrine and represented those particular archetypes. They think that everything is physical; ignorance has created a division here among the people who are the followers of Isaac and the others of Ishmael, ignoring that the two archetypes relate to each other. So this is very important for us to understand.

Kabbalistic Alphabet

Remember that Ishmael is precisely the physicality of the devotee and within him, above, is Kether, whose archetype is Metatron, Enoch, the one that brought all this wisdom to Malkuth, the planet Earth. In the graphic above you find all his twenty-two letters that Metatron brought. The five final letters relate to how you write them at the end of any word. The final forms of the Hebrew letters were used to indicate the end of a word when writing on parchment or stone, because Maqom (space) was precious and could not be wasted on blank spaces. Now it is customary to leave spaces between words, so the final letters no longer retain their function. Today, Hebrew writing uses only five final letters. The values are important in order for you to understand what you are reading. This is why every Kabbalist knows the letters and the values of them. This is why it is always good to have a chart always of the letters, which we always have here in this school. As you can see there we have them here in this association.

YinYodYang

The Hands of God

So, since we are emphasizing the letter Iod, we put here two (ידי-ים) hands - because unless we had an accident and lost one or both hands, all of us, Adam and Eve, Yin and Yang, have, each, two hands. "In Hebrew, Iod symbolizes a closed hand that is giving." The right hand gives. If you give something, you extend your hand and in order to receive something, you also extend your hand. The hand that receives, that retains what is given is called כף Kaph. That is why we have two hands, the Yad and the Kaph. An extended or open hand is Kaph. It is beautiful to anagrammatically study the Hebrew verses of the Bible in order to alchemically see how the letter Iod hides kabbalistic secrets regarding the ידיים אלהים hands of Elohim (Gods and Goddesses).

“My hand (יד), my nostril (אף) in Yesod (יסד), the earth (הארץ – ha’aretz our physicality), and (Vav ו, the spine, through) my sex (מיני) has stretched out the heavens, I am called (אליהם) Elohim (by) they who stand together.” - Isaiah 48: 13

“Behold, upon the palms of my hands I have graven you, your warmth is before Me continually.” - Isaiah 49: 16

The left, the כף Kaph, receives and is feminine; it contains a lot. This is why the woman is the one that creates in her womb, but the one that gives the seed which is deposited into the egg - which is the seed of the woman - is the man’s right hand and it is called Yad. Do you see? In order to plant, in order to sow, you need your two hands. Your left hand holding the seeds and your right one taking and putting it into the ground. That is the parable of the sower that you read in the Gospels. Here you see how the two hands are related as the Zohar states:

"The union of (Yin and Yang) the two natures in Adam is also referred to in the words, "Bone of my bone (Chesed) and flesh of my flesh (Geburah)" (Genesis 2: 23). We also read that Elohim planted Adam, that is, Israel, in the sacred garden of Eden, as it is written, "And the Jehovah-Elohim took Adam and put him in the garden" (Genesis 2: 15). Jehovah-Elohim, that is, the heavenly father and mother; "garden," the lower Schekinah; "in Eden," the heavenly mother; "Adam," the middle column of the sephirotic tree; from which was formed his wife, and who being his delight should never be separated from him. It was then that the Holy One planted (the archetypes of) Israel, who are the holy branches of the world (of Assiah), or, in other words, a (chaste) race purer and better than those that had formerly existed; as it is written, "The branch of my planting, the work of (Yin and Yang) my hands, that I may be glorified" (Isaiah 60: 21) – Zohar.

Regarding the Schekinah, it is written:

“She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her. Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honor. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retains her.” - Proverbs 3: 15-18

Lay people who read the former verses literally think that there is a physical God with two hands making them with clay as we explained in the previous lecture, they should not think like that. The two hands are forces. One is a feminine and the other is masculine force. Thus, with the two polarities is how God works in creation and this is how we have to understand it in order to comprehend it deeply.

The mysteries of Kabbalah and Alchemy are hidden within allegorical legends, which are like buried coffins that hide spiritual treasures, written by Initiates and rediscovered by Initiates. However, ignoramuses generally interpret these mysteries literally.

Allegory means: The representation of abstract ideas, principles or archetypes, by characters, figures, or events in narrative, dramatic, or pictorial form. Synonyms of allegories are symbol, stories, tales, myths, symbolism, emblems, fables, parables, or apologue. So, all of that is what you have to take in mind when you read the Bible.

blake seven

“And God blessed the seventh day.”

Now, we are only studying the letter Iod, in order for us to understand the allegory or the myth, or symbol related with it. Here you find this marvelous graphic of William Blake related with the seventh day which is the letter Iod as a drop of creative water, semen.

The seventh day is in the second chapter of the book of Genesis and in it is where we find the mystery of the Iod, the river that became the four rivers of Eden and all that marvelous narration in which we find the garden of Eden; Adam and Eve and all of those beautiful myths written in an alchemical and kabbalistic manner.

“And (Iod) a river went out of Eden (voluptuousness) to water the garden (the physicalities of Adam and Eve); and from thence (from Yesod, sex) it was parted, and became into four heads.” - Genesis 2: 10

In Hebrew we write ‘hand’ in two ways: Yad, which is the letter Iod and the letter Daleth (יד - Yad) or, Kaph, which the letter Kaph and the letter Peh (כף Kaph).

Yad (hand) spelled יד has a numerical value of 5; the value of the letter Iod is 10 and the value of the letter Daleth is 4. In order to reduce them to a lesser number we make the addition 10 + 4 = 14. Now, 1 + 4 = 5; You see? In order to see this, we can look at our hands, and see the four fingers and thumb.

Yad יד means arm or hand, handle, share, to throw, cast. Enoch says that the river of Eden resembles the letter Iod, thus, when we read that Yad is spelled with Iod and Daleth we find that the value of hand “Yad” is five. This, in chiromancy or chirology, means that the will of Kether, the Iod of מקום Maqom, the space that is above the head, is cast into the pineal gland and from there into Chokmah, the right hemisphere of the brain, the objective reasoning of Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, from there it descends through the (יד - Yad) the arm and is received by the thumb and thereafter it continues descending in the (יד - Yad) the hand, and becomes shared, divided into four streams or fingers.

Now, if you state that the letter Iod is spelled יוד Iod-Vav-Daleth, we see that the value of those letters does not give us the number 5, but that they gives us another value; the 10 of Iod + the 6 of Vav, is 16, plus the 4 of Daleth is 20. Twenty is the value of the letter Kaph which also means hand in Hebrew.  Kaph, spelled כף, has a numerical value of 10; the value of כ is 20 and the value of ף Peh is 80 or 800. Now 800 + 20 = 820 = 10, which is the value of the letter Iod, the river of Eden.

So, whether we spell Iod with two letters or with three it always gives us the value of ten, which are synthesized in the ten fingers of the two hands. One masculine and the other feminine no matter how we do it. This is precisely the beauty of the Hebrew alphabet, the Kabbalah. This, to see how everything is hidden in the numbers but only for those that study it. Otherwise the lazy ones who do not get it, they are only following traditional things which have no meaning.

Thus either Iod or Kaph is always giving us the same value. Numbers are living entities in relation with the letters of Kabbalah, isn’t this beautiful? You always have the interplay of the two forces. This is why the book of Zohar states:

Tree of Life

The Third Book of Enoch

“In the ancient [third] book of Enoch [3 Enoch 48: 1-4], the course of the Celestial River of life is described as resembling the letter Iod.” - Zohar

When we already know what we have just explained, then we say: ‘Indeed, obviously the river resembles the letter Iod’.

“And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.” - Genesis 2: 10

The river that came out of Eden is one and the four heads make the five streams or fingers of one hand, which in Hebrew is spelled יד Yad. It is easy to understand this, but here we find another quotation from the third book of Enoch that unfortunately is not in the Bible; It is written as follows:

“Metatron shows Rabbi ישמעאל Ishmael the [יד ימין - Yad Yamin] Right Hand of the Most High, now inactive behind Him, but in the future destined to work the deliverance of Israel.”

When we read the former quotation “the Right Hand of the Most High, now inactive behind Him, but in the future destined to work the deliverance of Israel" We might ask what does it mean? Listen, the devotee ישמעאל Ishmael who, as we have explained, is the devotee that studies Kabbalah, but is not practicing it because he does not understand it yet; when he starts practicing it, he begins to put into activity the rivers of the right hand of the Most High which are inactive behind him. It is not like looking at the back of the Most High to see what is behind him. No, "inactive behind Him," means inactive in the spinal column, in other words, the archetypes of Israel inactive in the Vav, the spinal medulla, the womb of the devotee.

The devotee is studying Kabbalah, but the [יד ימין - Yad Yamin] Right Hand of the Most High is not active in him because he is fornicating. This is what all people do in the physical world but when we learn the meaning of circumcision and we follow it perhaps then we start working with יד ימין - Yad Yamin in our spine.

“Rabbi ישמעאל Ishmael said : מטטרון Metatron said to me:”

Behold, Metatron is the angel of the Most High. Master Samael Aun Weor wrote in his book Tarot and Kabbalah:

“The Ancient of Days dwells in the world of Kether. The chief of that world is the Angel Metatron. This angel was the prophet Enoch. With the help of this angel we can enter into the world of Kether. The disciple who wants to penetrate into Kether will beg the Angel Metatron during his states of profound meditation and he will be helped.” - Samael Aun Weor

So, Rabbi ישמעאל Ishmael is obviously meditating. The devotee can meditate and get into rapture, samadhi and thus, go out of his physicality and talk with God. If I am telling you this, it is not because I read it. Many times I meditate, and go out of my body and I talk with my own particular individual Kether, because every one of you has their own particular Kether, and in order to talk with that high part of your self you have to go out of your physicality. Many devotees do it and their God will say “Yes I am the higher part of you but you are still not working.” I remember the first experience that in this life I had with Kether. I talked with my own Kether and he said to me, “What do you want to know?”, “I want to know how I am doing down there in the physical world” and then he answered directly, he said: “No, you do nothing and still you are doing nothing.”

Well then, I said that is a very frank answer. Since, alchemically speaking, God does everything, we do not do anything. Then I returned to my body and said I have to work harder.

But listen here how Metatron - which is that part of Enoch or that archetype that represents Kether that is talking with Ishmael the archetype that represents the devotee - is explaining what we are talking about here but in a Kabbalistic and alchemical manners.

“Rabbi ישמעאל Ishmael said : מטטרון Metatron said to me : Come, and I will show thee the Right Hand [יד ימין - Yad Imin] of Maqom מקום - space, laid behind (Him) because of the destruction of the Holy Temple; from which all kinds of splendor and light shine forth and by which the 955 [9 + 5 + 5 = 19 = 10 - Iod] heavens [10 Sephiroth] were created ; and whom not even the Seraphim and the Ophannim are permitted (to behold), until the day of salvation shall arrive."

Maqom מקום means space, it also means seat, and it has many other meanings, namely, place, locality, room, position, situation, situs, stead, location, emplacement, placing, siting, fix, locus; Qom. You see the space of the universe and the celestial stars within Maqom מקום, space. This is what we also call the astral absolute space. When we have an experience within the absolute space, a hand can come from that space and give you a book to study. That hand is the letter Iod, giving it to you and in order to receive it, you have to put out your hand. Many paintings show that symbol. This is the symbol of מקום Maqom.

We wrote here יד ימין - Yad Imin, this is how you write the phrase "right hand" in Hebrew or Aramaic. We know already that יד Yad is hand. Yamin ימין sometimes means just the right hand, yet, the interesting thing regarding these words is why the words יד ימין Yad Yamin means right hand? It is because the letter Iod is in the beginning of both words. If the letter Iod by itself is in the beginning that means hand. In יד ימין Yad Yamin, Yad יד means hand and Yamin ימין means right. Now, if we separate the first letter Iod from ימין Yamin and added to יד Yad, then we remain with ידי מין Idi Mayin, which means “by my sex.” In Hebrew Mayin מין, Minah מינה means sex, gender or kind, and is derived from, מיניות Minoth sexuality. So obviously the right hand of God, of Maqom, is “by Yesod, my sex,” meaning, my river of sexual force, my creative sexual force, this kabbalistic saying is hidden, yet, alchemically is very clear.

“Laid behind (Him),” because, as the devotee laid his sexual alchemical work behind him, he also laid the destruction of the holy temple from which all kinds of splendor and light shine forth in his spine behind him. How do you destroy your holy temple? By fornicating, that is, by spilling the Iod, your sexual energy through the orgasm of the beasts. The Iod from which all kinds of splendor and light shine forth and by which the nine hundred and fifty-five heavens were created.

Now when we make the additions of these numbers 9 + 5 + 5 we get Arcanum 19; Alliance. And, 1 + 9 = 10. The tenth letter is Iod, 10 heavens, 10 Sephiroth. Everything is synthesized in the letter Iod. The ten Sephiroth which are made by the splendors of the letter Iod, the sexual force.

“And whom not even the Seraphim and the Ophanim are permitted (to behold), until the day of salvation shall arrive.”

Indeed, inside of us, we are not worthy to see it until we have started working with our own particular Yeshuah, our own particular force. Because in Hebrew, salvation is Yeshuah, it is what we call Jesus in Latin, who is an archetype inside; when we start working with it then we start seeing these marvelous things.

The Right Hand of God

Right Hand of Moses

“Then Moses raised his right hand and struck the rock twice with his staff. Water gushed out, and the community and their livestock drank.” - Numbers 20: 11

Sequentially, in this beautiful painting we can behold the symbol of the right hand of Maqom מקום working through Moses.

“And I went by his side and he took me by his (יד Yad) hand and showed me (the Right Hand of Maqom מקום) with all manner of praise, rejoicing and song: and no mouth can tell its praise, and no eye can behold it, because of its greatness, dignity, majesty, glory and beauty. And not only that, but all the souls of the righteous (which means those who are practicing sexual alchemy, those who are in chastity) who are counted worthy to behold the joy of Jerusalem, they are standing by it, praising and praying before it three times every day, saying:”

"Awake, awake, put on strength (עז), O (יד Yad) arm of יהוה (Chokmah)" - Isaiah 51: 9

When we read this for us it is very clear that it is talking about the (יד Yad) arm of Chokmah (right hemisphere of the brain) the river, the Iod or arm of יהוה, the thumb that goes into Geburah, willpower, which is strength but also called (Oz עז).

But, when he says “Awake, awake, put on the strength O (יד Yad) arm of יהוה Iod-Havah” which is the strength of Chokmah. How does Chokmah put on the strength? How does it awake, awake? How does the (יד Yad) arm or hand of יהוה awakens? That strength of the (יד Yad) arm or hand is the thumb of Geburah that awakens in Daath, since from thence the (יד Yad) arm or hand extends by opening the fist; this is how the (יד Yad) arm or hand is parted and become into four heads or four fingers.

When we study the Tree of Life we know very well that the might of the heart, the force of Geburah, comes down to Yesod in Malkuth in order for males to have the sexual strength; in other words, in order for men to have physically the erection, they need to awaken the might forces of the heart (the kingdom of Chokmah) in order for the blood to circulate down in their genitalia. So when we read “awake, awake, arm of Iod Havah,” this means do something in your courtship, in your heart, with your priestess wife and have an erection because (Oz עז) the might of Geburah is the first of the four rivers called Pishon, that gives strength to the human male in the sexual act in Malkuth, his priestess wife, in her Yoni, the River Euphrates. According as it is written:

"He caused his glorious arm (זרוע תפארת Zeroah Tiphereth) to go at (Netzach - Victory) the right (יד ימין Yad Yamin) hand of Moses." - Isaiah 63:12

Tiphereth, as we have explained, is in the middle, in the heart and is related to Moses (willpower). So the strength, the systole-diastole of Geburah, fills the heart, which pumps the blood towards the mind which is Netzach, the right hand of Moses. This is what Moses does in all of his alchemical marvels; he divides the waters or the red sea. He did that because he was receiving the strength of Geburah through Tiphereth into his right hand because Moses is the one who controls Netzach, the mind, the pharaoh in other words.

Jehovah יהוה (Chokmah) says: “Let my people go!” Who are those people? They are the archetypes. But to accomplish that, the mind (the pharaoh) has to be controlled with the right hand of Moses.

Moses is Tiphereth who receives the strength from Geburah through sexual alchemy. In other words in order to do that we have to practice sexual alchemy. Moses, as an archetype, symbolizes willpower, which awakens as sexual fire in the central pillar; Moses has to be awakened.

"Awake, awake!" Enoch is not talking about your sinful lustful psyche, but about Moses, willpower, that we have to awaken with sexual alchemy. It also relates to the rivers because Tiphereth is Hiddekel. And in the right hand is Chesed, which is the other river, which is called Gihon. Pishon is Geburah, Gihon is Chesed, and זרוע תפארת Zeroah Tiphereth is Hiddekel, you see? He is addressing three rivers without writing the names of them. זרוע תפארת Zeroah Tiphereth is one, Geburah is strength (עז), and Chesed is the right (יד ימין Yad Yamin) hand of Moses, which is above Netzach - Victory. So three rivers; the fourth is the sexual force of Malkuth, the woman.

“In that moment the (יד ימין - Yad Imin) Right Hand of Maqom מקום (the יד - Yad, arm of יהוה in Chokmah that extends down to the Iod of Yesod, the seat Maqom מקום of chastity) was weeping.”

"And there went forth from its five fingers, five rivers of tears and fell down into the great sea and shook the whole world, according as it is written (Isaiah 24.19,20): "The earth is utterly broken, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly, the earth shall stagger like a drunken man and shall be moved to and fro like a hut", five times corresponding to the fingers of his (יד ימינית גדולה) Great Right Hand.” - 3 Enoch 48: 1-4

The Right Hand of Maqom מקום relates to the forces of Akash and Prana, which the male and female initiates are working in Daath, the very sexual act - if they are not practicing the sexual act as animals but they are doing it with transmutation. And this is all that is written there in the book of Enoch, kabbalistically and alchemically. That is what the Zohar points to when Enoch states that the river of Eden has the form of the letter Iod. Or the letter Iod that hides the two hands, the positive and negative, that we are talking about here. You understand it right? Do you follow this? This is precisely the river of Eden that we are addressing here.

brightness

Ha'Naher הנהר The River and נהרה Nahera brightness

This is why the book of Genesis states: (ושם הנהר השני גיחון) “And the name of the second river (הנהר Ha'Naher, נהרה Nahera, meaning, river or brightness) is Gihon.” - Genesis 2: 13. We’ll stop here and explain.

How do you write the river in Hebrew? With four letters: Hei-Nun-Hei-Resh: Ha'Naher הנהר. But if you switch the letter Hei and put it at the end then you read נהרה Nahera, which is translated in “Ezra 5: 6” as river, yet, it also means light, brightness. You will read in that way with that anagram: And the name, the brightness departed (from בריאה Briah, the superior aspect) of Eden to water, with light, the land of Cush, the garden (the central nervous system of -Malkuth-Egypt-Assiah). In other words, the light of the water is נהרה Nahera; water is the habitat of the light the habitat of the fire. In this day and age, it is easy to understand that. Thanks to the force of the water we have light, electricity. With electricity, we can burn many things.

So, when we say a brightness or a river came out of Eden, it is the same thing because a river carries the water and the water carries the light.

“And (ו Vav) a river (the thumb) went out of (Daath, the superior) Eden to water the garden; And the name (ומשם, Va’M’Shem - יהוה) was separated (better said, inverted as והיה Va’Heieh) and (this is how) became into four heads.” - Genesis 2: 10.

Name "שם Shem,” is written as ומשם, Va’M’Shem; the river is hidden as the letter Vav, the spine; the waters are symbolized as the letter Mem. What is שם Shem? שם Shem is השם Ha-Shem יהוה. When the י Iod of יהוה departs from Chokmah, it elongates as a ו Vav. Thus the light of Atziluth, the י Iod, which is within המים Ha-Mayim, the living waters of Eden, is the river, the ו Vav, the thumb, that through the יד Yad becomes four fingers, four ו Vavs, four names, namely:

The name of the first (ו Vav) is Pishon שם האחד פישון, who is Isaac.

The name of the second (ו Vav) river is Gihon ושם־הנהר השני גיחון, who is Abraham.

The name of the third (ו Vav) river is Hiddekel ושם הנהר השלישי חדקל, who is Jacob

And the fourth (ו Vav) river is Phrath (Euphrates) והנהר הרביעי הוא פרת, who is Joseph

Down here in Malkuth, Joseph is called - בן פרת יוסף בן פרת fruitful son Joseph, son of Phrath (Genesis 49: 22). The right name of the fourth river is פרת Phrat, when we read הוא פרת – Eua Phrat this means “it is Phrath,” which is Yesod.

