Good night gnostic brothers.

Hello instructors, my questions are:

1. Suppose someone has stopped wasting their brute mercury(stopped fornication), but in a moment of crisis they start binge-watching television, browsing the internet, etc, to the point they lose energy(metallic soul) and get exhausted. How bad is that? Is it almost as bad as consciously fornicating?

2. How big of a deal is it if you miss a transmutation day sometimes? What if you go for a week or more without transmuting? Do you lose something, esoterically speaking, or just stagnate? Poisoninioskirian vibrations only develop after some months of forceful retention with no transmutation, right?

1. Saving energy and directing it into the ego is not good. Fornication will strengthen our negative behaviors. Consciously fornicating is an enormous waste of our creative energy in one moment, which is more harmful than a moment of wasting our energy in unconscious, fruitless behaviors like watching television (although this is also harmful).

2. Daily transmutation is very important, especially for singles who have not yet trained their vital winds to transmute automatically from years in alchemy. If you skip days, you lose momentum and strength to sustain awakening.

Even if married, it is good to work with your energies, such as through runes and vocalizations, in accordance with your needs.

Generally, if you you lack fuel to awaken consciousness, then your Essence will stagnate. Therefore, transmute with pranayama daily.

Those vibrations occur after consistent periods of abstinence and no transmutation. However, every person is different in their capacities, quality of mind, and level of being. Some people degenerate more or less quickly, with varying degrees of intensity, in accordance with the density of their egos.

If you do not want to go this route, then get serious and work with your Divine Mother. Be cautious and prudent, but also realistic in how much you can practice each day so that you don’t burn out and build resistance to the practices.
