Someone I know said he was told he was born with an awakened kundalini by an ashram in India he applied to. Traumatic childhood, heavy drug abuse, womanizing patterns and other unhealthy behaviors characterized his life. He had a few psychotic episodes where he thought he was the Buddha, another time he was the Christ, and a few other delusions landed him in the psyche ward several times, generally after heavy drug use stint. He studied many spiritual things and is a sponge for info. Brilliant. When we met he seemed very deeply spiritual and in touch with the Divine and made efforts to adjust his patterns, but always had a temper. But he has switched and become very vicious and vulgar and convinced he is channeling the divine feminine Innana while acting like a demon in videos on social media. What I’m asking is how can someone that seemed so in touch turn into such a dark entity!? He is for sure he is awakened and channeling love and following directions. How does one handle such things, how do we understand such delusion in light of spirituality ? I know he’s in there somewhere.

Awakening is dual.
And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. -Daniel 12:2

15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them. -Matthew 7:15-20
