Tonglin is a Tibetan word ( གཏོང་ལེན་) that means giving and taking. In Tibetan Buddhism, the practice is commonly taught as a visualization without mantras.

“Nothing is easier than self-deceit. For what each man wishes, that he also believes.” —Demosthenes

"Do not worry; cultivate the habit of being happy." —Samael Aun Weor
