It doesn't matter how knowledgeable about all aspects of the bible or any other holy book any individual can be; if they lack sanctity and chastity, they can never acquire the spiritual powers or gifts of the Holy Spirit, because spiritual powers, that is, gifts of the Holy Spirit [Kundalini] only are attainable by those who have acquired perfect sanctity and the most absolute chastity.