“For the commandment is a lamp; and the (תורה Torah) law is light (אור Aur) and a way of life (חיים Chayim) reproofs of instruction.” - Proverbs 6: 23

Tarot 22

In other words, the commandment is a lamp and the Torah is the light. Torah, which is the same Tarot, is the law under the light of the twenty-two arcana. This is how it is written in Proverbs 6: 23; this is how the light of the twenty-two letters or commandments become four rivers (2 + 2 = 4) as it is written there in the book of Genesis. Master Samael stated:

"It is impossible to reach deep realization without the alchemy of the feminine solar forces [the light of Atziluth]. "Christ, in His dignity as Cosmic Christ said: “I am (Daleth) the door and by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” - John 10:9

“The Christonic substance (the י Iod) of (Jehovah יהוה) the Savior (יהשוה Yeshuah) of the world is placed in (Phrat) our Christonic semen. This is why the (ד Daleth or) door that (allows the י Iod to) enter (as ס Samech) into (ו Vav, the womb of) Eden is in (יסוד Yesod) our sexual organs." - Samael Aun Weor

Samael Aun Weor always wrote in synthesis; when we read the Bible we see that the Christonic substance of the Savior of the world is placed in (Phrat) as the sexual force in our physicality, which is what is called the Garden of Eden. We always take these two Sephiroth - Yesod and Malkuth - as one, because we are one. Yesod is the fourth dimension, the vital body. The three dimensional body is the physical body, Malkuth. Both of them correlate to one body. The vital body is the superior aspect of Malkuth. That is why Master Samael says if we investigate Malkuth we discover that it came out of Yesod as well.

Iod Hei Vav Hei

When studying the holy name of God, Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, we discover the four heads of this river of Eden, because the Celestial River of life is described as resembling the letter Iod, right? Thus, we discover that Yad (hand) is written with Iod and Daleth which when added together are five. So, the word יד Yad – hand gives the value of five in accordance to the values of its two letters; and five is the value of ה Hei, the fifth letter, which is written twice (as two hands) in יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, the holy name of God. This means that י Iod is hidden within ה Hei. When we say this, it is because we acknowledge that י Iod is at the bottom left side of the shape of the letter ה Hei, and its top right side forms a ד Daleth. Although Hei is spelled Hei-Aleph, but Aleph’s shape has two Iods, the masculine-feminine sexual forces, this is why Hei is feminine. The feminine genital sexual force that holds two Iods, two testicles or two ovaries.

This is why Iod Hei spells יה ‘Jah’ – Hallelu-Jah. ‘Jah’ יה, the two forces of Eden within us. The number ten of the letter Iod plus the number five of the letter Hei equals six. Six is the value of the letter Vav. This means that the Iod (the shakti potential) of Hei (our genitalia) expresses as fire through Vav (our spinal medulla) which is the sixth letter. This shows us that the mystery of יה ‘Jah’, the holy name of God which is Iod Hei יה ‘Jah’ is hidden in us within six, Vav (our spinal medulla). This is why we find the letter Iod at the bottom left of the letter Hei and at the top of the letter Vav; Iod (the shakti potential) is contained in both. This is why the mystery of Iod-Hei-Vav, the trinity, expresses itself through the second Hei of יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, here in the throat and the top of the Vav, the spine, in our physicality. This is how, Va’Ha’ner Itza M’Eden והנר יצא מעדן And a candle (ונהר anagram of Va’Naher - and a river) came out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.” (Genesis 2: 10) The Kabbalistic addition of the four heads is: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10. Ten is Iod, the Akashic River of Prana that flows through the ten sephiroth of the Tree of Life; the flow of life that through the four worlds of Kabbalah follow the sequence of יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, the holy name of God.

Abraham and the Angels

The Iod Yod within the Mysterious Letter Hei

Regarding the trinity expressing itself through the second Hei of יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, in the graphic above we see אברם Abram kneeling before three angels, who appear before the birth of Isaac. We see Sarai listening to what the angels are saying to Abram, whose name, along with Sarai, was attached to the letter Hei of יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei.

Mysterious Hei

The letter Hei is not found in the name of אברהם Abraham until after his circumcision, when his name was changed from אברם Abram to אברהם Abraham. Then it was that the Schekinah became attached to and abode with him:

“At the creation of Adam, scripture states, 'Elohim blessed them and called their name Adam, (בהבראם-BeHei-Baram, literally, 'He created them with the Hei')' in the day when they were created. (Genesis 2: 4), From the terms male and female, we gather that every (human) form that does not bear the (archetypical) form of the male and female, is not in the image and likeness of Adam Kadmon, the primeval ideal human of which we have formerly spoken.”

"'In the image of Elohim created He Adam, male and female created he them.' - (Genesis 1. 27). But the children of (the sinner) Adam, begotten after his expulsion from the garden of Eden, were both mortal and unworthy." - Zohar

And therefore it is written:

“And Elohim said unto (Chesed) Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be (by attaching the letter Hei to her name). And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of (עמים Omim) nations; kings of Goims (לגוים מלכי L’Goim Malaki) shall be of her.

“Then (Chesed) Abraham fell upon his faces, and he is יצחק Isaac (Geburah), and said in his heart, (the צלמ-Tzalem, image) a child shall be born unto him who is an hundred years old. And mother of (כדמותנו-Kodamutemu, likeness) a daughter, Sarah, who is ninety years old, shall bear

“And (Chesed) Abraham said unto Elohim, O that (the Iod of) ישמעאל Ishmael (in Malkuth) might live before thee (through sexual alchemy)!

“And Elohim said, Sarah (the Schekinah) thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name יצחק Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with (the Iod of) him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.

“And as for (the Iod of) Ishmael (in Malkuth), I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him (physically) fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes (twelve tribes) shall he beget (from his Iod), and I will make him a great גוי Goi. But my covenant will I establish with (the Iod of) Isaac, which (in the first initiation of major mysteries) Sarah (the Schekinah) shall bear unto thee (in the spine of Ishmael-Malkuth) at this set time in the next year. And he left off talking with him, and Elohim went up (to the first triangle of the tree of life) from (Chesed) Abraham.” - Genesis 17: 15-22

So, the covenant will be stablished with (the Iod of) Isaac (Geburah) and not with (the Iod of) Ishmael (Malkuth); yet, by following the commandments of Elohim, that is, by working with sexual alchemy, Ishmael will be blessed by developing the Iod of Isaac within. Thus, as you see, Isaac is developed inside our physicality, he is the son of Sarah and Abraham within the spinal medulla of Ishmael who is Mitsrayim, since Ishmael (who symbolizes the embryo of the soul נשמה Neshamah is trapped within the animal ego) is the son of Abram and the מצרית Mitzraith (Egyptian) Hagar, who developed him within her female uterus. Thus, all of these archetypes, namely, Abraham, Sarah and Isaac, are inside Ishmael. As we already stated, Ishmael ישמעאל represents the physical body of the embryo of soul, the devotee, who listens to the word of God and practices it.

Abraham is addressing these three angels as My Lord in a single manner but why is he talking in a single manner before three angels? Because Iod- Hei-Vav are one in the Hei of his name!

“Shema שמע Listen, ישראל Israel יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei our Elohim is one יהוה.” - Deuteronomy 6: 4

In other words: The Iod of Ishmael ישמעאל, that is, the Iod of he who (שמע Shema) listens to אל God (Chesed-Abraham), becomes the Iod of Israel ישראל, which is the same Iod of יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, which is the Iod at the bottom left of the upper and lower Hei, and the Iod on the top of the Vav. The Iod of Isaac יצחק, the Iod of יעקב Jacob, the Iod of יוסף Joseph and the Iod of the tribe of יהודה Judah, all of them are One Iod. The Iod, the river that came out of Eden to water the Garden.

These Iods appear as three in יהו Iod-Hei-Vav, and become one in our lower ה Hei, our physicality. We have three brains, namely, head, heart, and sexual-instinctual-motor brains; three brains systems but we are one body, one individual, the same way up there. It is three, but it is one force, symbolized as three angels in order for us to comprehend and understand the deep meaning of the Hei of אברהם Abraham. Genesis states, “And the spirit of Elohim”, which we always state is אברהם Abraham, “was hovering upon the face of (המים Ha-Mayim) the waters [of אדם Adam], because upon our blessed mercurial waters that flow from the river that goes out from (Yesod, the) sexual (עדן Eden) pleasure, is where our own particular spirit, אברהם Abraham, has to hover upon.

Blake Adam

Adam אדם symbolizes water: the two letter י Iod in the shape of the letter א Aleph of אדם Adam symbolizes the waters above and below the firmament or letter ו Vav; the י Iod above, the male part; the י Iod below, the female; the י Iod above have the image of אל-הים Elohim (the Sea God) in the first Hei of יהוה; the י Iod below have the likeness of אלה-ים Elohim (the Sea Goddess) in the second Hei of יהוה. The firmament is symbolized by Azoth the waters of the letter Vav, the River Jordan, which is between the waters above and the waters below. The letter ד Daleth of Adam symbolizes the door towards the four rivers, the two polarities of the soul of the mercury joint in Adam and Eve that ascend through their two rivers, Ida and Pingala, the female likeness and the male image respectively. The letter Mem of Adam, symbolizes מים Mayim, the Iod between two waters. The letters of Adam אדם, Aleph א, Daleth ד, Mem ם, give the value of 1+4+40 = 9 Yesod, the sexual waters.

“And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand (144000 = 9) of all the tribes of the (archetypes) children of Israel.” - Revelation 7: 4

Remove from your mind the notion that the spirit is hovering upon the waters of the Atlantic or Pacific oceans; it is in us, during sexual alchemy. What is important is for the spirit to hover upon, that is, above, of our own Akashic waters which contain the sexual Pranic forces, which here, we are pointing to, as Iod, the river of Eden. This is why we wrote the name of Elohim (Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei) in order to understand. In another lecture we told you that Iod is in the head, Hei is in the throat, Vav is the spinal medulla, and the Hei is our sexual force. That is how we see the four letters of the name of God in our physicality.

Now, written in Hebrew, we also find the word - Shiphchah שפחה, read it in the way we have to read it. Because many people will read this as Shiph-chah but in Hebrew it doesn’t sound like that since in this language the sound ‘CH’ as in church does not exist. ‘CH’ relates to the letter Chet. “Shiphchah” is written שפחה in Hebrew. This means servant or maid servant. This is very important to understand because every single wife of the patriarchs, whether Abraham, Isaac or Jacob, their wives had שפחת shiphchoth (female servants or maids). If you understand the symbolism, you will understand that the four wives of the patriarchs, namely, Sarah, Rebecca, Leah, and Rachel had שפחת Shiphchoth.

“And Sarai, Abram`s wife, has not borne to him, and she had a Shiphchah, handmaid, an Egyptian, and her name was Hagar.” - Genesis 16: 1 So, Hagar, the Shiphchah שפחה of Sarai bore a son, and named him Ishmael.

