My Dad's Experience

<p>My Dad; who is a Cumberland Presbyeterian minister of 50 years, had an experience around a couple of years ago. He knows nothing of Gnosis or anything of that sort. He only knows modern protestant theology. It was December the 28th or 29th I believe. He knows for sure because he's never forgotten it. We were driving home from church on a Sunday. At his age; his sciatic nerve acts up quite a bit after he threw his back out around 12 years ago. His foot goes to sleep while driving as a result. He told me his foot was going to sleep and wanted me to drive the rest of the way home. We needed some gas and the Wal-mart we were passing had a gas station where the gas was a few cents cheaper. He decided to pull in there and get gas. Then; I would take over driving the rest of the way home. We pulled in and I sat in the driver's side while he got gas. I was parked partially in fornt of a diesel pump and a diesel truck needed that pump. So; after Dad finished fueling and started for the cashier's booth; I started the car up and moved it to a parking space next to the car vaccum, air hose, and compressor. I saw Dad in my rear view mirror as he was headed between the drink and snack machines to the cashier's booth. However; he did not come back out. INstead; someone else came out. I was listening to the radio and looking around for him. I couldn't find him at all. He finally showed up right next to the car and never said a word the rest fo teh way home. Later; after nearly a couple of weeks of silence about it; he told me what happened.</p>
<p>He said that he began walking back out after paying the cashier. He noticed a woman who was completely black and white ( like black and white film) wearing an old world type dress, smiling pleasently, and holding her arm and hand straight out into the air in front of one of the pickup trucks that were there. He told me that he thought "Could this be an Angel?" He starte dto speak to her and he claims everything went completely black, he was speechless and couldn't say anything, and felt almost as if he were in a vaccum. He looked up to see a figure of a woman in full color and she was like nothing he had ever seen before in his life. She had deep crystal- like eyes and long crystal-like eyelashes. He claims her skin wasn't exactly a normal color(I can't remeber exactly how he described it) She was in color while the surroundings at the gas island at Wal-mart were now all in black and white. She was wearing a long white dress with buttons up the front. It was very classy looking from what he describes. He said something about her skin sparkling? She had a mask in her hand he claims- like a mask at a <span style="font-family: Tahoma; color: #333333; font-size: 9pt;">masquerade </span>ball, with a handle on it. He percieved the mask as a smiley face. She was dancing all over the place form what he describes and was floating up into the air and dancing at the same time. She got further and further away and finally dissapeared over a nearby hilltop. Then; he was back, standing in the blind spot of the car and everything was back to normal. He percieved her as an Angel. I'm not sure what happened personally. That is why I'm aksing here. Is there any input anyone woudl have that would help us figure this out?           </p>
