What is the difference between the 7 centres of the human machine and the 7 chakras? Are they somehow connected? Is energy from the centres flows to chakras?

Chakras circulate fuel as in a car. The car itself with its mechanisms is the five inferior centers and the two superior ones. How you drive your car determines how you use your fuel, and how well maintained your vehicle is.

The seven chakras are senses of the internal bodies. These complement the psychological perceptions and actions of the seven centers: superior / inferior thought, superior / inferior feeling, movement, instincts, and sex.

The seven chakras circulate energy pertaining to spiritual senses. When we identify too much with any of the lower five centers of the human machine, the chakras are also weakened, conditioned, or negatively impacted, since where we direct attention we expend creative energy.

Movement, instinct, and sexuality can relate to the lower chakras Muladhara, Svadhisthana, and Manipura (not in specific, but general relations), since their functionalisms are similar. The heart can relate to Anahata. The superior faculties of the mind can correspond with Vishudda, Ajna, and Sahasrara, since these involve superior qualities but also the nature of the intellect.

I would not fix too much attention on correlations. In general, the seven chakras and the seven centers are ways of understanding our perceptions, and constitute concrete realities for how to function in life.
