Voices in My Head and Meditation on the Ego

We can only comprehend and eliminate that which we have perceived directly. So if you want to truly get rid of these people, you need to meet them and see them in action. This way you will learn about them, about their triggers, their preferences, their desires. All of this information helps you to separate your consciousness, the part of your soul that is trapped in these people. Only then you may get rid of those egos.

Are the people inside of me running my psychology?

Yes, an average person does not even know that there are strangers inside each person. This is why these egos run our psychologies, they act undetected inside each person, because an average person cannot distinguish between our true intent (the will of our Inner Being) and the desires of the egos. We all think that the thoughts, voices, impulses, instincts, etc., are part of us. But in reality our bodies are used by the egos.

So this is why we need self-observation. When we observe ourselves, we witness practically that there are many egos popping up randomly and all times, pushing their needs and desires through us. When we have seen this in us, we even need more self observation because we need to study those egos in order to stop their wrong doings.
