Pretty much what the title is saying. I've read a couple excerpts of SAW texts and he mentions a proper way to chant this runic vowel. The way seems to be trying to achieve a type of whistling sound when chanting "ssss".
But, seeing some Gnostic students chanting this vowel had me in some confusion. They are not making a effort to imitate the "whistling sound" and are just chanting "S" whith their teeth closed togheter.
Can a instructor clarify this for me? This vowel is particularly important in the studies.
For reference, here is SAW chanting this mantra in the "proper" way (1:22) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xcb5qeAfLrc

To pronounce the mantra 's' : the 's' is extended like a hiss, "sssss" . It is similar to the rattle snake hissing sound .
