Yes, Latin is closer to that Solar Language and thus has more power. Prayers like Fons Alpha and Conjuration of the Four are in Latin, so you can study them. The books Divine Science and Gnostic Prayer Book are worthwhile to study. See:

Thanks for the info. The reason why asked which Latin rituals are safe to practice is because I have come across people using Latin in Spell Rituals in Witchcraft. Then, there are Catholics Priests that use Latin for Exorcism saying that the Devil understands Latin better. Could you please elaborate on this? So, can Spirits, whether they are Demons or Angels, communicate better with us in the Latin language?
The demons will probably not care much about which language you speak 
But they will care about the effects that you produce internally, when you pronounce the prayers. We use language casually, but all of our words create effects. Just like mantras do. So if we speak a language closer to the Solar Language, the internal effects will be greater.
