There is a lot of material/information to study. Is there a method or way of studying that one should follow?

I generally recommend the Gnostic Meditation Course for new students, since without a sound practice in meditation, one cannot advance. I also teach classes on psychology first, and tends to be the trend within many Gnostic Institutions. However, I recommend also that you study whatever draws you, since that will tell you a great deal more about what you need, for your Being is the one pushing you to inquiry into these studies.

Some titles for recommendation are Treatise of Revolutionary Psychology and The Great Rebellion. Along with the Meditation Course, these are great places to start.

See the reference link to the mentioned course.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
