Is it advisable for single practitioners to utilize the sacred mantras given by the masters, such as the vowels, IAO, Om Masi Padme Yom, INRI ENRE (ect) SUIRA (ect)? I am wondering if these will be beneficial for single people or if awakening the chakras without sexual magic will point one towards black magic? The Word is clearly important to vm Samael, but is it to be utilized at advanced stages on the path, and can one safely and positively open the chakras as a single?

Single person can and should use all the practices. Of course, they cannot use the practices of sexual cooperation yet, but they will eventually. In the meantime, use whichever practices your heart is attracted towards.
The chakras can be awakened to some degree whether one is single or in a couple. Their complete development is occurs by awakening the kundalini.
