Yes. The requirement is that one can remain totally awakened in the internal worlds.

If one wants to become a researcher of life in the superior worlds, if one wants to acquire the Donum Dei — which allows one to understand the mysteries of the Great Work — one unquestionably needs to do something in order to awaken consciousness. It is clear that by destroying the ego the awakening of the consciousness is achieved; likewise, there are certain useful coadjuvants that help us in that awakening process.

There is a very esoteric order in the East, which is named Epoptae. That order is extraordinary. It does not have representations in this physical world. But, if one concentrates on that order (which is Tibetan), one can manage to be taken out of the body consciously, and be taught to travel in the astral and mental regions. The instructors of that order spare no effort in that sense: their conscious power is transferred to those minds that think of them, the Epoptae. They can come to initiate one in Jinn travel, to be taken out of the body and then teach how to travel, consciously, in those regions. And this is interesting: this is a holy order that does not have visible temples or anything like that in the physical world. It is totally located in the superior worlds.

The first step of that order will be to awaken the students, to teach them to travel consciously and positively, through the astral and mental regions.

The next step will be to lead men who have no priestess (wife), towards the intimate self-realization of the Being; or, to lead women who do not have a priest, that is to say, husband, to the same.

I have already told you that in that order there are elements, some masters, who come to personify Shiva, the Third Logos, completely; and, there are also others who are polarized in a feminine manner and who represent Shakti totally, that is to say, Isis, or the eternal feminine principle. It is clear that a man who has no priestess-wife, and who has been awakened by the Epoptae Order, can thus receive, as a consort, a Dakini, because she is totally polarized with the Shakti, or eternal feminine principle. By working with her, esoterically, he is able to create the existential bodies of the Being, if he still does not have those vehicles, and if he already has them, to restore the fire in those vehicles. And likewise, a woman who does not have a consort can receive a deva for her esoteric work.

Thus, the Order of Epoptae has no representation in the physical world, but is completely suprasensible, and it is well worth getting in contact with the members of that order, so that they might train one in the use and handling of the astral and mental powers. - https://glorian.org/learn/courses-and-lectures/lectures-by-samael-aun-weor/the-beautiful-helen

Such cases are very rare.

It is more realistic to improve oneself sufficiently to attract a good spouse in the physical world.
