I understand the necessity in awakening the inner mind and not being a hypocritical pharisee. I understand the importance of the sexual energy and ethics. I understand the importance of the three factors. I understand that it is very important to cultivate the relationship with the Innermost, perhaps by praying the Our Father for an hour daily. I understand the importance of the mantra Wu and the meditation upon the ego through visualization and prayer.
So we have all the ingredients, but I would like to probe to see if there are any mantras in order to help summon willpower at any moment. I would like to think that I have all the possible tools available to me. Right now I am using the mantra LA RA because it works quickly and helps make me more mobile against my laziness, but it would be good to know if there are any others that I might find effective.

Use this prayer:
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
