In my life, I have seen so many people who, despite no interest in spirituality, possess so much genuine virtue and compassion. There are also many people in the world who have lead lives of crime, and some radical change happens where they pursue an ordinary but virtuous life. There are many millions of people who could be considered truly devout and religious. Yet, so few people find the real path. It is difficult to conceive of so many of these people devolving within the infernal worlds.

Consider the example of someone who's life was filled with crime, yet changes to live a good and religious life, while having no interest in the teachings. Does he receive future chances to develop?

What prevents all of these people from being saved?