The others, Bilhah and Zilpah, were the שפחת Shiphchoth maidens of the two sisters that married Jacob. So, those שפחת shiphchoth represent the lower aspects of the Hei. We always know that the matriarchs represent the upper aspects of the Hei in Daath and the servants the lower Hei in Yesod. The book of Zohar states, all Kabbalists know that the fourth letter Hei, which written twice in the name of God, is the daughter or the servant of the first letter Hei. This is how Kabbalah we interpret the double Hei. It is not as laypeople think that Jacob had, as wives, two sisters and also had sexual intercourse with their maidens; literally it is written in that way, but under the light of sexual alchemy, it does not meant that.

Listen, Hei, the fourth letter of Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, is the Shiphchah שפחה maiden of Iod-Hei-Vav. That Hei represents the fourth world of Kabbalah named Assiah עשה; and Assiah עשה is Malkuth מלכות the tenth sephirah of the tree of life. Among the seven lower sephiroth of the tree of life, Malkuth מלכות represents the seventh body of Adam, which is a feminine sephirah, represented by Eve, who is represented by Zayin זין the seventh letter of את Ath, the Hebrew alphabet.

Azoth

AZΩTH

“And (the Alpha and Ωmega) the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on (Zayin ז, the seventh letter, the woman), the seventh day ( final "Z", Latin alphabet), Elohim ended the work (of אשר Asher, the third Logos), which he had made (in עשה Assiah); and he rested on (Malkuth מלכות, Zayin ז, the seventh letter, the woman) the seventh day from all his work which he (אשר Asher, the third Logos) had made (in עשה Assiah). And Elohim blessed (Assiah, Malkuth, Zayin ז, the seventh letter, the woman) the seventh day, and sanctified it: because in it (in the fierceness עזות Azoth) he had rested from all his work which (אשר Asher, the third Logos) Elohim created and made (with עשות Asoth).” - Genesis 2: 1-3

“And Adam said, This (זאת zoth... in the fierceness עזות Azoth) is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: this (זאת zoth) shall be called (אישה) Ishah, because (זאת zoth) was taken out of Ish (איש fire).” - Genesis 2: 23

Asoth עשות is the plural of עשה Assiah – Malkuth, because it represents the two male-female physicalities, their seventh body, their genitalia, the seventh letter זין Zain. The (fierceness) Azoth עזות is hidden in the ש Shin (fire) of Asoth עשות, both words (עזות Azoth and Asoth עשות) relate to the Soul of the Mercury, the Mercury of the secret philosophy in man and woman.

Now, the seventh letter according to את Aleph-Tav, the Hebrew alphabet, is Zayin זין. Zayin זין is always associated with the sexual organs or with Malkuth מלכות, the feminine aspect of the letter ו Vav; the sixth letter that represents Adam, who was made in the sixth day. Zayin ז is at the left side of the letter ח Chet and ו Vav at its right, they are joint by a letter י Iod. These ויז three letters together form the shape of the letter ח Chet. This is why it is written in Genesis:

"And (the Sun) Adam (represented by the letter ו Vav) called his wife's (represented by the letter ז Zayin) name (the Moon) Eve; because (thanks to the letter י Iod) she was the mother of all (חי Chai) life.” - Genesis 3: 20

Behold here how Zayin ז, the seventh letter, is taken out from within את Ath, the Logos, in order to make the word זאת-zoth “this,” which is the fourth kabbalistic world, named עשה Assiah, which is Malkuth, the seventh body, our physicality, represented in the fourth letter Hei of Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei. At the end of Genesis 2: 3 it says עשות Asoth. We know that Azoth is the mercury of philosophy. Obviously the letter שין Shin (fire) is written in the word עשות Asoth instead of Zayin as in Azoth עזות (fierceness). Asoth עשות (to do) or Azoth עזות (fierceness) is pointing to what in Latin we call the “mercurius extractus” of עשה Assiah. Asoth עשות is a plural word for עשה Assiah because it comes into being between husband and wife as the soul of the mercury, a substance that is extracted from Assiah, our physicality, through the process of distillation during sexual alchemy; the “mercurius extractus” from the ferocious sexual waters of our physicality.

This is why in alchemy we always address Azoth, yet Moses wrote it with Hebrew letters, in regards to what he is talking about in the seventh day. This means that in the sexual act we have to extract the Azoth עזות (fierceness) from our sexual waters in order to make all of that which is written in Genesis that Elohim (עשות Asoth) made. This is an Alchemical statement. Because it is very clear in the seventh day of Genesis that Elohim rested in עשות Asoth to do all of the work that he made in עשה Assiah.

This (עשות Asoth) that Elohim made in the seventh day not only symbolizes Zayin ז the woman but also symbolizes the “mercurius extractus” of עשה Assiah, our physical body, Malkuth, whether male or female. The physical body builds the Iod, the sexual seed, semen, in Yesod, whether it is the male or female genitalia. In Alchemy, we call the secretions of the sexual organs semen, whether feminine or masculine. Thus, during sexual alchemy we liberate and sublimate the Azoth עזות (fierceness) from our seed, semen, this happens when we transmute it, yet this does not happen when we ejaculate the semen, when ejaculation occurs then ש Shin (the fire) goes out from עשות Asoth, our physicalities; when this happens our (עשות Asoth) physicalities along with our consciousness become (עות Uth) perverted.

“Consider the deed (מעשה M’Assiah) of (את Ath, the Logos) Elohim: for who (מי Mi, the Holy Spirit) can repair that which (את Ath, the Logos) he (אשר Asher) has (עות) distorted.” - Ecclesiastes 7:13 Observe the words, namely, Mi מי and Asher אשר, both mean “Who.” Iod י is in Mi מי and Shin ש fire in אשר Asher.

When you ejaculate your semen like animals: What is this that thou hast done? מה זאת עשית Mah Zoth Asith? (Genesis 3: 13) We have then (עות Uth) perverted ourselves, we then multiply as animals, even if we do it in very edifying and dignifying manner. To fornicate is easy, anybody can do that, whether a kabbalist or not, whether one is a very religious person or not. When a religious or non-religious person, kabbalist or not, reaches the orgasm of the beasts, they multiply their bestiality. Yet, through sexual alchemy, we experience another type of multiplication which is spiritual; we multiply spiritually inside, not outside. Such spiritual multiplication is (עשה Assiah עשויה) done through עשות Asoth which is the outcome of sexual transmutation, because what we eat, think , and all the impressions we receive are synthesized in our semen, in our seed, in our י Iod, the river.

Prana, Akash, Ether and the Five Tattvas

The Iod, the Prana from the Akash (the subtle water that permeates the space) is transformed into ether and the ether into the five tattvas, that vibrate in Yesod, our vital body, or ethereal body that through our physical metabolism is transformed into the seed that navigates in our sexual waters.

Behold, the five tattvas: Akash, Tejas, Vayu, Apas, Prithvi. These five vibrate in the superior vital part of our physicality. We, the male or female devotees, receive them in our semen, thus, if Abraham, our Innermost, transmutes the Iod of Ishmael from our sexual waters, then the Azoth is liberated and creates Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph, etc.... This is very interesting... the book of Zohar, when addressing the feast of circumcision or sexual alchemy, states the following:

“When the Iod is united with Hei they form a celestial river, as it is written, "And a river went out of Eden to water the garden.'Genesis 2:10 Let no one, however, object and say, 'when they are united?’ as though it was something impossible and absurd; for they most certainly become so.” - Zohar

If we unite the letter י Iod (יד Yad - hand) with the letter Hei (whose shape is made by a ד Daleth at its right side and a י Iod at its left bottom side, the two letters that spells יד Yad-hand) we form the two hands of Elohim, one masculine and the other feminine; Iod-Hei = Phallus-Uterus.

If we unite the letter Iod with the teeth what do we have? What I meant is, if we unite the letter Iod to the letters Shin and Nun that spell שין Shin-Tooth or Teeth, then what we have? We have the Iod, the river of Eden that becomes the four matriarchs. Do you get it?

If you say שין Shin is Tooth and שינים Shinim is Teeth, well, remember that נ Nun is fish in Aramaic and ים Yam means water.

The letter Shin ש by itself represents fire but שין Shin means Tooth or Teeth. How many Iods does the letter Shin have? The letter Shin has three Iods, right?

Three Iods connected to three arms, three Vavs. In the shape of the letter Shin we find the head and spine and the arms and hands of God; the three pillars of the Tree of Life. The word Shin - spelled שין Shin - contains five Iods, the fifth is on top of the final Nun, which is the fish containing the Iod or shakti potential. Our sperm or ovum is the fish to which all the Shin (fire) is going, but שין Shin means teeth and this is very important because it is not only about transmuting the sexual energy, we have to also pronounce mantras or words of fire: “In the beginning was the word, the word was with God and the word was God.”

The Iod of Yesod rising through the Vav is the river of Eden that disembogues in our שין Shin, our 32 teeth of our mouth in order to pronounce the words of power, right?

“And (this is how) all the earth (our physicality) has one language and the words (דברים debarim) are unified. And as these words (דברים debarim) go from (מקדם meqedem) the east (Kether, who is the Iod or Premier Logos of the world) that these (words) found (Daath) a plain or valley in the land (physicality) of שן ער Shin-ar (attached to the thirty-two teeth), וישבו שם and settled a name (in the thirty-two paths of wisdom); and they dwelt there.” - Genesis 11: 1, 2

The former quotation is not only curious but obviously very evident, since thirty-two in itself is five, kabbalistically. There are five Hebrew letters which begin to be pronounced with your teeth, namely, שין Shin, as you see is the first one. You have to put your upper and lower teeth together.

The next letter is called צדיק Tzaddik or צדי Tzaddi; with the letter צ Tzaddi we write the word צדיק Tzaddik, which means chaste, righteous. This is why the spelling of the letter צדי Tzaddi has the Iod at the end which is used in order to write Isaac יצחק.

The next letter that is pronounced with the teeth is ראש Resh. We put our teeth together and then roll your tongue against our teeth. Resh is the letter ר ‘R’ which we use to spell the word ראש Rosh, meaning head. The next one which we have already named, is the seventh letter Zayin זין. The last one is סמך Samech. In them we have what Zohar says: If we unite Iod to Hei, that is the same as to unite Iod to Daleth, we have יד Yad, hand, which are the letters in the shape of the ה Hei in the throat, where we have the sounds of the five rivers of Eden, because the sephirah Daath begins with Daleth, which is the Greek Delta, the upper Eden in the throat.

Biblical Anagrams

“The word יצר Ietzer (form) from "יצר יהוה אלהים Ietzer Iod-He-Vav-Hei Elohim" And the Lord God formed (Genesis 2: 19) is analogous to the word “יצא Ietza” (went out), which is written in: "And a river “יצא went out” of Eden to water the garden..." (Genesis 2:10), What is the meaning of: "To water the garden?" It is to water Malkuth and sustain it and keep watch over all its needs. The word "Elohim" is the living Elohim the meaning of "In the beginning Elohim created" holds only through this river.” - Zohar

Shin שין (fire), Tzaddi צדי (chastity), Resh ראש (head), Zayin זין (genitalia), Samech סמך (the serpent ouroboros).

