Am I missing something? Not orgasming during sex is super easy for most heterosexual women. In fact, a large amount of women have NEVER orgasmed during sex. It’s harder for me to orgasm than it is to not orgasm.
What else do I have to do to transmute the energy because to me it feels like simply not orgasming is too easy. All the lectures seem very male focused and go on about how hard it is. Where is the input/perspective/instruction from and for women?
Also, does it matter if I’m not orgasming and my husband still is? He’s not interested in following this path. Thanks in advance.

Many of your questions and concerns are addressed by a female Gnostic instructor in the following lecture from Chicago Gnosis:

Transmutation through pranayama or alchemy is not enough. One must not only conserve and sublimate sexual energy, but know how to direct it as well, such as through meditation, creative works of art, writing, self-reflection, light exercise, participating meaningfully within one's community or career, etc.
As the lecturer in Gnostic Mysteries of Chastity explains in the Q&A, one can still transmute while one's partner does not. It does not prevent one from performing alchemy.
