Many, many teachings have resonances of Gnosis. Sadhguru is a mystic and speaks from his own mystical experiences. Such experiences are half of Gnosis as taught by VM Samael Aun Weor. By his own admission Sadhguru does not read sacred texts and avoids the other half of Gnosis, which is the perennial philosophy, the Dharma teachings. Therefore, as far as I know, he does not teach about the role of Chastity nor about the Bodhisattva's path and the Three Factors, the central teachings of Samael Aun Weor.

I only know one Satguru, one enlightened master from the aeon of Sat, the Unmanifested Absolute. That is the Master Aberamentho, a Paramarthasatya.

For thirty years I sought God. But when I looked carefully I found that in reality God was the seeker and I the sought. -Bayazid al-Bastami
