Hello
I recently felt the importance of doing mantras. Ive been trying to work out where the pulminay and umbilical chakras are located.
The pulminary has the vowel A and the Umbilical has the vowel U. Were are these located.
Also are there any colours that we should visualise when focusing on these chakras?
