Can I get lost or injured in the astral plane?

The Antahkarana is a silver cord that connects the soul with our physicality; it cannot be severed except by divinity and the angels of death upon one’s appointed time. No matter what happens to you in dreams or astral projections, you always return to your physical body, safe and sound.

One cannot be injured or killed there, because astral matter is not as dense as our physical world and operates according the more subtle laws.
