Open the heart
I'm in a big fight with my wife at the moment, and I start to be able to detach from my feeling and see her perspective. But it is a cold detachment. Without real love.
So how do I best fuel the love for my wife? Does the advice here (http://gnosticteachings.org/forum/awakening-the-heart.html) apply? Is there more I can do? I am trying to meditate on the arguments and see how it makes her suffer.
Regards,
Olivier.

The process of comprehension is slow and requires much patience. We arrive to realization through a process of steps, one after another. So long as you have your attention towards understanding the suffering and what causes it, gradually you will get there.
