The air in most places in the cities of this world is polluted with substances of a very disturbing nature that harm us severely and cause death.

Especially, garbage is of concern.

What are some ways for us to protect us from this harm?

As we change psychologically, divinity has more force to modify, change, and assist in our external circumstances. If we comprehend and eliminate psychic pollution, we can in turn clarify our minds and bodies.

Also, it is good to get out in nature where the energetic density and air pollution is less dominant. My wife and I often take weekend trips for this purpose.
