Which would be more correct?
To say that there is "positive karma" and "negative karma"? And that dharma is neutral?
For example
Positive karma
life, health, and fortune.
Negative karma
death, sickness, and misfortune.
And that Dharma is Non-dual, or neutral. or "beyond good and evil"
------
Or is it more correct to say there is "Karma, and Dharma"
Dharma
life, health, and fortune.
Karma
death, sickness, and misfortune.

Is a flowing river good or bad? The answer depends upon your relationship to the river.
Karma means "activity."
Dharma means "Law or Justice personified, righteousness, duty, merit, statue, practice, religion, observance, relating to justice or virtue, law, thing, ceremony, good works, character, propriety of conduct, morality or ethics, virtue."
Neither one is "good or bad." But, depending upon your point of view — awakened, or asleep — you will characterize them accordingly.
