This is the perfume of my zodiac, and I am wondering if Colophony is okay to use? V.M. Samael says pine extract, but I am finding it difficult to get, or maybe I am looking at the wrong thing. Is it pine oil? However, a while ago I bought a bag of Colophony and only realised it is resin from pine trees. Is this sufficient for daily use as recommended: "Sick people must smell their zodiacal perfume on a daily basis"

Any pine substance would work: pine needles, smudge sticks, essential oils, incense, etc. We recommend that you aim for the purest forms.
Colophony however is often produced for craft or construction purposes that would not be refined or pure, thus would not be suitable for the health of the body, so be careful.
