Hi all,

I have been living a very healthy lifestyle the past 4-5 years. I quit all alcohol and sugar 4 years ago. I stopped smoking 7 years ago. I would usually workout multiple times a week (before my health issues started), no fast food, no junk food.

About a year ago my health started deteriorating. Weakness, chest pains, shortness of breath, back pains, light-headedness, pins and needles, pain in fingers and toes, digestive issues, low immune system... This all caught me by surprise as I was an active healthy person aged 35.

Doctors immediately scanned me multiple times. CT, MRI, blood tests... I've seen multiple specialists. A neurologist, a haematologist, an immunologist. We've done heart tests like ECG, echocardiogram, stress test. Up to date nothing has been discovered and I am now being told we could try antidepressants even though I am not depressed, because they can't think of anything else.

This little health "adventure" obviously cost me a lot of money, but it has also affected my spiritual life. I can feel functional for a few months (I'll still feel less than ok) and then I'd have these flare-ups every now and again where my chest feels like there's a heart issue. I cannot focus on things that matter when my health is this badly affected.

Could you give me any advice on how to approach this from a spiritual aspect? I'll still try my options with the doctors, but I feel like they do not know what to think anymore and I can't waste my life feeling anxious or being unable to perform my tasks like this.

Many thanks for your time and wisdom.

Darius
