I have observed anytime I eliminate a defect and comprehend it that day or that moment after visualizing and petition the divine mother for assistance
I feel light and throughout the day my stamina for being in the moment and self observation works,could I be right?
(-)I also ask again anytime I do pranayama especially with the retaining of the energy with closed nostrils my self observation and ability to be in the moment strengthens
Could retaining sexual energy really help with awakening consciousness or being in the moment I knew you have some lectures but my experiences tells me so would also like more clarity thanks

It could be, but there is not necessarily any connection between your petition and how you feel afterwards. The really important aspect is whether you feel the same amount of temptation through the egos that you have worked upon.
Could retaining sexual energy really help with awakening consciousness or being in the moment
Awakening your consciousness consists of three factors: Birth, Death and Sacrifice. So retaining your sexual energy is mainly connected to Death (giving up the harmful action of fornication). So look for ways to incorporate the two other factors as well:
