Dear instructiors, could you tell me if infrared heating panels are in any way dangerous for us?

I am not an expert on such technology. What I do know, however, is that the following type of "solar panel" is very beneficial for us, especially in the morning hours when the sun is strong: 
Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.
Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.
"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
