These is question is dealing with the preminary practice's, of meditation: now I know to come out, with the best results, in the beginning the student must relax fully and then combine that with drowsiness, in order to completely gain, "any form of meditative" state. But am wondering how can anyone perform that, without falling asleep, that is staying awake throughout the whole method/procedure?.
