If we are a fallen bodhisattva, is there something specific we need to know about the work to make sure we are going the right direction?

"If your internal God is the God of a Sun or the God of any constellation, then you must be even more humble, since you are nothing but a poor Bodhisattva, or in other words, a poor human being, more or less imperfect.

You must not commit the sacrilege of saying, “I am such God, or the great Master so-and-so,” because you are not the Master, you are not the Lamb. You are only the sinning shadow of the One who has never sinned.

The “I” is formed with the atoms of the secret enemy. This “I” wants to stand out, to rise to the top, to be noticed, to climb to the top of the ladder, etc. But, you must recognize your own misery, and praise and worship the Lamb.

You must vanish and look for shelter within the nothingness, since you are nothing. Thus, through this way of supreme humbleness, you will return to the innocence of Eden. Then, your soul will be absorbed within the Lamb. The spark will return to the flame from where it came forth.
You are the spark; the Lamb is the flame.

So, in the days when your soul returns to the Lamb, you must multiply your vigilance. Remember that the “I” sprouts as an evil weed. Only the Lamb is worthy of any praise, honor, and glory.

You must not divide yourself into two “I’s,” one superior and another inferior, since only one “I” exists, and the so-called “superior ‘I’” is nothing but a refined concept of Satan. This is a sophism of the “I.”

You must not desire anything; kill every desire of life. Remember that the “I” is nourished with every desire. You must kiss the feet of the leper. You must dry the tears of your worst enemies. Do not hurt anyone with your words, and do not search for shelter, because you must resolve to die in all of the planes of cosmic consciousness.

Give away your goods to the poor, give away the last drop of your blood for the sake of this poor suffering humanity, renounce all happiness.
Then, the immolated Lamb will enter into your soul. He will make his abode within your soul." - Samael Aun Weor, The Aquarian Message
