1. When one is concentrating on an object or visualizing, are they still divided in subject-object in the sense that they are self remembering/not identifying with anything? Or are they identified with the object of concentration?
2. Should one fast when their physical body is still growing?
3. When is the best time to do runes (that are not the sunrise ones)
4. Should the rune UR with the vowel "uuu" be done with a straight back as it is shown in the runes poster or done with a curved spine as showed in the runes video?
5. Should the rune Ottila ("torn" transmutation) be done with the rune torn ("ta te ti to tu")?

1. There are levels of concentration and remembrance. In the beginning one is observing as the subject, the consciousness, the distinct object of concentration. With meditative absorption, the consciousness goes beyond duality and perceives the intrinsic reality of a given thing. This unfolds through internal experiences.

2. This is unique to the individual. Consult a medical professional first.

3. Whenever you have the most enthusiasm and zeal.

4. Both in their respective contexts, not mixed. Some runes have variations, performed in their specific ways in accordance with the parameters of the practice. Don’t switch them up, but perform them as intended.

5. You can perform them one after the other, such as seven recitations of Torn, followed by ten or fifteen minutes of the Rune Ottila.
