Having children

If a couple in their 30's is only in their first year of practicing transmutation through Pranayama and Sexual Magic and that couple also has a strong longing to create a family before they get too old to have children, is it wrong for the husband to voluntarily spill his cup with pure intentions of love and sacrifice for the sake of the family, while the wife remains in chastity? What the Yellow Book states about creating children of wisdom, seems to be an extremely rare achievement for only those that have reached a high level of spiritual development requiring a significant and uncertain amount of time, which from a biological standpoint is limited especially in regard to a couple in their 30's only at the beginning stages of performing transmutation.
