How dangerous are black Magicians with a mental body, and can they create an inverted causal body?

Therefore, the danger is in intention. White magicians work through consciousness for the benefit of others and respect free will. I just read the response to this post & it pretty much stopped me in my tracks... I'm thinking I possibly may have been (or am) a victim of a black magician. I've been in contact with someone multiple times for years in the astral who is able to control what I remember & don't remember, & even has been capable of waking me up just by telling me. I figured he was a angel possibly, not thinking a human would have this capability. How do we protect ourselves from this happening? Any thoughts? Has anything been written in more detail on this subject? I pray several times a day and, as far as I know, it doesn't happen quite as frequently as when I was in my 20's & 30's when I was pretty much clueless before I had fully come to God who completely transformed me, but I still remembering it happening from time to time, multiple times a year... I definitely would like to look more into this.

Thank you so much, I did get a chance to read through that yesterday, very helpful. Thank you for the link to the mantra as well. I've been at war with myself as far as his nature & intentions for years as something has always felt "off," unsure if I was just being overly paranoid, bcz other's demeanor there are just different anyways. I'm a "recovering Catholic," a religion that demonizes everything, so I've gone back & forth as to whether I had just been too brainwashed by my religion or what... I'd feel awful turning my back on someone if they mean no harm, especially after so many years, it's hard... but we def need to be listening to our intuition.