Through our teeth is how we begin to pronounce these five letters. Isn’t it beautiful? Moses really was making puzzles and anagrams for only those who study Kabbalah and Alchemy to discover.

These are the five rivers of Eden which relates to the word because Elohim creates with the word. When Elohim said let there be light and there was light, Elohim said שין Shin, because the light is within the fire and if we follow the sequence of the fire we discover many mysterious (דברים Debarim) things or words and the meaning of Genesis which is a book of Alchemy. We discover them through these mysterious rivers of Eden.

The wife of Abraham was שרי Sarai. Sarai שרי is written Shin-Resh-Iod. As an anagram of those letters we write head- ריש Resh, in Aramaic because in Hebrew Rosh ראש is written with א Aleph, this means that the power of שרי Sarai - or Sarah שרה, if you want, since the letter Iod is hidden in the Hei as we explained - is in the ר, Resh, head. Thus, whether we say Sarai or Sarah, the Iod is there. She represents the head! The forces of ש Shin and י Iod in the head that come down in order to create Isaac יצחק, her son. The wife of Isaac יצחק is ‘Rebekah’ רבקה whom we talked about in the previous lecture. The first letter of her name is ר Resh (head) where we find tremendous forces of Eden.

Now, the names of Jacob’s wives are רחל Rachel (ewe, female ram that rules the head) and לאה Leah which backwards is אלה Eleh meaning “these,” or Elah “Goddess.” "These" (אלה Eleh) are the archetypes from above that descend through לאה Leah, the Goddess אלה Elah, one of the four Matriarchs of rivers of Eden.

“These (אלה Eleh) are (the archetypes or) the generations (of לאה Leah - the Goddess אלה Elah of) heavens and (רחל Rachel the Goddesses) of the earth (Be-hibaram בהבראם – by Abraham) when they were created, in the [seventh] day that (יהוה) Jehovah with the (four) אלהים Goddesses made [עשות Asoth] in the earth and in the heavens.” - Genesis 2: 1- 4

[Behibaram בהבראם ] is an anagram of ב'אברהם Be Abraham (by Abraham – Chesed, the fourth sephirah, that is Abraham, the spiritual body of Zeir Anpin). Behibaram, “by Abraham” is by Chesed the the first body of Zeir Anpin in Heaven and the seventh body is Malkuth, the Earth, our physicality.

"Explanation of the forming of the names אלהים Elohim and אברהם Abraham: (יהוה) “The holy one” took Mi-מי (who), from המים Ha-Mayim (the waters) and joined it to (אלה – Elah-Goddess, where Eleh-these archetypes abide) and this formed אלהים Elohim (a plural for Gods or Goddesses). He also took מה Mah (what, from המים Ha-Mayim, the waters), and joining it to אבר Abr, and formed Abraham (in Chesed). - Zohar

This is what is written in the Zohar about one anagram but in the book of Genesis there are many anagrams we have to discover, in order to enter into these Mysteries.

"Rabbi Isaac said: It has been said that בראשית -Barashyth or Genesis synthesizes the universe and everything contained in it, and as such is referred to in scripture: “This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of יהוה." - Ezekiel I: 28

Behold the image of the Ancient of Days and the four creatures (יהוה) described by Ezekiel. The Zohar says:

“It was the likeness in which was contained that of six others. The word Genesis or בראשית-Barashyth may thus be interpreted and rendered as ברא שית – Bra-shyth (created six), that is to say, after the form of Barashyth Bera Elohim ;בראשית ברא אלהים Elohim (El-Ha-Yam אל-הים, the sea-god above and Elah-Yam אלה-ים the sea-goddess below) created six (bara ברא shishi ששי) other worlds, sephiroth or spheres of existence (by means of ת Tav, the cross, or the crossing of שרי Sarai with אבר Abra, Abram – Chesed).” - Zohar

They, Abram and Sarai (בראשית-Barashyth ברא Bara) created the six spheres, namely, Geburah, Tiphereth, Netzach, Hod, Yesod and Malkuth.

If you visualize the anagram בראשית Barashyth you will find the word שרי Sarai and the word אבר Abra and the ת Tav or cross in it.

The six letters of בראשית Barashyth point to ת Tav, the cross, the base of בראשי B’Roshi, the head or ראש Rosh of these two polarities (אבר Abra, Abram and שרי Sarai) who by means of ת Tav, the cross, their base, created the rest of the sephiroth: Geburah, Tiphereth, Netzach, Hod, Yesod and Malkuth. All of this, thanks to the elemental forces of יהוה אלהים Jehovah-Elohim, which Ezekiel represented as the four living creatures.

Seraphim1

“As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of Adam, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.” - Ezekiel 1: 10

Regarding these living creatures, Isaiah says:

“And one cried unto another, and say, (קדוש קדוש קדוש יהוה צבאות Kadosh, Kadosh, Kadosh Jehovah Tzabaoth) Holy, holy, holy Lord of Tzabaoth: the whole earth is full of his glory.” - Isaiah 6: 3

These are (Chaioth Ha’Kadosh) Holy Living Creatures - cry, speak, roar, bellow. The three primary forces are Kadosh Kadosh Kadosh when creating the human being below.

"After Rabbi Isaac said that then Rabbi Joseph spoke and said (in Yesod), it is written: “The flowers appear on the earth, the time of the singing of birds is come, and the turtle dove (the Holly Spirit) is heard in our land" - Song of Solomon 2: 12

"The occult meaning of the word flowers, refers to the six higher and lower spheres (twelve Archetypes of Israel);

"Appear on the earth," refers to their archetypes, namely, Abraham-Chesed, Isaac-Geburah, Jacob-Tiphereth, Jachin, Boaz, and Joseph-Yesod. Jachin is Netzach and Boaz is Hod.

"The time of the singing of birds," denotes the worship and glory rendered by man to the Divine Being after attaining to (Daath or) knowledge of these spheres, as scripture says:

“So that my glory may make songs of praise to you and not be silent. O יהוה אלהים , I will give you praise for ever.” - Psalm 30: 12

“Therefore, is it that the Psalm containing these words, is termed mizmor (a song), which term is applied only to those psalms that David composed under the direct inspiration of the Divine Schekinah.” – Zohar

The Schekinah is represented above the head of the Ancient of Days, in accordance with the first image. The four creatures of Ezekiel are shown, the letter Iod is above Kether and between the head; the letter Iod is the Shakti potential or Schekinah, as it is called in Hebrew. We have to awaken the Shekinah in us which is the Shakti, the wife of Shiva, within the letter Iod. That is why if we inquire as to who made all of these beautiful trees, we answer, it is Kether, because he is the God who represents the letter Iod and the letter Iod is the seed. When we open a fruit we find the Iod, the seed which is the Shakti potential of the Divine Mother Nature. This is why we insist, if we want to eat a fruit that has the power of mother nature, it has to have the Iod, which is the seed. In this day in age, ignoramuses are creating fruits without seed, meaning without the Shakti potential. The fruit with many seeds like the pomegranate is feminine, but remember that it is the left hand that receives. If the fruit has the seed it is good. It has potential for your soul, mind, and spirit. If not, it is just garbage. It may be beautiful or bigger but if you eat garbage, fruits which are adulterated by ignoramuses in this day and age, you are just feeding your physicality, not your soul, not you mind, not your emotions, not your spirit.

That is the meaning of to hark back in order to see, to evoke what comes out from the seed, the Iod upon the head, the ‘Resh’ of Kether the father of all the lights.

Ether

Luminous Ether and Reflective Ether

Here we are arriving at the main topic of our lecture. Thus, in order for us to understand what we are going to explain, we have to pay attention. So, even if we are poor we have to pay attention.

Behold, the poor is Malkuth, even though in Malkuth is where the river Pishon disembogues, which is the one which flows through the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold for us in order to be rich. If we are poor and do not pay attention then how are we going to collect that gold? But now I assume that we are going to collect it because we are giving you all these treasures.

Ether is a substance believed to occupy the space close and beyond the sphere of the moon. We find the Luminous Ether and the Reflective Ether represented on Leah and Rachel. Dante Gabriel Rossetti painted them based on what Dante Alighieri wrote. The Bible states.

“Isaac had blessed Jacob, and sent him away to פדן ארם Padan-aram, to take him a wife from thence; and that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan; And that Jacob obeyed his father and his mother, and (he rose up to the pair, that is,) was gone to פדן ארם Padan-aram.” - Genesis 28: 6, 7

“And (in order to go there) Jacob lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep. And (during meditation) he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it (the Pineal Gland, the Chakra Sahasrara) reached to heaven: and behold the angels of Elohim ascending and descending on it. And, behold, יהוה stood above it, and said, I am יהוה the Elohim of Abraham thy father, and the Elohim of Isaac: the land (the pineal gland) whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed (as a seat, Maqom מקום).” - Genesis 28: 11-13

Then Jacob became cognizant and rose up to פדן ארם Padan-aram, the land of his parents and found Laban לבן (a child, a soul coming from the Iod of Kether in Atziluth down to Tiphereth, the heart), his uncle the brother of Rebecca. And there, alchemically speaking, in פדן ארם Padan-aram, the Pineal and Pituitary glands, Jacob found the pair, the two sisters Leah and Rebekah.

“And (the Iod, the Prana from the Akasha Tattva as) a river went out of (יה Jah) Eden to water the garden (Malkuth, our physicality); and from thence (from Yesod, the vital body) it was parted, and became into four heads (four tattvas).” - Genesis 2: 10

Iod is related to the higher forces of Akash and Prana that descend through the head in the vital body and are transformed into the four tattvas, namely; Vayu, Tejas, Apas and Prittvi. If you inquire about, and read the divine comedy of Dante Alighieri, then you will have a greater understanding of what we are talking about. Dante Alighieri, after coming out of hell, went to purgatory which has seven steps. Coincidence, no! Dante is a great Master.

On the seventh rung of that ladder or purgatory Dante falls asleep and he had a dream. In that dream he saw Leah and Rebecca, the two wives of Jacob.

It is the same dream that Jacob had. Jacob put his head on the rock (of Yesod) and he saw the ladder. Afterward, he awoke from his dream meaning that he was not asleep anymore, psychologically speaking. People think he woke physically, no this is a psychological awakening. Thus, cognizant, he went up towards פדן ארם Padan-aram, the land of his parents - because, if you want to go to the land of your parents, Abraham and Sarah, Isaac and Rebecca within you, you have to be with cognizance. If you think this was a physical awakening, then, you will not find that land anywhere; פדן ארם Padan-aram relates to the Pineal and Pituitary glands in your head, but the land is inside, in the superior dimensions.

“The pineal gland is the seat (Maqom מקום) of the Soul, the window of Brahma. The soul enters and leaves the body through this window.

“Master H. P. Blavatsky stated that the pituitary gland is the page and light bearer of the pineal gland.” - Samael Aun Weor

Thus, through a rapture is how we go and find the land of our parents in heaven. As Dante teaches in his Divine Comedy.

So, in his rapture Dante found Leah, the first wife of Jacob, collecting flowers in order to adorn herself with those flowers. Then Leah said to Dante Alighieri, “If you want to know who I am let me tell you, for I am Leah and I am collecting these flowers in order to adorn myself. If you wonder where my sister Rachel is, she is just contemplating herself in the mirror or in the waters to see how beautiful she is.” We find this narration in the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri. But let us read what the bible say about Leah and Rachel:

“And Laban had two daughters: the name of the elder was Leah, and the name of the younger was Rachel. Leah was tender eyed; but Rachel was beautiful and well favored. And Jacob loved Rachel; and said, I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy younger daughter. And Laban said, It is better that I give her to thee, than that I should give her to another man: abide with me.

“And Jacob served seven years for Rachel; and they seemed unto him but a few days, for the love he had to her. And Jacob said unto Laban, Give me my wife, for my days are fulfilled, that I may go in unto her. And Laban gathered together all the men of the place, and made a feast. And it came to pass in the evening, that he took Leah his daughter, and brought her to him; and he went in unto her. And Laban gave unto his daughter Leah Zilpah his maid for an handmaid.

“And it came to pass, that in the morning, behold, it was Leah: and he said to Laban, What is this thou hast done unto me? Did not I serve with thee for Rachel? Wherefore then hast thou beguiled me? And Laban said, It must not be so done in our country, to give the younger (soul) before the firstborn (soul). Fulfill her week, and we will give thee this also for the service which thou shalt serve with me yet seven other years. And Jacob did so, and fulfilled her week: and he gave him Rachel his daughter to wife also. And Laban gave to Rachel his daughter Bilhah his handmaid to be her maid. And he went in also unto Rachel, and he loved also Rachel more than Leah, and served with him yet seven other years.” - Genesis 29: 16-30

Who are these two sisters? These are two aspects of the soul of the psyche that Jacob, which is Tiphereth, the human soul, has to marry. Thus, Jacob’s marriages are not physical but Pneumatika. In order to marry those two sisters we have to go out of our body through our pineal gland and to work very hard in the annihilation of our ego, the annihilation of our spiritual wickeness.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against (ἀρχάς archas) dictators, against powers, against the (psychological) rulers of the darkness of this world, against (πνευματικὰ Pneumatika) spiritual wickedness in high places.” - Ephesians 6: 12

So, we have to walk seven sacred steps in order for us as Jacob to arrive to פדן ארם Padan-aram the land of our parents. Laban has two daughters, the sisters Leah and Rachel. Jacob falls in love with Rachel who is the youngest. This is teaching us something that psychologically is pretty obvious.

When we start walking on this path we are identified with the physical world, thus, at the beginning of this psychological alchemical work we are not very aware of Leah, who in the pineal gland relates to a higher force up there in פדן ארם Padan-aram, the Land of Laban, who is white as the light. Jacob has to serve Laban seven years for each daughter of the light:

Seven plus seven is fourteen right? 1 = 4 = 5, the letter Hei of Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei. However if we make the multiplication of 7 x 7 then we get the forty-nine levels of the mind.

This is showing us very clearly the scale of seven, first in the dream, the ladder of seven rungs, symbolizing seven the bodies of Zeir Anpin, then seven years for each wife. Seven by seven is forty-nine levels that we have to work in order to develop the Bodhichitta in Yesod because Jacob is the Bodhichitta in Yesod.

“Yesod, the Vital Body is constituted of four ethers: A) Luminous ether B) Reflective ether C) Chemical ether D) Ether of life

"The first of these ethers is found intimately related with the diverse functions of willpower and imagination. The second ether is found secretly associated with all the sensorial and extra-sensorial perceptions. The third is the foundation of all biochemical and organic processes. The fourth serves as a medium for the forces that work with the processes of reproduction of the races.” - Samael Aun Weor

Leah and Rachel

Leah and Rachel relate to the two superior ethers of the four ethers of our vital body. We must learn how to liberate the two superior ethers in order to travel with them, with cognizance, far away from the physical body into the Promised Land. The two lower ethers, namely, chemical ether and ether of life relate to Zilpah and Bilhah the two maiden servants, representing the lower Hei of these two sisters, because the sisters represent the luminous ether and the reflective ether. The luminous ether is Leah and the reflective ether is Rachel. We have to use those two ethers; in us the luminous ether represents Leah, because when Leah is collecting flowers, this means that we are collecting virtues. Leah is adorning herself with virtues this is the psychological work we have to do in the forty-nine levels of the mind. We have to develop these luminous virtues within. Those virtues are the archetypes of Israel, the children of both sisters.

And while we work with those archetypes within through willpower and imagination, obviously Rachel - who is associated with all the sensorial and extra-sensorial perceptions, the reflective ether - reflects the light of Leah, since the pituitary gland is the page and light bearer of the pineal gland. This is what we, as Rachel who is always clairvoyantly contemplating herself, contemplate our psyche through the mirror of our imagination. This is what we do when we work, that is, when we observe ourselves psychologically, we see the reflection of ourselves and we see that our psyche is too barren, we then say, ‘What am I doing? I have to be attentive in order to collect the archetypes/virtues of my inner being. Because they have to descend in me as a Bodhichitta.’ Thus, we have to observe ourselves, that is, to see, as Rachel, our reflection in the mirror of our imagination. Rachel is the one that we love the most because when we see her we notice that we are developing virtues, spiritual powers in us; thus, this is how we love Rachel very much. Leah, willpower and imagination up there in the pineal gland, is doing her job, she feels that she is not loved as much as Rachel.

“Light, heat, color, and sound identify themselves with the Luminous and Reflective Ethers. The Sapient Soul expresses herself within these two ethers. She is the beloved Maiden of our Memories. When seen clairvoyantly, this Maiden looks like a beautiful lady within the Ethereal Body.

“It is necessary for the disciple to learn how to take the beloved Maiden of our Memories into his astral travels in order to bring the memory of all that he sees and hears within the internal worlds.” - Esoteric Medicine and Practical Magic by Samael Aun Weor.

These are two aspects of our psyche one above and the other below, physically related to our pineal and pituitary glands. Remember that these two glands help the development of our genitalia.

So, through the lower ethers of the vital body which relate to metabolism and sex we also work physically, right? These are the maidens of each one of these two sisters that relate to the physicality that we have. Rachel and her maiden Bilhah only have four children. Remember the number four is Daleth. Thus the four children relate to Rachel and Bilhah since the rest of the children relate to Leah and Zilpah. Thus, it is very significant that Rachel in herself only has two children, since Leah and the maidens have ten. Rachel had Joseph and Benjamin, the younger. The creation of the astral body is hidden precisely in the story of Joseph and Benjamin that go into Egypt, this is reason why the two children of Rachel go into Egypt. In the book the Seven Words Master Samael Aun Weor unveiled that beautiful story that is hidden in Genesis.

Therefore, we must not interpret such biblical narration physically because they related to the virtues of the soul.

Dante Alighieri says, ”A young and pretty woman came to me within a dream as she walked through a meadow, gathering flowers and singing while she said, "Whoever asks my name, let him know that I am Leah, and I ply my lovely hands In circles to make garlands for myself. "For a glimpse of pleasure at the mirror, I Adorn myself here, but my sister Rachel Never leaves her mirror, and sits all day. Her yearning is to see her shining eyes, As mine is with my hands to adorn myself: She is content to look and I to labor."

One soul is happily contemplating herself and the other is working hard. Both are related with our psyche.

“The flowers appear on the earth, the time of the singing of birds is come, and the turtle dove [the Holly Spirit] is heard in our land" - Song of Solomon 2: 12

Behold how the Divine Comedy, the Bible, and Enoch are giving us the wisdom of the work that we have to perform in ourselves. Jacob only represents the second step of the ladder. This is why when Jacob performed that second step he comes down with all his family to meet Esau but he already has those virtues developed in him. This is why before meeting Esau, he fights with an angel that protects Esau. That angel is Elohim, the one who gives sexual strength to our physicality. Esau, in this case, represents the two lower ethers, but Jacob already conquered those two ethers in himself. In order to prove that before meeting Esau he fights with the angel of Geburah, who is the one who gives the sexual strength to Esau. The angel of Geburah is Elohim-Gibor.

“And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day. And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. And he said, Let me go, for the day breaks. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou (gather all those forces of all of those archetypes within you, and) power with Elohim and with men, and hast prevailed. And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there. And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel (Pineal): for I have seen Elohim face to face, and my life is preserved.

“And as he passed over Penuel (the Pineal gland) the sun rose upon him, and he halted (hold) upon his thigh (sex). Therefore the children (initiates) of Israel (do not reach the orgasm, that is, they) eat not of the sinew which shrank, which is (the root channel of the tree of good and evil) upon (Yesod) the hollow of the thigh, unto this day: because he touched the hollow of Jacob's thigh (which is the genitalia) the sinew that shrank (the root channel of animal sex).” - Genesis 24-30

To multiply means to collect all of those psychological archetypes within the human soul; this is what Israel means. The fight against the angel Elohim-Gibor is in the sexual act. Since, if in the sexual act we are defeated by Esau, our animality, then we simply multiply as the animals do.

Some people call us and ask us if we can tell them their name of their inner being. We say, “Why do you want to know the name of your Inner Being if your Inner Being doesn’t want to tell you his name? Why are we going to tell you the name?" Work the seven days of Genesis and the seven years of Jacob, study that and win the battle and if you defeat those forces within you then you will receive your name because Israel means the union of all of those forces within you.

Jacob’s inner name was Israel, the sacred name of that patriarch. In us the name will be different. Israel is the conjunction of all these archetypes and virtues but in the end the Angel will tell you your name is this, and such name relates to this force, etc. The Angel, before releasing him, touches his thigh. The thigh of Jacob represents the sexual force, after that Jacob was limping because he was triumphant, victorious over the sinew or root channel that conducts the sexual energies of Esau, his animality. After that, he met Esau. If Jacob had not transmuted his sexual power then he would not have stolen the birthright from Esau, right? “And Esau said, I have enough, my brother; keep that thou hast unto thyself,” that is, we no longer have an enmity between us, you are welcome into your physicality; your physicality is now enlightened, you are a Bodhichitta within your physicality since you control the lower two ethers in Malkuth, and I recognize that you are really very advanced internally. Thus, Esau was in peace within Jacob.

