What is the best practice to utilize in order to find out this sort of information?<br /><br />Really one of my biggest problems is that I do not comprehend what sort of situation I am in. Best thing you can do is to live this life aa if it is your last life. If you find out that your only on life 105 or 106, then you may think I have time to do the work in a next life. There's no guarantee you will be lucky enough in a next life to receive the knowledge again. When first encountering Gnosis I learned that Karma could be negotiated. Aftering finding this out I became worse, thinking, well I'll just negotiate my karma and pay it off later. This was a big mistake. It's better to not wait tell later or future potential lifes to do your work.
If you would like to investigate you can ask internally through astral projection by invoking a master and seeing if they will allow you to see your book of Karma and if they will tell you how many lives you have. They may not show you though. If your not allowed to see it, then it's either your karma or for your own good.
