Hello could somebody please help me i could not find the proper instructions for the sage cleansing ritual. Instructions will be nice but if you can tell me which book from the library contains the information i will buy it gladly i am interested in the other rituals too but the sage will be sufficient for now. Also i will order a prayer book but until it arrives can somebody point me to a lecture where the process is described so i can deepen my practice. And lastly does this order for my practice sounds good 1.Relaxation 2. Pranayama HAM-SA 3.Prayer 4.Focus on breath or i need to shuffle them a bit?

Regarding your meditation, it's fine, if it feels right for you. Although it is better to put focus on breath between relaxation and Pranayama. So you would have: Relaxation -> Focus/Concentration -> Pranayama -> Prayer/Meditation