The Children of Jacob with the Maidens

"And Elohim said, Let the waters (of the letter Iod) bring forth abundantly the creeping living soul, and birds that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. - Genesis 1: 20

That is related with Tiphereth. To bring about the living soul and the birds that fly above the heavens is something alchemical; something that we have to perform alchemically. To bring about that is to work as Jacob did with these two superior ethers and with the two inferior ethers which are his wives and maids in order to build: Rueben (Pisces) which is perception, Simeon (Capricorn) which is Knowledge, Levi (Gemini) which is Association, Judah (Leo) Faith, Dan (Libra) which is Judgement, Nepthali (Aquarius) which is Altruism, Gad (Scorpio) which is Memory, Asher (Virgo) which is Willpower, Issachar (Taurus) which is Love, Zebulun (Cancer) which is Fecundity, and Dinah which is Malkuth, Dispute.

The former are the children of the maidens and Leah. Dinah or Dina is the only daughter that Jacob had. So, if we count all of these children of Israel there are not twelve but thirteen. Twelve males and one female, Dinah which means justice or dispute. In the Bible you will find what happened with Dinah, she is related with Malkuth our physicality. We wrote the following quotation from the book of Genesis which alchemically relates to Joseph and Benjamin, who are the only two children of Rachel.

"And Elohim said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together to one place, and let the dry land appear," and it was so. - Genesis 1: 9

Joseph (Sagittarius) Grand Sympathetic nervous system, posterior-brain, Sympathy; Benjamin (Aries) Power of Penance.

Christ on the Cross Blake

JOSEPH

Genesis 1: 9 relates to the third initiation of Major Mysteries and that is made by Rachel because the first son of Rachel is Joseph. He is the one that went to Egypt, sold by his brothers. He is the only archetype that is sent into our physicality in order for us to work with it and to build the astral body. Joseph of course is associated with the sephiroth Yesod but in Kabbalah we know that the moon rules Yesod and Hod. By building Joseph within us is how we build the astral body, that is why Joseph was skillful in dreams.

Master Samael Aun Weor, when talking about Joseph, whom the pharaoh of Egypt named Zaphnath-Paaneah, which means revealer of secrets - which is why we place Joseph in Hod because Hod and Yesod are ruled by the moon by Joseph (in the third initiation of major mysteries we develop the astral solar body) - explains that we have a double astral body. The other part of the astral body is called Benjamin which is the superior aspect, which is related with Christ. That is why when we experience the third initiation of major mysteries we experience that initiation together with all the drama of Christ that is written in the Gospels, when we experience that which is called Benjamin, in our astral body. You have to understand that Joseph and Benjamin go together, though the story of it I don’t have to tell you since it is already written by Master Samael Aun Weor in his book, The Seven Words; in that book he explains in detail the creation of Joseph and Benjamin within us.

That is enough because you can read it in that book, so, I don’t want to go deeper because it is already done.

The Master Samael says in the seven words:

“The occult name of the Astral Body is Zaphnath-Paaneah. The name of the Astral Body is made up of compound names. The first is Zaphnath; this mantra corresponds to our inferior Astral; and the second word, Paaneah, is the Son, our Cosmic Chrestos, which links our physical personality with the supreme immanence of the Solar Father. .......... Joseph represents the Astral Body of the human being and Benjamin represents the Superior Astral, the Divine Chrestos, which is contained within the Astral Body of the human being (as the silver cup is contained within the sack of Benjamin). Properly stated, the sack is the Astral Body, and the Divine Astral or Benjamin is our Chrestos, who is Benjamin himself, the Superior Astral ..........

But who among them has ever spoken about the third igneous serpent, and about the ultrabiology and ultraphysiology of the Superior Astral? Who knew that within the Astral Body another Superior Astral Body is formed? Who knows the manner in which our third serpent ascends through the very subtle medulla of our Benjamin or Superior Astral?

I bluntly affirm that all the books which have been written in the world about Theosophism, Rosicrucianism, Spiritualism, etc., are completely antiquated for the new Aquarian Era, and therefore they must be revised in order to extract from them only what is essential.

Here, I, Samael Aun Weor, deliver onto humanity the authentic message that the White Lodge sends to humanity for the new Aquarian Era.” - The Seven Words

It is very important that you study The Seven Words as a consequence of this lecture. We explained the whole book of Genesis and in it we read how Joseph and Benjamin go into Egypt and thereafter Moses is born; we have already talked about Moses in Exodus, and all the other books written, kabbalistically and alchemically.

So, let us read what Jacob said to Joseph when blessing him. As we explained, Phrat is the fourth river of Eden in Yesod, and when we transmute our sexual energy from Phrat, Rachel then gives birth to Benjamin the astral solar body:

“Son of Phrat [the cow] Joseph [ יו-סף IO-Soph] son of [ יו - IO] Phrat [the cow] over a fountain; daughters [cow’s heifers] stride go up [Hod towards] the bull [the שור “shuwr” in Geburah].” - Genesis 49: 22

Those daughters are the sons and the bull is the sexual strength. But of course in the Bible I don’t know why they don’t write or translate that as it is written:

בן פרת יוסף בן פרת עלי עין בנות צעדה עלי שור

Phrat פרת is Yesod , the fourth river of Eden, our sexual force. It is very clear that our own particular Joseph is the son of our sexual force or chastity, because Joseph is the one who is tested in Egypt. The wife of a eunuch wants to sexually seduce him. A eunuch is someone who has no testicles. How is it that the eunuch who has no testicles has a wife? If you understand Alchemy and Kabbalah, you understand that a eunuch is the one that transmutes the sexual energy and does not multiply like an animal. There are many types of eunuchs, when we transmute our sexual energy we become as Joseph, a eunuch for the kingdom of heaven's sake. As Jesus said:

“For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.” - Matthew 19: 12

Sequentially, “The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him: But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:) Even by אל the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and by שדי the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lies under, blessings of שדים the breasts, and of the womb:

“The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.

“Benjamin shall ravin as a wolf: in the morning, he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil.” - Genesis 49: 22-27

Are there any questions? Ask and it will be answered, knock and it shall be opened unto you.

Question: So on one slide you quote of the Song of Solomon talking about the flowers and the birds you previously talked about…. You mentioned Leah and were saying that the flowers represent the virtues. In the song of Solomon you said those flowers and birds represent the opening of the Chakras.

Instructor: Obviously, the flowers or virtues we have to develop go along with the chakras. Remember that we have seven main chakras on the spinal medulla. We have seven bodies multiplied by seven chakras or seven churches; forty-nine. This is precisely what Jacob does working with the forty-nine fires with Leah and Rachel. Those flowers are also related with chakras; as you develop virtues, the charkas go along with it. People want to develop chakras as the Master Samael Aun Weor says in one of his lectures, they want to see things and to perform astral projection... all that is beautiful, but if they don’t work on the scale of Jacob which is the scale of water, how can they?

Yesod represents the creative sexual waters, Yesod works with the 4 ethers of the vital body which derives from the Akashic waters and within that water is  Iod, Prana, the fire. Once you reach the seventh step then the baptism of fire comes which is explained in the seven words with the advent of Joseph and Benjamin which is all symbolic; this is many steps because Moses wrote these steps symbolically but there are many octaves in every story and the development of the chakras is the main one. We have to prepare ourselves because if you read the Book of Revelation, the seven churches you find that in order to develop each church, many virtues are required for that development. It is seven, as the Master Samael says: seven seals, seven trumpets, seven cups. Right? The number seven is very important. Another question?

Question: Does פרת Phrat have a definition?

Instructor: Phrat when you look in the dictionary it means cow, adult female bovine. In alchemy פרת Phrat refers to Yesod. When you read Genesis, the word before פרת Phrat is הוא Eua which translates as ‘he, it, is' Phrat. Thus, from those two words הוא-פרת Eua-Phrat, we find the word Euphrates, right? Which is commonly refers as the river Euphrates; yet in Genesis, the fourth river is פרת Phrat. And the son of פרת Phrat is Joseph the interpreter of dreams and it is amazing to see that when you read the bible, Joseph becomes famous because he interprets the dream of the Pharaoh that relates to the seven skinny cows and seven fat cows. Joseph explains the meaning of Pharaoh's dream that seven fat cows means seven years of abundance and seven skinny cows means seven years of famine. So, Joseph explains that to the Pharaoh because the fats cows represent seven years of abundance that are coming. He told the Pharaoh that you must save all of the abundance in big storages and when the seven years of famine or the skinny cows come, then Egypt will have abundance of grains.

Esoterically the grain is the seed in Yesod, sex. Jesus, said: Have faith as small as a mustard seed and you will move mountains. The seed is in Yesod, sex. Collect seeds, transmute your sexual energies, collect the Iod within you and then you will perform all that which is written in the book of Genesis which is the heavenly Generation. In other words, the generation of Abraham and Sarai, the masculine and feminine forces. Abraham, Chesed, the spirit of Elohim that hovers above the head, the Rosh, Sarai, in all of the central nervous system can make all of those miracles in the beginning.

Regarding the four rivers of Eden. Master Samael said that Hiddekel, which is the heart, is the feminine aspect, the woman. And about the last river which is Phrat he said, it relates to the sexual feminine force in the genitalia and that is why Phrat means adult cow. So when we talk about the feminine forces we talk about the mercury of the wife and that is Phrat. Of course the cow is the symbol of that mercury, which is the outcome of transmutation, and that is why Joseph is called the son of Phrat. Which means the son of the cow; the son of the mercury of the wise which are the feminine forces that rises from Yesod, Phrat, the cow and go to the left, to the bull, which is Geburah.

This is what is written there as you can read in the book of Genesis. Phrat-Joseph - son of Phrat, son of the Cow, in other words - and the father of Joseph is of course the masculine force, which is called the bull. That is why Joseph is also called the bull. You see there the bull of Geburah (the masculine force of Samael), and the cow (Phrat) that is in the bible commonly called Euphrates, but it is in Egypt, Mitzrayim, which is the feminine force, Malkuth, that gives birth to the astral body which is Joseph.

