What is the significance of the first card of the Major Arcana which is drawn for the 3 card spread of the Eternal Tarot? I understand that the Major Arcana card that is indicated by the summation of the 3 cards is the predictive element but what about the very first card that we draw? The intuition I had when I did the reading was that the first card has to do with some sort of representation of the situation as it currently stands.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Your interpretation is correct. The major arcanum sets the tone. The minor arcana elaborate, correlate, summarize, complement, and synthesize.
