Great Masters stated again and again that one must sacrifice oneself for humanity in one is going towards liberation.
That there is no other way.

What is the approach of sacrifice for mere beginner aspirant?

Should he go and help in charity canteen? Should he translate sacred texts? Should he continue in his business and make it sacrificial as possible? Should he gradually simplify his life and lose the material "weight" of this world?

Or is just the selfless mental daily attitude enough? Just always thinking about others point of view and acting according to it. It relates with dieing of myself isnt it?

But lots of time goes on and I hardly make any progress on this.
Thus Samael Aun Weor wrote that one does not make any significant progress if one does not sacrifice for others, do not pay for his progress.

What is the nature of sacrifice.

I dunno what to do, prob my Being is pushing me for some kind of work and I hardly can concentrate on anything and I feel like crazy in these mental conflicts.

Should I first establish myself in solid concentration, transmutation and meditation. And later on think about serious sacrifice?

First of all, relax. Don't be crazy. ;)

There's no one-size-fits-all answer for the right way to sacrifice. It will depend on your situation. It will depend on you. And it may change as your circumstances change, and as you change.

What is important is to be guided by a love for God, a love for others, and the wisdom to discern what is needed in a situation. None of these come immediately. We develop them as we work, and we often make mistakes.

Pray. Ask to be shown ways in which you may be of service to those in need. Be aware of those who need help in your life, and do what you can to help them. And when you serve, try not to become enamored with the idea of sacrificing for humanity. Don't think of it as something you need to do to get ahead, or to satisfy some requirement. Let your actions emerge naturally out of your heart.

And purify your heart. Continue to work on yourself. Sacrifice your own desires and attachments so that you may become a better vehicle for His love. Sacrifice self-love so that love for others may shine through and act in you.

I recommend reading the lecture called The Paramitas, linked below. It should help you in understanding this very deep topic.