Sarai is the mantra of fire. This is what the name שרי Sarai hides. Listen! The first letter for the name שרי Sarai is the letter ש Shin. The letter ש Shin of Sarai שרי is pronounced Ssssssssssss, which is the sound, the mantra, of fire. When we pronounce the name, the word, Sarai as a mantra, we have to pronounce the spelling of the letter Shin, which spells שין S-I-N. Like this Sssssssss Iiiiiiiiiiiiiii Nnnnnnnnn. Thereafter, you pronounce the other two letters Resh and Iod רי. We roll the ‘R’ which sounds like this together RrrrrrrrrrrIiiiiiiiiii. So that is the mantra that transmutes the fire of Phrat to the head. The Iod vibrates in the pineal gland and the Ssss transmutes the fire from Yesod to the pineal gland and the letter ‘N’ sustains the fire in the pineal gland, the crown, Kether. The letter ‘R’ vibrates in the crown Kether, the ‘R’ is Rosh, the head and again we pronounce the letter Iod the sound ‘iii’ of Iod in order to make more emphasis in the fire in the head. Remember from Yesod to Kether like this. SSSSSSSS IIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNN RRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIII

That is the mantra of Sarai, the wife of Abraham (the Innermost), but you pronounce it in order to elevate the sexual force of Phrat to Kether, the crown.

Question: You spoke of Azoth in the lecture and I see you put it on your new pentagram how are they related?

Instructor: It is written with a Greek letters but really if you observe it, there are Latin letters and Greek letters. Azoth, written like that, according to Eliphas Levi, means all the forces of the mysteries; Latin mysteries, Greek mysteries, and Hebrew mysteries - all of them together is Azoth/Asoth. That is why when Jesus Christ brought all of this, the synthesis of Azoth. Pilate said to write on top of the cross of the person to be crucified, Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews and because there were a lot of Latin and Greek people there he said to write that in three languages, which in that time symbolized the amalgamation of all the forces. Malkuth is the mixture of all the forces that we have to take advantage of and that is precisely the symbol of Azoth. That is why in the book of Genesis, in the second chapter, it states that God made everything with עשות Asoth or עזות Azoth, which is the same.

This is what Moses wrote and this is significant; you have a pentagram there that we made and which we wrote Aleph Tav, united with azoth, which Eliphas Levi, and the Master stated in their books that this is how you make a pentagram. Pronounce, kabbalisticly, the word Aleph and Tav which are the beginning and the end of the Hebrew alphabet united by the mysterious word Azoth, which is the same as עשות Asoth which we find here in the second day of Genesis, because Azoth synthesizes Pishon, Hiddekel, Gihon, and Phrat; the four ethers that Jacob worked with in tantrism, white sexual magic, chastity, and the development of all those virtues.

Question: You mention the baptism by water, there’s another baptism by fire, and another baptism of light in the initiations. What exactly is the baptism of water referring to here?

Instructor: Well, the baptism of water symbolizes all the work we are doing in Yesod and all the rivers you see in the graphic; Gihon is Chesed; Pishon is Geburah; Tiphereth is Hiddekel and Phrat is Yesod. These rivers are Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph, the four patriarchs we need in order to work. That is the baptism of water which we receive in the second initiation and third initiation because the moon rules Yesod and Hod. Once we develop the baptism of water, the gospels talk then talk about how you are capable of going into the baptism of fire. But, this is very high; it is not like people in this day in age think, that they are baptized in the pool or water or lake and you are baptized in water as is written in the gospel and its done. That is symbolic, like the Mikveh in the Jewish tradition.

It is a symbol; it is ok to do it as a symbol, as all religions are symbolic, but that baptism is related with the seventh sephiroth. The baptism of water goes to Malkuth, Yesod, Hod, Netzsach, Tiphereth, Geburah, and Chesed; that is the baptism of water. When you reach Chesed, the top of the forty-nine levels (7 x 7 =49), then you are prepared to receive the baptism of fire that was hidden within the water. When you receive the baptism fire, Master Samael Aun Weor states very clearly in one of the lectures, called the Seven Minds and Seven Truths, he says your receive enlightenment.

That is alchemical work you have to do. It’s not like people think; that you get baptized in a pool or whatever place that church follows and then thereafter you receive the fire of Pentecost, and they start talking in languages and tongues... that is nonsense; that is something all too to achieve.

It is a very long work. Master Samael Aun Weor stated that it is about thirty years, working very hard within yourself, in order to reach that level; if you work daily, because many other initiations take lives in order to reach that. You have to understand the meaning of the Bible in order to follow that alchemically and kabbalisticly and not the dead letter as many people do in this day and age.

So, all the people that think, unfortunately naively, that they are saved because they were baptized symbolically, in a lake or pool in any church, and that they received the Pentecost fire, the baptism of fire, they are mistaken. They do not read in the Bible that the Pentecost comes after the four gospels. It is in the book of acts where the Bible talks about the advent of the Pentecost fire. That book of Acts is after the four gospels. The four gospels relate to the four rivers we are talking about here; not before, after, but we have to study Kabbalah and Alchemy in order to understand it.

Question: You mention in the lecture that Jacob wrestles with Elohim?

Instructor: Jacob’s wrestling with Elohim symbolizes the fight you have to have in the very sexual act by defeating the lust of your animal soul, which is Nephesh. The human soul has to fight against the animal forces that give the sexual impulse that descend from Geburah into Malkuth, which in the animal kingdom are ruled by that Angel. Thus, when you transmute your animal force into human force, you defeat that Angel in the very sexual act, that is, you defeat the forces related with that angel which relate to the animal kingdom. If in the sexual act you reach the orgasm and spasm of the beasts, this means that you were defeated by the forces that are commanded by that Angel.

Question: Does the gods fighting with humans also symbolize the fight with the Nirvanis?

Instructor: No; the fighting of the humans against Gods respresents the fight against the bestial force of their own humanity, because such bestial force is not only in their physical bodies. Humanity is related with all the seven planes; Jacob’s ladder is inside of you. It’s not that as we say to ourselves, "Ok I have defeated bestiality in my own physicality, therefore, I am chaste;" yes, you are but only physically, since when initiates are sexually tested in the astral plane regarding other levels of their consciousness, they usually end up fornicating and adulterating. This means that maybe in the physical world they have acquired chastity, but they are not yet chaste in other levels of their mind. There are 7 x 7 levels which make forty-nine levels. This is the meaning of defeating that angel physically and internally. This is the great work. When you become chaste is the forty-nine levels of your mind then you really achieve enlightenment and you are completely awakened. Before that we are just a joke, a גולם Golem, as we said in another lecture. That is the truth.

Question: Why, in Genesis, is עשה Assiah pluralized as עשות Asoth; why is it that the ה Hei is removed and replaced with “ות oth,” a Vav and Tav? Why is it not Hei-Tav at the end instead?

Instructor: Because through alchemy, the letter Vav (spinal medulla) of the husband and wife (the Vav-Vav that together spell Vav) connects the fierceness (עזות Azoth) of the עשה Assiah of both, thanks to the Tav or cross. Such fierceness (עזות Azoth) is contained in the Nun (fish or sperm of both). The Nun is at the left of the shape of the letter Tav; the Nun is the outcome of the Daleth (the four rivers that are joint in the very sexual act), Daleth is at the right of the shape of the letter Tav. The shape of the letter Tav is made by a Daleth and a Nun 4 + 50 = 9. Nine is Yesod, sex, where the four rivers converge. Observe that the Iod of the Hei is transformed into the Nun of Tav.

Prana, as absolute energy, gives form to the letter Iod, which as a drop of water is contained within the letter Hei, whose Daleth is a door that collects the four essential elements known in kabbalah as Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, which is the fierceness (עזות Azoth) of Alchemy.

The pranic energy, the עזות Azoth (fierceness) of alchemy, through Iod-Hei “Jah”, forms the river of Eden in us, which circulates in the letter Vav, the central nervous system as movement, heaviness, nervous fluid, magnetism, electricity, thought and, in general, any Iod or force that penetrates Daleth, the door of our Hei, our physicality.

We can consider intuitive thoughts as the highest Iod, pranic manifestations of the fierceness (עזות Azoth) within our Vav, the central nervous system within us, the lower Hei.

Akash is Hei, a modification of the prana, our Iod. Therefore, Iod as energy penetrating everything that has the shape of Daleth (four elements) is Hei, which as a principle can be taken as a pervading Iod or force; thus, Iod, as principle, owes its becoming (process of change) to Akash, the Hei. Every living being, the solar bodies as well as lunar bodies, owe their existence to the female creator, Akash, the Hei. By the pranic influence of Iod, Akash, the Hei becomes the Right Hand of Maqom מקום, the עזות Azoth (fierceness) of alchemy.

Imagine the Universe as Iod-Hei “Jah,” an immense ocean of Prana and Akash, which are “Jah” in the sense of matter and energy in its primeval state; densified Akash. And imagine, in addition, the motion (vibration) of Iod, the pranic energy within that Akash, then we will have the explanation of Iod, the river, that as Vav, circulates through the different states of matter, the fourth Hei. The motion (vibration) of the Iod as a pranic energy river within the Hei, the Akash, alchemically processed, causes the existence of the fierceness (עזות Azoth), the elongated Iod as the letter Vav. The expansion of the עזות Azoth (fierceness), the Iod as a Vav, a river, through the Daleth in the shape of the letter Hei, will make us to understand the four heads of the river of Eden easily.

The most subtle modalities of Iod-Hei as a Vav, the fierceness עזות Azoth, a river in the fourth Hei, are not, generally, sensible; that is, we cannot perceive them with our five senses. But, by means of a sixth sense, namely, by means of the letter Vav, the spinal medulla, where clairvoyance, clairaudience, intuition, telepathy, etc. are developed, we can learn to sense these things.

In our culture, our modern way of seeing things, we do not know anything about the senses of our central nervous system; humanity is, therefore, deprived of the greatest good, because those senses are the means to perceive the worlds of the light. Vav, as a river from Iod-Hei, is the only one capable of walking the path to enlightenment, in order to illuminate the darkness of our filthy waters in which we find ourselves submerged. Fornicators are usually oppressed and depressed in a devolving systematic manner and therefore blinded and forced to grope. This is why it is easy to explain why only the world of Assiah, the world of matter and action, represented by the last Hei of Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei is tangible for us, that is, we can only perceive with our physical Yad, hand, (five senses) the grossest manifestations of Iod in the Daleth, the fourth Hei of Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei.

Question: So, עשות Asoth, the plural of עשה Assiah is ostensibly the union of two Assiahs, two Malkuths, in sexual Alchemy - it is the union of two Vavs on the Cross (Tav). I get it now. And the transformation of the Iod of Hei, into the Nun of Tav is exactly the process of the crystallization of the sexual force, right? It begins with the breath, within which the Iod is hidden, and finally is synthesized as the Nun, which is the semen or brute mercury, right? Or in other words, the process of distillation from Shen to Jing.

Instructor: Indeed, all right... Thank you very much!
