Hi Instructors, are you aware of any healing formula for the adrenal glands? I am taking licorice cycling 2 weeks on and off. But would like to know more.

I actuallly practise this every day I try to do it twice sometimes which adds up to an hour. I do see the difference when I do constantly. But I’ve realised one has to be consistent with this and actually stay chaste for it to heal me right ?
Yes. The practice will not be effective if you are not chaste.

Okay thank you. And do any instructors have any esoteric liver cleanse? I started drinking a lot of lemon water as well as celery juice on an empty stomach.
