Hi,

When I'm tired and I do my practices in evening, sometimes I get asleep and later find out myself in bed or I go to toilet or other places completely unconsciously.

It scares me. What can I do about it?

You are losing awareness of yourself. Work on developing continuity of awareness, at all times. That is, notice when you stop being aware of yourself, and find out why it happens. This is occurring because your attention is not continual.

This teaching can help you:

“Nothing is easier than self-deceit. For what each man wishes, that he also believes.” —Demosthenes

"Do not worry; cultivate the habit of being happy." —Samael Aun Weor
