Civilisation’s great gift to humanity is constipation; we have become unnatural in our habits, causing pressure at the base of the rectum and many children are born with the lower intestine not held in its proper alignment.

The moment the physical body disposes of its waste a signal is sent to the different centres of the body to do likewise, and each nerve centre also responds. This occurs in the mental atmosphere as well. Remember that regular habits of this kind clarify the mind, and one should always keep this tract open and clean.
...
If the system is choked by refuse, it is difficult to deal with; for constipation causes the atoms of this refuse—as such atoms are of a death nature—to seek to re-enter the seminal canal and evaporate their atmosphere into a cloud of depression, and the mind impregnated by such moods and anxieties is not the type chosen by the Yogi for a pupil. The Red Indian as well as the Eastern Yogi knows what causes this depression and has a simple remedy; but this method is almost unknown by the so-called civilised West. It is an invariable law that constipation causes depression.

Until now, I have managed to keep my constipation in check with the daily consumption of a probiotic drink and a daily 30-minute walk.

The Sacred Rites are bringing about permanent healing, albeit slowly.

Very soon, I will find myself in an environment where I can neither take long walks nor get access to the probiotic drink.

So, I want to use almond oil as a laxative.

Besides consuming almond oil, I want to utilize the help of the almond elemental.

How must I do this?

Also, please suggest better alternatives if you feel the need to do so.

Thank you :)

The most common cause of constipation is poor eating habits in combination with unresolved emotional conflicts. This is overcome by two simultaneous actions: learn to meditate serenely in order to stabilize the emotional center, and improve the diet (increase the amount of water, fruit and vegetables, decrease breads, meats, sugars, and synthetics).

Supplements and other medicinal treatments should only be short term help, not long term treatment, because the body will stop trying to go on its own, and learn to depend on the substances you are giving it. This will result in long term harm.

For rapid help when needed, we suggest:

Constipation must be combated with teas of chicory with lemon, or teas of plums, flax, rhubarb (rheum spp.), agar agar (gelidium cartilagineum), boxwood (buxus sempervirens l.), cascara sagrada (rhamnus purshiana dc.), chard, orange juice, etc.

One teaspoon daily of castor oil on an empty stomach helps to eliminate constipation.

Three prunes, one liter of unsweetened water: drink it before meals.
