In The Pentagram movement, in the final movement, why do we raise our crossed hands only up to our chest, & not above our heads?

Like in the video, when we raise our hands from our sexual organs up to our heart, we are bringing the sexual force under the dominion of our conscience, our spirit, the Innermost, not merely our intellect alone. The power of our heart determines the quality of our transmutations, protection, and advancements.

For thirty years I sought God. But when I looked carefully I found that in reality God was the seeker and I the sought. -Bayazid al-Bastami

Can you please refer to the specific passage or lecture where it says so?
