Hello! I’m new to gnosis, but I’ve recently experienced a spontaneous, painful awakening of my depravity. Your website has helped tremendously. I want to describe my dream experience last night. I’ve been programming my subconscious to be aware and realized I was dreaming. I checked by stretching my finger. So I determined to get up out of bed, but in doing so - my body started shaking and my heart felt like it was being squeezed. As I struggled against the resistance and sat up, I became fully awake. Is this normal for beginners?
These types of experiences can occur, and are usually caused by fear of the unknown. With experience one gains confidence and overcomes them. This is similar to a child going to school on the first day.
