Great answer Almustafa, and if I may say, instead of numbing the sexual organ so it becomes not too sensitive to the vagina, to where one does not spill as "quickly!! I honestly believe that mastering the technique of Transmutation is the best way to go as well as being gentle and Conscious in the penetration!! Not too rough!!
