Dear instructors, are there prerequisites other than good concentration to consciously travel within the astral body? I am curious if a certain level of development in the work is needed and my attempts are futile until such development is attained. In particular, I work with FA RA ON nightly, and can see that I must improve concentration and visualization further, but again I am wondering if factors such as karma or how active certains chakras are also prevent the conscious utilization of the astral body. I remember many years ago I was more capable of such experiences whereas now I am struggling.
Many thanks.
Many thanks.
It is necessary to know how to meditate. Through meditation we establish serenity, a quiet mind, and energetic stability, all of which affect astral projection.
It is also necessary to conserve emotional energy. If we waste emotional energy through the day, we will be unable to be awake in the astral world, which is related to the emotional center.
