What is the difference between an intellectual comprehension and comprehension via the Consciousness? It's quite easy to mistake one for the other.

Also how does imagination come into this? For instance, I may be listening to a lecture, and with my imagination, receive an image with an understanding of the topic being discussed. Is this just intellectual understanding with a bit of imagination?

Your advice is always appreciated, thank you in advance.

Conscious comprehension is felt and is unquestionable, accompanied by certainty.

Try reading this to see if it helps:

“Nothing is easier than self-deceit. For what each man wishes, that he also believes.” —Demosthenes

"Do not worry; cultivate the habit of being happy." —Samael Aun Weor

Thank you for linking me that article, it is very relevant to the questions that I have asked you, so my efforts will be to read and reflect on what is written there.

"Internal phenomena are called states—psychological states. The external phenomena are called events. By maintaining awareness of both, we will naturally transform impressions."

So is that all we need to do in order to transform the impressions? By simply (yet with great effort :D) observing external and internal phenomena simultaneously? Do transformed impressions have any sort of value, i.e negative or positive?

I apologize for the shift in topic, yet I feel inclined to ask these questions, whether you feel the need to answer them, I leave that up to you.
