From my personal experiences I have noticed the centre and chakra most important for connecting with people is the emotional centre and heart chakra. That is when someone is trying to open up to me, or when I am meant to do something hat has to do with bonding my heart becomes tense. And feels blocked. The more I chant mantra O the more I feel this blockage reduce(so far i dont go back wasting this energy by fornicating or sex talk). Is this correct about the heart chakra because I want to dedicate more time to this chakra.
The heart relates with intuition, knowing without having to think. The solar plexus relates to telepathy and emotional instincts.
When the heart is healthy, the psyche is balanced. The heart center is healthy when we comprehend and annihilate egos of negative emotions.
It is better to take a thousand steps in sanctity than to develop any chakra. We learn sanctity through mystical death.

For thirty years I sought God. But when I looked carefully I found that in reality God was the seeker and I the sought. -Bayazid al-Bastami
