Greetings,

If a woman has reached menopause, can she still practice maithuna? If she performs the sacred rites of rejuvenation is it possible for her to end the menopause?

Yes, she can still practice maithuna. Menopause is a natural event and there is not need to 'end' it, a postmenopausal woman still has sexual-creative energy which can be transmuted.

Question: When a woman reaches menopause, how is she able to transmute?

Samael Aun Weor: The sexual energy is not only in the ovules, but also in all of the female sexual system.
