In short:
The name "Lazarus" in Hebrew is אלעזר Elazar [God's assistance] "El" is God in Hebrew and Azar [be helped, assisted] is the same "Ausar,'' which is Osiris, who - in the Egyptian Pantheon - represents in us the Inner Individual Father.

Our Divine Mother Isis - Osiris’ sister and wife - is represented by Virgin Mary whose son Jesus is Horus the son of Osiris.

Mary Magdalene who becomes the wife of Jesus is our sinful repented soul, and Martha represents the humbleness that we need to develop in order to attain resurrection. Lazarus or our own God Osiris is dead within us, yet he resurrects from the dead thanks to the works of Horus, Jesus.
Horus as the brother of Osiris is Chokmah, yet, as his son is Tiphereth-Harpocrates or Horus the infant son of Osiris.

Bethany, is Bethanu "Beth" which in Hebrew means "house" and "anu" in the Egyptian pantheon is the god who dwell in the highest heavenly regions. Therefore "Bethany" or "Bethanu" means "house of the highest God.

The whole story of Lazarus is an Alchemical Kabbalistic Initiation that symbolizes how Osiris resurrects in Jesus and how Jesus resurrects in Osiris. In other words it is the overture of the symphony that Jesus is going to represents with his own life.

For better comprehension study and meditate on the myth of Osiris Isis and Horus and Seth.

Now ….

Come, hurry and run, you swift feet,
get to the cave that covers Jesus !
Laughter and jokes,
accompany our hearts,
for our Savior is raised from the dead.

Kommt, eilet und laufet, ihr flüchtigen Füße,
Erreichet die Höhle, die Jesum bedeckt!
Lachen und Scherzen
Begleitet die Herzen,
Denn unser Heil ist auferweckt.

Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah,
the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book,
and to loose the seven seals thereof. - Revelation 5: 5
