What are the vocalizations of each of the seven primary chakras along the spine.

As I look over various pages of this website I am getting conflicting information. It's not consistent. In one place S is for the Anahata and another it is for Muladhara. In one place "A" is for pituitary and in another place it's for the pulmonary chakra. So please don't link me to a page unless you are stating that page is correct and the others are incorrect.

This is my current understanding.

I - Eeeeee, like extending the pronunciation of the letter "E" (Both Ajna and Sahasrara)
E - Ehhhhh, like extending the pronunciation of the letter "A" (Vishudda)
O - Oooooh, as in "Oh Boy" (Anahata)
A - Ahhhhh, as a doctor would have you "Say Ahhhh". ("Chakra of the Lungs"???)
U - Uhhhhh, like the O's of "Oops". (Manipura)
M - Mmmm, like the reaction of tasty food (Svadhisthana)
S - Ssssss, like the hiss of a snake. (Muladhara)

I've also seen "A" is awwww, like "tall".

This can be confusing because "I" is actually E, E is A, U is Oo, etc. Are there any high quality pronunciation sound clips? The ones I've found sound old and have poor quality because they were recorded back when Samael aun Weor was writing books.

Plexuses and chakras are the same.

Where does it say that?

Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah,
the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book,
and to loose the seven seals thereof. - Revelation 5: 5

S

By vocalizing the letter S, the student will acquire the capacity to resound the still, small voice within his brain, the Anahat sound at will; this will allow him to consciously project himself in his Astral Body.

As I read over this I am thinking that the Anahat sound is not related to the Anahata chakra. Although it strikes me as odd that "S" would be specific to the brain when it is the vowel of the base chakra. Now I don't know if this is in relation to rising energy, pineal/sex relations or what. What by itself this is confusing.

A

"A" develops, in association with the thymus gland, the pituitary gland, clairvoyance, which means that the memories of the subconsciousness start coming into us.

Here "A" is associated with the pituitary gland and clairvoyance (which would include the pineal).

This is also backed up in a less direct manner.

The vowel “A” attracts the forces of the Father, the vowel “U” attracts the forces of the Son, the vowel “M” attracts the forces of the Holy Spirit. AUM is a powerful Logoic mantra.

The Father is associated with the brain/will, the Son the heart/emotion and the Holy Spirit with Sex/power. So "M" makes sense, "U" a little less sense, I'd have though "O", but still close. But "A"? Again "A" is placed in conjunction with the head (i.e. pituitary and pineal) regions.

About those pronunciations.

Is "A" Awwww or Ahhhhhh?

Can I assume I had the others right?

I answered your question, but you can't seem to find it in yourself to answer mine.

*sigh* I'm just going to go with Ahhhhh and see where that takes me.
Here is another.

Church of Thyatira or chakra Anahata

This chakra is situated in the region of the heart; it has a living red color. A jet colored hexagonal space is situated within this center. This chakra is related to Vayu, the tattva of the air.

Its mantra is Sssssssss. One becomes an absolute boss of the air and can dissipate the hurricanes and govern the winds by will when one learns how to meditate on this center.

To float in the air is easier than to drink a glass of water; it is simple. It is enough for the disciple to learn how to enter into the astral plane with his physical body.

This same page lists completely different mantra. Root is Bhur vs. S, Sacral is Bhuvar vs. M, etc.

But here is the thing. Near the end you have this...

We have taught the mantras and practices for the chakras of the spinal column, yet we must not forget that the plexuses also have their mantras.

The powerful mantra Fe Uin Dagj makes all of the plexuses to vibrate. What is important is to prolong the sound of the vowels.

The vowels I, E, O, U, A, are located in the following order:
•I - frontal plexus
•E - laryngeal plexus
•O - cardiac plexus
•U - solar plexus
•A - pulmonary plexus

Plexus vs. Chakra... what is the difference?
