Is it possible for me to chant mantras or better said is it advisable I chant mantras when in retrospection meditation(like Klim Krishnaya)or the one I have found good(Gate Gate paragate)
I've found that to really advance in this self-observation field Mantras and observation of what you're doing is very needed.
Please would like a Reply since it seems Experimentation(Saying a mantra and meditating on how the day went seems to be kinda good for self-observation and relaxation

Yes, mantras are useful for retrospection, such as the mantra Raom Gaom and others. See how:
For thirty years I sought God. But when I looked carefully I found that in reality God was the seeker and I the sought. -Bayazid al-Bastami
Thank so I can be saying the RAOM GAOM mantra and retrospection meditation at the same time?
Since I thought it was a hoax but when saying the RAOM GAOM mantra and meditation thoughts come faster and am learning how to visualize better.
Since I have realized that saying the mantra and retrospection is kinda strenuous at the beginning but it brings more memories and it brings more results than just doing meditation
